New Affiliations – Red Mountain Golf Club & The Royal Gems Golf City, Thailand

thailand RED MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB, THAILAND

Red Mountain Golf Club, nestled in the heart of Phuket, is one of Asia’s most exciting courses. The course, located about
50 minutes' drive from the Phuket International Airport, has been cleverly routed to take advantage of a huge variety of
landforms and dizzying elevation changes. Designer Jon Morrow and co-designer Al Tikkanen have created a highly
strategic and challenging 6,900-yard layout to complement the shorter and gentler old Loch Palm Course. There are natural
waste bunkers, towering precipices, deep ravines and flooded gullies, all seamlessly integrated and challenging even for the
most experienced players. And as you weave your way through the dramatic changes in elevation, you are rewarded with
panoramic views over Phuket before heading back down another gully lined with tropical forest.

The Royal Gems Golf City, about 40 minutes' drive from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, is inspired by the love for the game and
passion to create a unique golf experience to share with avid golfers around the globe. The complex will eventually offer
63 holes as one connected property, making it the world’s largest pure golf city and the ideal destination for discerning
golfers. This project has secured a charismatic piece of land – approximately 560 acres – to accommodate three different
styles of golf courses meticulously created by three of the world's most talented course designers.

Loch Palm Golf Club is built around Crystal Lake, the glistening central feature of the course and the largest body of water
on any Phuket golf course. Just a stone's throw away from the Phuket town and Patong Beach, the course features smooth
slopes and dramatic elevation changes and will take you across and around ravines and plateaus that will put your golfing

Carved into a valley by the historic Chao Phraya river delta and located about 45 minutes' drive from Bangkok, Riverdale

in Bangkok. Pockets of wetlands create wildlife havens and perhaps a new habitat for Open Bill Ibises which traditionally

Withdrawal Of Rule 18-2b –
Ball Moving After Address

Among the main changes to I dtihdenboatllm! ove
the Rules of Golf effective
January 1, 2016 is the
withdrawal of Rule 18-2b.

This means that if a ball at
rest moves after the player
addresses it, the player is no
longer automatically deemed to
have caused the ball to move.

Only when the fact shows
that the player has caused the
ball to move, a one-stroke
penalty under Rule 18-2 will be
applied and the ball must be
replaced.

Effectively, the removal of
this Rule means that there will
no longer be any presumption
that a player has moved
his ball after grounding his club
in preparation for a stroke.

This is indeed a welcome
amendment made by the
Ruling body.

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT
OF ALL SPORTS and
ACTIVITY LESSONS

MUST BE MADE AT THE
