October 23, 2020

Who: My family, My boyfriend, and me

What: I want to start making more food for myself,
especially healthy food and eventually go vegan.

Where: my kitchen

When: I would like to go vegan by the time i move
out, so that will be in about 2 years.

Which: A requirement would be to have vegetables
about every meal.

Why: I want to become healthier and feed my body with
good food. I would also like to be able to make food f or other
people to show them that vegan food can be so good.

How many: There are only two steps. First step is
to cook more vegan meals. Second step is to fully eat
vegan for every meal.

Accomplished?: It will be accomplished when i
eat only vegan foods.

Attitudes: i have a very positive attitude towards being
vegan. It makes me excited thinking about making a bunch of
new foods and trying out new recipes.

Abilities: I already have the ability to cook. I enjoy it but
my schedule is very busy right now, so I don't do it as often as I
would like.

Skills: i know how to follow recipes, find new ones, and
use the tools in my kitchen.

Financial Capacity: being vegan can be very cost effective.
You don’t have to buy expensive meats. typically vegetables,
beans, rice, and potatoes are very affordable.

Willing to work for: I want to better my
health and live a guilt free life.

What I can work for: I can look up new
recipes to make things interesting or make
vegan versions of food that i have always
eaten.

Why is it realistic: I have wanted to go
vegan for a long time and I am vegetarian
right now, I just need to go through with it.

Date of completion: I hope to be fully vegan

By the time I move out. That should be in 2022.

Increments to measure progress: How many
vegan meals i have per day/ week.

Stalling?: I do not think i will stall on this
because it is something very important to me. I
have already made many changes to my diet and
habits to be closer to being vegan.
