SINOPSIS PROJEK DKA “FOOD WASTE SMART BIN” NAMA PELAJAR : FAZRI IZZUDDIN BIN JAMIRI MOHAMAD HAFIZI BIN NESSRUN MUHAMMAD KHAIRUL AIMAN BIN ZAINAL ABIDIN PENYELIA: SITI MARLINNA CHU BINTI MOHD RIZAL CHU SINOPSIS PROJEK: These days, a lot of farmers would purchase fertiliser from the market to use in their gardens. In this project, we'll build a garbage can that uses food waste for creating homemade fertilisers. The project we'll work on will lessen the farmer's workload so he can keep up with his garden.Our product, which is the smart bin food waste composition, is made to produce organic fertiliser that can be utilised again by homeowners or farmers while also reducing the quantity of food waste that is disposed of. Moreover, our approach can reduce the need of chemical fertilisers, which may be detrimental to rivers and their native environments. With the help of our product, we expect to reduce the amount of food waste disposed of and the frequency of usage of chemical fertilisers.

The hydraulic wheelbarrow include a user friendly control panel,allowing operators to adjust the lifting height and angle based on the nature of the load. the hydraulic system provides a smooth and controlled lifting motion,reducing the risk of strain related injuries and fatigue. the wheelbarrow is also equipped with durable , puncturesistant tires suitable for various terrains commonly found on farms. This research is motivated by the imperative need to create a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and other stakeholders accessing the school premises.The study will identify potential hazards and risk factors contributing to unsafe conditions. Additionally, the research will investigate the role of local authorities and law enforcement in maintaining road safety around the school premises.To gain insights into the perspectives of the school community, the study will incorporate surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders. Preliminary study on kenaf fibrous concrete found that kenaf fibre has good properties mainly to improve tensile and flexural strength of concrete. Hence, the fibre may improve the strength properties of mortar as a bonding material for brickwork. This study was conducted to investigate the mechanical properties of kenaf fibrous mortar and brickwork.The Brick produced using kenaf is (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%). This study focuses on the effectiveness of the production of compressive strength,water absorption and density using three main materials, namely kenaf core,sand and cement.

This kind of tool are specialise in doing construction works especially in the carpenter field because it is related to nail and wood. This idea was also brought from us which is the idea to pull the nail is difficult using the manual concept. So we using a simple concept that can apply to the user the easy way to pull the nail without damaging the nail and the wood. It is also can minimise construction waste which is a nail that cannot be used anymore because of bent. The issue could be also that many workers would waste a lot of nails just because the shape of the nail is bent. That could be the addition to more waste that needs to be disposed of to provide an environment friendly to society and people.

SINOPSIS PROJEK DKA “A STUDY ON SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR LANDSLIDE INFRONT OF KLINIK DESA TEDONG, JALAN MELAKA - MUAR” NAMA PELAJAR : NURAIN SYAZWANI BINTI ZULKARNAIN NURUL AMIRAH SA'ADAH BINTI SAMIRAN PENYELIA: AYU WIRDAWATI BINTI PO`A SINOPSIS PROJEK: The intention of the study is to identify the kind of soil that has been identified and discussed in relation to the landslip location. Gaining more precise knowledge about the soil at the location is the main objective of this study. The issue is the landslip that happened at the Jalan Melaka – Muar intersection in front of Klinik Desa Tedong. Because of its short width and small shoulder area, this route is vulnerable to increasing risk of landslides, which can potentially harm the surface of the road.aside from it. Moreover, debris from landslides can obstruct waterways, raising the possibility of flooding. in considering The first approach involves determining the liquid limit of a soil sample that has been cleared of particles on a 425μm test filter or that is in its original state. Finding the relative proportions of various particle sizes after they pass through a particular sieve size is the next technique. Using the geotechnical lab sheet manual that was provided during semester three, one can accomplish this procedure. Upon It is evident from the data gathered that the type of soil depends on the values of the liquid and plastic limits. Eventually, based on the facts gathered, some of the conclusions can be revealed after finishing.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DKA “STUDY OF BITUMEN STABILIZATION WITH USED ENGINE OIL” NAMA PELAJAR : NOR HASANAH BINTI MUSTAFFA SNEHA A/P SATISH PENYELIA: SUHAILA BINTI SAFIE SINOPSIS PROJEK: The stabilization of bitumen using used engine oil to find out the stability of bitumen. To know the stability various method was carried out. Bitumen is a natural derivative of crude oil and is a complicated mixture of hydrocarbons. Nowadays, larger traffic volumes, higher axle weights, and higher tire pressure have made it extremely challenging for nations all over the world to maintain their current road networks. Transforming the used engine oil into alternative raw materials for the manufacturing of bitumen mixes is a natural stage of sustainable growth, especially in light of the growing environmental concerns and reducing the cost of road construction and the duration of the process by using used engine oil. To identify the softening point suitable for bitumen after mixing with engine oil, to find out the hardness of bitumen using engine oil, and to determine the stability of bitumen after mixing with engine oil. The methodology decided to recycle Used Engine Oil (UEO) as a stabilizer in our research. The UEO will be added to the bitumen mixture to see whether it is suitable to be added to the mixture. Based on the laboratory test conducted bitumen and engine oil can be used in road construction by using the correct percentage of oil.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DKA “STUDY OF MUSSELS AS AN ADDTIONAL MATERIAL CONCRETE MIX” NAMA PELAJAR : AZEEKA ZULAIKA BINTI MOHD AZMI NUR HUSNINA MARDHIAH BINTI SAMRI PENYELIA: SITI ZAWIYAH BTE HUSAIN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Waste product known as mussel shell has the potential to be employed in the construction industry, such as in this study as a partial replacement for sand. We initially looked into mussel shells since they have very strong qualities and can be used to create concrete mixtures that get stronger and stronger. Then, a partial sand replacement of 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% was added to the concrete, along with a replacement rate of mussel shell ash. After that, we keep it in water and use the absorption test for 7-28 days. This study revealed that concrete that has been blended with mussels had a higher absorption rate. Additionally, we performed a compression test and a slump test to evaluate the concrete's strength. In each of these tests, we discovered that the results varied depending on the %, and we also discovered that each percentage had a unique level of tensile strength. Finally, we discovered that mussels can provide strength at 20% and also 40%, according to the data we gathered. Many investigations have been conducted recently to pinpoint the traits and practical behaviour of concrete. This is because there are many components that affect the concrete's qualities and levels of behaviour. The strength and durability of concrete will tvoically fluctuate dramatically as a result of these factors. The stability and safety of concrete structures will thus face significant challenges as a result of this circumstance.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU DGU5A / 5B “CUSTOMIZE TOOL PALLETTES FOR SURVEYING PLAN DRAFTING” NAMA PELAJAR : MOHAMAD ANUAR BIN ZULKIFLI MUHAMMAD IMAN ARIFF BIN KAMIL PENYELIA: Sr FIRHAN BIN SALIAN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Projek ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pakej katarahan, simbol dan bingkai berkaitan penyuntingan Pelan Ukur Kejuruteraan. Ia bertujuan untuk memudahkan dan mempercepatkan penghasilan pelan tanpa melalui proses lakaran yang lama dan merumitkan. Kata arahan (command) adalah terdiri daripada program LISP yang boleh diperolehi secara percuma dari laman web dipilih berdasarkan keperluan penghasilan pelan. Projek ini juga dapat menjimatkan kos daripada membeli perisian-perisian berkaitan ukur kejuruteraan dimana pakej ini dapat dikongsi dengan pengguna-pengguna perisian Lukisan Berbantukan Komputer (CAD). AHMAD YUSOF BIN SAHDAN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Ringkasan projek adalah untuk menghasilkan peta lokasi bagi Pusat Pemindahan Sementara (PPS) di Daerah Jasin dengan menggunakan aplikasi QGIS. Aplikasi QGIS dapat digunakan oleh semua orang tanpa memerlukan lesen. Projek ini diperlukan kerana akan membantu pihak Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia untuk mengenalpasti semula lokasi PPS yang berada di Daerah Jasin. Dengan adanya peta ini orang awam juga dapat menggunakannya untuk mendapatkan maklumat mengenai PPS. Pengguna dapat mengakses maklumat mengenai PPS dengan menggunakan QRcode atau link website yang telah disediakan.

Hal ini kerana, penduduk di Malaysia kurang mengetahui tentang bidang Utiliti dan tidak sedar akan kesan sekiranya isu - isu seperti ini tidak diberi perhatian . Oleh itu , dengan adanya model ini , sedikit sebanyak dapat memberi ilmu dan kesedaran tentang pentingnya pemahaman berkaitan Utiliti di Malaysia kepada masyarakat serta pelajar Geomatik khasnya.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “DETERMINING NEW LOCATION OF WATER DISPENSERS AROUND PMM (AQUATECH EVOLUTION) ” NAMA PELAJAR : VARSHINI A/P SEGAR SHOBA SUGALAVARCHANA A/P RAMASH PENYELIA: Sr HASNIZA BINTI HARUN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mencadangkan lebih banyak pemasangan dispenser air Coway dan menghasilkan peta yang menunjukkan lokasi setiap dispenser air. Penyataan masalah menunjukkan respon pelajar berhubung pendapat mereka terhadap prestasi dispenser air Coway di politeknik kami dan keperluan peta navigasi sekitar kampus. Maklum balas maksimum daripada borang Google menunjukkan bahawa pelajar menyokong idea untuk memasang lebih banyak unit dispenser air di sekitar Politeknik Merlimau Melaka dan menghasilkan peta untuk memudahkan navigasi di sekitar kampus. Kajian ini juga merangkumi kajian literatur, pengumpulan maklumat daripada soal selidik, artikel daripada Google dan Wikipedia, menghubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan Coway dan perisian yang digunakan seperti ArcGIS. Hasil peta adalah untuk melihat kesan dan prestasi jumlah baru dispenser air terhadap pelajar.

NOOR ASMIDA BINTI ABU BAKAR SINOPSIS PROJEK: Projek ini bertujuan menghasilkan Peta Tematik kategori tanah di Mukim Merlimau,Melaka dan membangunkan laman sesawang yang memaparkan peta tematik tentang kategori tanah di Mukim Merlimau,Melaka yang memaparkan maklumat yang berkaitan . Antara perisian yang akan digunakan bagi penghasilan peta tematik adalah perisian QGIS. Manakala, untuk membangunkan laman sesawang adalah melalui aplikasi github.

SURIAWATI BINTI JUSOH SINOPSIS PROJEK: Pelbagai usaha dilakukan oleh kerajaan untuk meningkatkan sektor pelancongan di negeri Melaka selaras dengan usaha kerajaan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kedatangan pelancong dalam dan luar negeri bagi melawat artifak sejarah kesultanan melayu melaka. Artifak adalah barangan berupa alat atau karya ciptaan manusia dari suatu zaman tertentu yang diperoleh atau digali keluar dan dikaji kerana kepentingan sejarahnya. Dengan adanya Sistem Pemetaan Artifak Sejarah KesultananMelayu Melaka akan meningkatkan minat para pelancong untuk melawat negeri Melaka. Sistem ini dibangunkan untuk memudahkan pegawai PERZIM dalam menguruskan data artifak. Ia juga akan memudahkan pengurusan pegawai-pegawai PERZIM dalam menguruskan data-data artifak dengan lebih sistematik sesuai dengan status bandaraya Melaka yang diistiharkan sebagai tapak warisan dunia (UNESCO) pada Julai 2008.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “E MANUAL BAGI PEMETAAN ORTOFOTO MENGGUNAKAN PERISIAN AGISOFT” NAMA PELAJAR : NUR MAISARAH BINTI MOHD SHUKRI NOR ELYA NATASYA BINTI MAT HUSIN PENYELIA: PN. SURIAWATI BINTI JUSOH SINOPSIS PROJEK: Hasil soal selidik daripada pelajar yang mengambil Kursus Photogrametry DCG30103 mendapati bahawa mereka kurang mahir dalam pemprosesan data Ortofoto dan DEM. Oleh itu, satu manual untuk pemprosesan data Ortofoto menggunakan perisian Agisoft telah dihasilkan. Dengan adanya manual yang dihasilkan ini akan membantu dan juga menjadi rujukan kepada pensyarah dan pelajar-pelajar Diploma Geomatik PMM dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “LAND USE LAND COVER CLASSIFICATION AND CHANGE DETECTION AT MERLIMAU, MELAKA USING REMOTE SENSING IMAGE” NAMA PELAJAR : NUR ZAFIRAH BINTI IKHSAN NUR AMYLYANA SHAZRIEN BINTI SAHIRIN NUR ZUHAIRAH BINTI MOHD NASIR NOR RAZIDAH BINTI ADAM PENYELIA: PN. AIDATUL IZANA BINTI MOHD TAHA PN. AYATI BINTI PARMEN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Urbanization is usually associated with a change in land use from agriculture, forest or waste and to urban land use such as housing, business, industry and so on. Therefore, the urbanization has caused very significant changes over time in the city of Merlimau and changes in terms of urbanization, water bodies, agricultural, bare soil and forest. Our study uses satellite images that use the remote sensing method, which is ERDAS imagine software that will produce a land use map. The research aims to analysis change land use land cover is located in Merlimau area using remote sensing images. We want to track the change in rapid urban development between 2010, 2015 and 2020. In this study, satellite image for 2010,2015 and 2020 we used for supervised classification in LULC (land use/ land cover). For accuracy assessment classification error matrix and kappa analysis will be done.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “PENGHASILKAN PETA INTERAKTIF POLITEKNIK MERLIMAU MELAKA.” NAMA PELAJAR : MUHAMMAD NURHAZIQ BIN MUHAMAD AZLAN MUHAMMAD AFIF ZUHAIR BIN MOHD KHAIRULLAH MOHAMMAD NURFAISAL BIN ZAINUDDIN IMAN AHMAD WA'IE BIN REDUAN PENYELIA: CIK NOOR FAIZAH BINTI ZOHARDIN SINOPSIS PROJEK: Menghasilkan laman sesawang yang memaparkan peta interaktif/digital di Politeknik Merlimau Melaka. Produk dihasilkan dengan beberapa perisian Autocad dan ArcGIS serta satu laman sesawang iaitu maphub. Projek diawali dengan mengkaji keperluan penyediaan peta interaktif di politeknik merlimau melaka. Diikuti dengan menghasilkan Peta Interaktif Politkenik Merlimau Melaka. Dan diakhiri dengan mengkaji keberkesanan Peta Interaktif Politeknik Merlimau Melaka. Dengan adanya produk ini, masalah pencarian lokasi, bangunan dan bilik-bilik akan berkurang. Produk ini berstatus mesra pengguna dimana dalam laman sesawang tersebut mengandungi cara-cara penggunaan dan mudah difahami.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “PENGHASILAN PETA DAN WEBSITE BAGI HOMESTAY MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI SISTEM GIS DI MERLIMAU” NAMA PELAJAR : NUR AREYANA BINTI MOHD ZAKI NURUL SYUHAIDAH BINTI SAM MUHAMMAD A'ISY ISKANDAR BIN MOHD NOR AZMAN NURUL NADIAH BINTI ABDUL RASHID PENYELIA: PN. ROHAFIZA BINTI MD DARUS SINOPSIS PROJEK: Projek ini bertujuan membina sebuah laman sesawang dimana skop kajian dilakukan di sekitar kawasan merlimau untuk mencari homestay di sekitar tempat tersebut. Hal ini demikian, kawasan kajian kami diuruskan oleh pemilik homestay dan kami akan menumpukan kepada orang awam dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Sistem GIS di kawasan Merlimau.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “SISTEM PEMINJAMAN DAN PEMULANGAN ALAT MAKMAL UKUR, PMM” NAMA PELAJAR : NURUL SHAHRIZAT BINTI MOHD FUAD NUR SUHAILA BINTI BAKI@BAKRI PENYELIA: PN. AZRINA BINTI ZOLKEFLI SINOPSIS PROJEK: Aplikasi permohonan peminjaman dan pemulangan alat dibangunkan untuk memudahkan para pelajar dan pensyarah semasa proses peminjaman dan pemulangan alat ukur di Bengkel Ukur. Selain itu, aplikasi ini dapat menjimatkan masa para pelajar bagi memulakan sesi kerja lapangan atau amali. Dengan itu, dapat menaik taraf proses peminjaman dan pemulangan alat ukur dengan menggunakan Glide sebagai aplikasi dalam talian. Oleh itu, data-data yang direkod adalah pengisian maklumat tentang pinjaman dan pulangan alat ukur disimpan dengan selamat dan tidak hilang.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “PENGHASILAN MODEL STRATA 3D DI KUARTERS PENSYARAH POLITEKNIK MERLIMAU MELAKA” NAMA PELAJAR : NUR IZZATI BINTI BASOK MOHD FAUZAN AHMAD SALIHIN BIN RUHAIZED PENYELIA: PN. NORLYDAH BINTI OTHMAN LATPI SINOPSIS PROJEK: Projek seni bina dan strata ini merangkumi proses merekabentuk, penganalisaan dan memvisualisasikan reka bentuk dalam bentuk 2D kepada bentuk 3D yang menekankan faktor model luaran dan ukuran kuarters pensyarah Blok Q1 di Politeknik Merlimau Melaka. Dengan adanya projek ini maka Unit Pembangunan Dan Penyelenggaraan dapat menggunakan data model 3D strata ini untuk menyelesaikan masalah, merancang dan memproses rekabentuk menggunakan teknologi yang bersesuaian.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “PEMBANGUNAN SISTEM MAKLUMAT TANAH ADAT (PERTAM) MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI GIS” NAMA PELAJAR : ARIFF AMSYAR BIN ZAINAL ARIFF AHMAD AIMAN BIN MD HASAN PENYELIA: PN. NORLYDAH BINTI OTHMAN LATPI SINOPSIS PROJEK: Projek ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan suatu Pangkalan Data untuk kegunaan PERTAM bagi mengetahui kawasan Tanah Adat yang dibangunkan Oleh PERTAM di Melaka. PERTAM adalah sebuah syarikat pemaju hartanah dibawah kerajaan Negeri Melaka yang khusus membangunkan tanah-tanah adat di Melaka. Penyediaan sistem maklumat ini diharap dapat membantu PERTAM menguruskan sistem dan rekod mereka dengan lebih teratur kerana sebelum ini PERTAM hanya menguruskan secara konvesional dalam sistem rekod pemfailan. Sistem pangkalan data yang akan dihasilkan adalah dengan menggunakan perisian QGIS yang mana perisian ini dapat diakses secara maya dalam talian.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DGU “PEMODELAN ALAT ARAS AUTOMATIK DENGAN KAEDAH FOTOGRAMETRI JARAK DEKAT MENGGUNAKAN KAMERA NONMETRIK” NAMA PELAJAR : NUR SYAMIN BINTI MOHD FADZLI PENYELIA: CIK ABZA BINTI KHALID SINOPSIS PROJEK: Fotogrametri Jarak Dekat berkembang dengan pesat seiring dengan peredaran teknologi dalam pelbagai bidang. Kaedah Fotogrametri Jarak Dekat merupakan satu prosedur kerja pengukuran yang melibatkan beberapa proses pengimejan suatu imej samada menggunakan kamera metrik atau kamera non-metrik. Penggunaan kamera digital non-metrik yang semakin meluas dan mudah diperolehi dalam pelbagai jenis, model, bentuk, format, dan resolusi.Pada dasarnya, kamera digital non-metrik merupakan kamera yang memiliki karakteristik ringan, berdimensi kecil, tahan air, dan mempunyai Field of View yang lebar. Bagi mendapatkan hasil pengukuran yang tepat dan berkualiti, kamera digital non-metrik perlu dikalibrasikan dengan menggunakan plat kalibrasi (Chessboard) serta diproses di dalam perisian Agisoft Metashape untuk mendapatkan kestabilan parameter dalaman. Di samping itu, perakaman gambar 2D bagi model Automatic Level Topcon AT-22A dan Automatic Level Topcon At22A yang sebenar bagi bidang Kejuruteraan Geomatik. Hasil model 3D dan nilai pengukuran jarak yang diperolehi dari kamera digital non-metrik yang telah dikalibrasikan akan dibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran dalam perisian dan pengukuran geodetic untuk menentukan ketepatan pengukuran serta masa pengambilan gambar 2D ke model 3D.


SINOPSIS PROJEK DSB DSB “URBAN GLAMPING RETREAT” PENYELIA: CIK AIZALIANA BINTI MOHAMAD ADNAN PUAN NOOR AINI BINTI MISTAR SINOPSIS PROJEK: Glamping is a glamorous camping that describes a style of camping with amenities that not usually associated with traditional camping. Glamping has become particularly popular with 21st-century tourists seeking modern amenities alongside the escapism and adventure recreation of camping such as cabins, treehouses, and tents. This project is through a creative process connecting people in a dynamic and inspiring setting. This project should be able to perform as a place where people can meet and participate in various activities. Students are required to design an urban glamping retreat as the new place for leisure for all ages in Port Dickson. The proposed site in situated at Batu 1, Port Dickson and the area is currently an empty site for recreational activities.
