Introduction
The soil is a storehouse for all the essential elements.Plant need nutrients, organic matter,sunlight and water to grow.Soil also provides support
for plants roots. When the soil be cared and prepared properly it can guaranteed nutritions of plant forever.Soil that not control properly avoid plant

growth healthy.
CONSIEVE

A problem to farmer that have big field they have ostacles to control soil preparation This is because many factor bring to occur this problem till
long times.The main factor like lack of skillful farmer,lack of technology, lack of fundation and can not organized systematic organization system.
In this era planting product is one basic essential to all consumer and get many requestion from all market in Malaysia and other country . Plants
that have high demand in Malaysia such as palm oil, rice, vegetable, and wheatmeal. This reason is answer for why the farmer must increase their
qualities on planting.In globalization era all matter must be fast if people slow in solve problem that can losing their self and companies because
other party take the chance early. So organization system ,fundation, country support,technology and work qualities play main role to achieve the

mission.
The main factor big farm can not control soil preparation succesfully is lack of skillful worker in planting .The farmer must fulfill their mind
with planting knowledge and planting practical. If the farmer not have experience in farming can cause the plant product not follow to current spec

that cause low price and lack of requestion.Other case cause work became not systematic and plant infection can not be solved.
Second,lack of technology is one of obstacle in control soil preparation. This is because the companies not have many fund to bought any
current technology in planting especially in soil preparation such as cultivator,disc harrow and culti packer.they just have traditional equipment
only to soil preparation such as plow and hoe.The equipment most suitable to small garden and not suitable to commercial purpose.The technology

move follow to time circulation so farmer must develop planting technique to get the qualities product.
Third, they cannot control organization sistematicly .It can cause lack of nutrient in plant and not suitable soil pH to plant. Soil need to be
softened and loosened this because loose soil will allow more air to pass to the roots of the plants this will in turn aid the growth of the plants. the
farmer must to control their nutrient in soil in perfect condition.Farmer also have to manage time to tilling and plowing before seeding. They also

must know time to sow soil fertile.They must have steel sowing machine.
Lastly, ministry of Agriculture Malaysia must play role to hear any problems from farmer from any angle such as soil pereparation and they
must to provide fund to support farmer develop their farm to bought their neccessery like tractor and cultivator that can help them especially in soil

preparation such as MARDI and FAMA.

Design
In solve the farmer problem in farming especially in soil preparation in big and wide farm, my group consider to design cultivator that more easy to farmer
to control soil preparation.It more suitable in paddy-yield,wheatmeal and vegetable farm. Cultivator refer to farm implement or machine designed to stir

the soil around a crop as it matures to promote growth and destroy weeds.the main function of the field cultivator is to prepare a proper seedbed for the
crop to be planted into,to bury crop residue in the soil (helping to warm the soil before planting), to control weeds, and to mix and in corporate the soil to
ensure the growing crop has enough water and nutrients to grow.Cultivator is also known as tiller or tooth harrow.It is usedto further loosen the previously
ploughed land before sowing. It also used to weeds that germinateafter ploughing.Cultivator has 2 rows of tynes attached to its frame in staggered form. It
improves soil aeration, elimates weeds, maintains soil moisture levels, stimulate the microorganisms to become more active but also develops the provision
of nutrients in the soil. Soil preparation became more easy to do because the 26” finger weeder head that can help soil preparation occur in short time and
can less worker in one time. Difference between traditional technology that use plough and hoe that must have many farmer compare current technology
that use cultiveter just need one worker that clever to control and drive tractor and machine.It also can save worker energy that need to hold hoe in sunny
day.It also can make work more systematic with the same hole size .The cultiveter must to connected with tractor.The cultivator size must to follow the
international specification .It must use stainless steel to avoid rusting if the soil contant with water and the cultivator must paint with dark colour because
suitable with soil colour.The farmer need to prepared one safety a roof placed to parked the tractor and the cultivator It must be suitable for all kind of soil
like peat soil, paddy-field and loam. It must sale in convenience price follow to the material qualities .It must stand by guaranteed help farmer dripping

fund if the machine damaged and confirm the qualities.

Implement
To measure all of farmer that want develop their farm to owned cultivator to control soil preparation Ministry of agriculture Malaysia

such as MARDI and FAMA must provide fund and give loan to farmer look to their effort in develop thei farm.The farmer must
promised to committed in their work and increase Malaysia economic product in farming. The farmer also must permanent their
harvesting target in year .The farmer must to train first in control this machine to be usually and know how to services if damaged accur
.It most suitable to use in paddy field because the field wide and get high market request.With using cultivator we can look a big
transformation to the farm is overall soil of the farm is using to crop rotation and softened and loosen soil process become faster.The
values of worker can be less in every planting process.The mixing with loosen soil can return nutrients of soil and maintain pH soil in
slightly acidic to neutral.The cultivator further loosen the previously ploughed land before sowing. Cultivator do not churn as deeply as
tiller and are often used between rows keeping the weeds at bay while helping to aerate the soil.This way,the plants benefits from loose

soil, which allows more water and fertilizer to get to their roots.

Operation
The cultivator can make work of the farmer not difficult and become easier they not need to focus in one work in one day only but
they can do other work such as sowing , weeding, irrigation and harvesting process it become faster if the farm have enough facilities
and current technology that approve product values and increase sell production until get many requestion in many market and seller
can import the plant product to other country because the plant product guareented with many aspect such as the nutrition,size,disease
control and shape. .It also can increase country income and develop economy values in country .It also can create new work profession

to building new technology in farmig .

Conclusion
Agricultural production is essential sector in developing countries because it is basic
neccsseries to all lives in survive their live. The plant production must to increase to
satisfy current requestion among consumer nowadays because it is one of important food
source .We must measure agricultural as a essential economy that provides many
occupation chance .People think cultural is not have a good income .It is because a lot of
farmer didn’t have knowledge about cultural. We must change their thinking by create
new technology and method to applied in farming.It can increase farmers yield and good
income from cultural.All the party must play a role in this situation to teach farmer to

uses new technology and new method in platantation.
