8 January 2021

Today was a good day! I was looking forward to coming home because i can’t wait to play Roblox with my Aunt and Uncle! I thought that Xavier wasn’t going to
play, but I was wrong! He texted me to ask what time i was going to play and said that he wanted to join me.

Also, i was ahocked to see my sister at home! She brought me lunch that my
grandmother had cooked..

Just came
home!

10 January 2021

Today, we went over to ah ma’s house to have dinner! She stays at Toapayoh
so papa had to drive me and jiejie there. At her house, I remember my cousin
ian was sharing about something called “stocks” with papa. I have no idea
what they were talking about but i found it funny because it sounds like
SOCKS! HEHE

15 January 2021

Mummy was working from home today so i was really happy to have her accompany me! While she was working, i
watched my favourite netFlix series and had lunch in front of the TV. I will not eat until my favourite show
plays!

Also, i have no idea why my sister keeps taking photos of me.

Today was a really rainy day! It was raining so heavily but my parents still decided to head out to have dinner. We
went to the hawker at Changi Village because papa and jie jie loves to eat the BBQ food there. Papa also tried to feed me

something called the Satay..? But i didn’t want to try it because it was something that i am unfamiliar with.

I am a little sad today. My tuition teacher said that i need to do more work be-
cause my PSLE is coming and i still have many more areas to improve on. I hate math.

What a fun day today! i brought my little pet chick that i got for christmas
over to wai gong’s house! i showed Da Yi the little chick and she was also
interested in it. I was a bit disappointed that Yi zhang couldn’t come, but at
least he called me to ask if i was enjoying my time!

Later at night, we went to do some Chinese New Year shopping! Everyone
asked me to choose the decorations since it was the year of the ox, which
happens to be my zodiac sign! There was so many to choices to choose from, i
didn’t know where to begin!

I went to a vegetarian restaurant today! I Finished my favourite lotus root soup with rice, but mummy said that i have to make sure to Finish every single
grain of rice on my plate so that none of the farmer’s efforts is wasted. She also said that planting rice is a very tiring task. It was a funny thing to

hear, because i never knew where rice actually comes from. Now that mummy told me, i am sure to not waste a single grain of rice!

Me and mummy fell asleep accidentally while on our way home.
I love Sundays because that’s where me and my family will
spend the most time together.

YAY It is Chinese New Year! I am really happy because i can get lots of red
packets!! Usually on Chinese New Year, we would go to my grandparents houses
to give our blessings. Today was also a super hot day and my parents took so
long to get ready before going up to wai gong’s house. I had to wait so long

under the hot sun.

I’ve always wanted a pet, but my parents said no. I went to take a look at all
the Fluffy animals at the pet stall today, and it made me want one even more!
Even though i already have 3 Angel Fishes at home, i can’t help but to wonder
what does it feel like own a hamster, kitten, or even a puppy!

First day of school after the long weekend. I am feeling so tired.
Can’t wait to change out of my uniform and into my home clothes
so that i can feel comfortable!

During PE lesson today, we played captain’s ball. I am not good at playing sports, so i never liked PE lessons. But
today, i actually had quite a good time because my bestfriend and I were in the same team! I was a little sad when

the bell rang. Now, i can’t wait for the next PE lesson!

I Finished my homwork early today so i get to play Roblox! I recently discovered a Universal Studios Singapore world in
Roblox and so far i am emjoying it. I get to make my character ride roller coasters and explore the park! I just can’t
wait for when it is my turn to go!

Also, i ate macdonalds for lunch today because ah po was out and could not cook lunch. So
jie jie bought burger for me!

Tonight, papa drove us all out to have desserts. On the way home after, i heard a song playing on the radio and it
sounded familiar. It sounded like a tiktok song. I asked jie jie what song it was, and she told me it was called Ride It.

I really liked that song.

26 February 2021

I don’t like to eat on the dining table because i prefer to eat in front of the TV. But, since mummy
and jie jie were talking on the dining table, i decided to join as well. For lunch today, i asked
mummy if i could eat instant noodles. She said yes!

It is the last day of February and i have come to the last page of this notebook. I guess i will have to ask mummy to buy me a new one soon.
