S.M.A.R.T. Goals

Who: My family, My boyfriend, and me
What: I want to start making more food for myself,
especially healthy food and eventually go vegan.
Where: my kitchen
When: I would like to go vegan by the time i move
out, so that will be in about 2 years.
Which: A requirement would be to have vegetables
about every meal.
Why: I want to become healthier and feed my body with
good food. I would also like to be able to make food f or other
people to show them that vegan food can be so good.
How many: There are only two steps. First step is
to cook more vegan meals. Second step is to fully eat
vegan for every meal.
Accomplished?: It will be accomplished when i
eat only vegan foods.
Attitudes: i have a very positive attitude towards being
vegan. It makes me excited thinking about making a bunch of
new foods and trying out new recipes.
Abilities: I already have the ability to cook. I enjoy it but
my schedule is very busy right now, so I don't do it as often as I
would like.
Skills: i know how to follow recipes, find new ones, and
use the tools in my kitchen.
Financial Capacity: being vegan can be very cost effective.
You don’t have to buy expensive meats. typically vegetables,
beans, rice, and potatoes are very affordable.
Willing to work for: I want to better my
health and live a guilt free life.
What I can work for: I can look up new
recipes to make things interesting or make
vegan versions of food that i have always
eaten.
Why is it realistic: I have wanted to go
vegan for a long time and I am vegetarian
right now, I just need to go through with it.
Date of completion: I hope to be fully vegan
By the time I move out. That should be in 2022.
Increments to measure progress: How many
vegan meals i have per day/ week.
Stalling?: I do not think i will stall on this
because it is something very important to me. I
have already made many changes to my diet and
habits to be closer to being vegan.
