Company History Sizemore & Company played an instrumental
role in the formation of the prestigious
Sizemore & Company was founded over Construction Users Roundtable (CURT).
twenty-five years ago, when a Fortune 100
company expressed an interest in establishing a CURT now consists of nearly 60
local Construction User council. The Appalachian industrial and institutional owner and
Construction Users Council (ACUC) and the contractor member companies
Construction Owners Association of the Tri-State representing over $200 Billion
(COATS) developed as a result. in annual construction
spending worldwide.
Since then, our company has made a name for
itself in Association Management - working 2000
alongside owners, contractors, and other
organizations to address the multitude of
challenges facing the construction and
engineering industry.

leads Sizemore & Company's Association
Management Business Unit. Outside of
the office, you will find him teaching at the
University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering
and Applied Science.

Greg holds both a B.A. in Economics and an
M.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from the
University of Cincinnati and earned his law
degree from the Northern Kentucky University
Chase College of Law.

Nathaniel Sizemore, Esq. Recent
Company
With nearly a decade of construction industry Accolades
experience, Nathaniel leads Sizemore &
Company's Supplemental Resources and 2015 2016 2016
Consulting Business Unit and serves as the Best of Cincinnati
company’s General Counsel. Previously, he Inc 5000 Best of Cincinnati
served as a construction attorney with a large Award
law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Recognition Award
Nathaniel focused his legal practice on
construction litigation, contract litigation,
government contracts, and suretyship where he
represented owners, contractors, and sureties in
all aspects of public and private development
projects.

Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University
and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt
University Law School.
