2023 QUARTER 2 SMEPA


I N T R O D UCT I O N P RAY E R MAKABAYA N S O N G Mrs. Mylene D. Millave was the emcee. She introduced Mrs. Marivic D. Latayan who led the opening prayer followed by the singing of the Makabayan Song led by Mrs, Dinna M. Perez. SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 O PE N I N G R EMARKS Dr. Nancy C. Napili welcomed all the participants and thanked those who attended. Faculty president Mr. Darwin B. Lajato also welcomed all the attendees R E G IST RAT I O N Before the start of the SMEPA Second Grading Report, teachers and parents registered at exactly 3:00 PM. 100% attendance was attained. The meeting was held in ICT room.


U P DAT ES SMEPA is significant because it gives school administrators the ability to track and assess student learning outcomes at the school level. This system also gives data on how well teachers are doing in terms of providing basic education services and adhering to DepEd standards. Payapa Elementary School's acclaimed principal, Dr. Nancy C. Napili, delivered the updates of the School Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustments for the second quarter with pride. This described the school's current state. Payapa ES faced several difficulties, just like any other school. Payapa ES made the decision to create several programs, along with various projects and activities, to fill up those gaps. SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 M.A.P. E .C. In response to DepED Order No. 17, S. 2022 (Conduct of the Early Registration for School Year 2022-2023) and DepEd Order No. 35, S.2022 (Guidelines on Enrolment for School Year 2022–2023 in the Context of Re-Introduction of the In-Person Classes), Payapa Elementary School formed Project MAPEC. To motivate all parents to enroll their children in school so they can receive a quality education, Project MAPEC (Motivate All Parents to Enroll their Children) was created. Additionally, it aims to prevent dropouts and motivate children to return to school. Child Mapping, Early Enrollment, and Home Visiting are some of the covered activities. access


SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 N . O . D Project N.O.D. - No to Dropout is one of Project MAPEC's activities. It works with kids who are at risk to prevent dropouts. Some of the techniques employed included home visits and one-on-one conversations with parents and students. There were no known dropouts for the second quarter. access


Q UAL I T Y Regarding the students' reading proficiency, Payapa Elementary School is still in the recovery phase. Owing to the remote learning modules, several students struggled to read since they did not complete the assignments completely, had their parents complete the assignments for them, or had simply copied the answers from others. As a result, a significant portion of Key Stage 1 Filipino students are not readers (Grade 1 to 3). Q UAL I T Y The reading competency of the students at Payapa Elementary School is still in the recovery stage. . The proportion of students in Key Stage 1 who are not readers in English is extremely high (Grade 1 to 3). SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 M.A. L .V.A. R . Make All Learners Very Active Readers, or Project M.A.L.V.A.R., is Payapa Elementary School's reading initiative. This project aims to raise the literacy levels of English- and Filipino-speaking nonreaders and struggling readers. Several of the project's initiatives aim to raise the pupils' literacy levels. Through the guidance of teachers, students continue to improve their reading. Constant practice of reading help students to increase their level of literacy, quality

In compliance with DepEd Order No. 12 Section Project P.A.N. was created by Payapa Elementary School's Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Program in 2015. It focuses on students' numeracy levels and aims to advance all students from the instructional and frustrated levels to the independent level through the use of three main activities that emphasize interest, mastery, and engagement. quality


SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 MEA N PE RCE N TA G E SC O R E The mean percentage score (MPS), often known as the percentage of properly answered items on a test, represents the proportion of correctly answered items to all test questions. MPS of all the subjects from Grades 1 to 6 was computed and compared. Results show that Araling Panlipunan has the lowest MPS. FAI L I N G SC O R E While there was no record for Key Stage 2 students, numerous Key Stage 1 children failed courses. quality


SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 K.K.K. The nutritional status of the students was also assessed, and the results suggest that the majority of them obtained a normal level. Project KKK was started to raise the learners' awareness of their health. Project K.K.K. (Kapamilya Kaagapay sa Kalusugan) seeks to disseminate information about health, including good hygiene and dietary practices. ACT IVI T I ES Under Project K.K.K. are four activities: CLEAN (Concern and Love for the Environment through Assessing its Needs)-; EAT (Eto Ang Tama); HISO (Habitual Initiative towards Successful Oral Hygiene); and SOAP (Safe, Orderly and Adaptable handwashing Practices) quality


SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 G O VE R N A N CE It is important to have a strong connection and communication among the stakeholders to ensure the achievement of goals. K.A.P.I. T . Project K.A.P.I.T. was launched to access more partnerships and linkages among the members of the community to the LGU and private stakeholders.. Meeting with stakeholders, posting online, recruiting volunteers, and opening all lines of contact are a few of the project's efforts. governance


BARA N G AY Mr. Arman Jay Bautista, Committee on Education of Barangay Santiago, pledged his support towards the projects of Payapa Elementary School. SMEPA PAYAPA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 107473 PTA Mr. Rolly Perlas, vice-president of the PTA of the current school year, also promised to support the initiatives of the school.. SP G SPG President Lanz Louie De Castro gave an inspiring statement about how the group would respect the school's principles and continue to support all of its initiatives. Representatives from the barangay community, parents-community and student-community were asked to give their message. governance


U P DAT ES Financial report of the school was also reported. The program ended with the singing of Hawak Kamay and a prayer led by Mrs. Imelda T, Laja, The Payapa Elementary School neighborhood was pleased with the outcomes and looks forward to carrying on with community improvement.
