BEGINNING

Christopher Salis began his career as IT Procurement Manager
at Adecco Employment Services. He served the firm for over
two years and also managed strategic partners and vendors.
After elevating the outcome for Adecco, he went to apply his
vision at Gap, Inc. and handled strategic sourcing for almost five
years.

After Gap, he served eBay and managed the Operational
Excellence over there. He has also worked with Business
Objects for almost four years. In this firm, he started as the
senior manager for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, and
with his tireless efforts, he was able to become the Executive
Director.

After business objects, he worked with SAP for nearly six years
and in that period, he reversed the declining revenue and
increased the growth SaaS revenue for upto four times. He has
also earned a sound reputation for making a global team of
product managers.

His achievements at the company:

 He reversed the declining revenue of the company.
 He achieved the highest line of business quota in 2010-11.

 He helped in generating 4x SaaS revenue growth.
 He helped in generating 300% revenue growth in 2011.
 He launched SAP sourcing which became the first

successful offerings of SaaS.

Over the course of his career, Chris Salis has also led and
motivated several teams. He is of the opinion that for every
firm, the most important asset is its employees. This is why he
has never failed to encourage them to put their efforts towards
a mutual goal.

Apart from his professional life, he applies this concept in his
personal life too. He is a father and thus aware of the
challenges every parent has to undergo. He has shared his
experiences with others to help them with their parenthood
troubles.

tech industry. He has always built positive ideologies and has
