Ravi Shrotriya, CEO of Veggitech, has discovered a way of growing
plants in places where the temperature is on a higher side for most of
the year as the United Arab Emirates. His goal is to grow plants where
optimal agricultural conditions are unjustified. He is trying to create a
modified atmosphere in places where the atmosphere otherwise


would not allow vegetables to grow to their optimum. After doing

research, he created a design that allows him to control the
temperature for 365 days, which was not possible with the previous
designs. When the temperature rises, the soil heats up, and all the
nutrients present in the soil are neutralized, so the plants don’t get
enough nutrition. Now, they are using hydroponic farming to overcome
these challenges. They are trying to convert ordinary farms into smart
farms using these kinds of technologies. Ravi Shrotriya belongs to the
rich state of Gujarat. We can grow Tulsi and Money Plant using

Hydroponic farming is a unique and new farming
technology of the future. The systems do not use soil
and are based entirely on water. There are numerous


benefits of hydroponics but a few to mention are that it

saves water, uses fewer chemicals, saves space and
produces more growth based on how healthy the
plants are being indoors. To set up your hydroponic
system is quite expensive, to begin with, but the overall
results are extremely rewarding and beneficial for the
