SILVERWARE FOR TWO OF GERMANYS
MOST ICONIC HANDBALL TEAMS

hummel is proud to sponsor two of the most iconic hand-
ball teams in Germany – THW Kiel and SC Magdeburg –
and in the 2020/21 season we witnessed medals for both
teams. THW Kiel won the German Championship, while SC
Magdeburg was crowned EFH European League winners.

In June 2020, we signed a multi-year contract as sponsor
of the Norwegian National Handball teams with the quest
of winning international gold. The women’s national te am
dawned the iconic chevrons with their record 8th EHF
Euro Gold medal as well as their Olympic bronze medals in
Tokyo 2020.

The new partnership with NHF underlines the strategic and
importance of our indoor c ate gory and reinforces hummel’s
