Glossary

Qualifying Member (also referred to as “Qualified Member”) – A Member who has purchased at least
one Success Kit within the past year and has a minimum 100 BV personal order on autoship processed
within the current month.
Bonus Payouts the bonus payout chart is in local currency of the qualifying member. If you reside in NZ
all payout figures are shown in NZ dollars and the same for Australia being Australian dollars.

Enroller Bonus

The Enroller Bonus pays through the Enroller upline tree to the first eligible Enroller. To be eligible,
existing Members must have a 100 BV personal order on autoship processed within the current month.

A personal Success Kit purchase is never required to receive the Enroller Bonus.

Example:
• Bob is an existing Member.
• Bob enrolls Sue who orders a Success Kit.
• Bob must have a 100 BV order on autoship to earn the Enroller Bonus.
• If Bob does not have a 100 BV order on autoship, then the Enroller Bonus will pay to the first
Member in the Enroller upline tree who does.

Enroller Upline Bonus

The enroller upline bonus pays through the enrolment upline to the next two qualifying members after
the member who received the enroller bonus.
If the entire upline is traversed and both levels of the bonus have not been paid out, another pass is
made through the enrollment upline. Additional passes are made until the entire bonus has paid out.

Multipass Bonus

The Multipass Bonus pays through the Enroller upline tree to Qualifying Members based on their PO3
rank in the current monthly commission period.

Special Payout Note:

If the first level (direct) Enroller is a Qualifying Member ranked Diamond (“paid as” Diamond for
the most recently closed volume period) or above, they “scoop” up all initial seven levels of the
bonus set aside for Platinum or lower ranks. This means that the Diamond would be paid all
Multipass Bonuses set aside for Bronze through Platinum ranks, plus the first Multipass Bonus
set aside for Diamond ranks.

If the first level (direct) Enroller is a Qualifying Member ranked Bronze through Platinum (“paid
as” for the most recently closed volume period), then each Multipass Bonus rank level will
remain to be paid according to the full pass through Enroller upline tree as outline below.

There are twenty-two (22) total possible Multipass Bonus payouts on each Success Kit purchased (see
bonus payout chart for rank and bonus amount details). Rank level for payout is determined by the
Enroller’s “paid as” rank for the most recently closed volume period in the PO3 plan.

The Multipass Bonus payout will flow as follows:

1. While any of the 22 levels remain to be paid, the Enroller upline tree is traversed until a
Qualifying Member is found.

2. Each Qualifying Member found is paid the highest level remaining for their rank or below.

3. The bonus continues through the Enroller upline tree to the next Qualifying Member, skipping
them if their rank is not high enough for any of the remaining unpaid rank levels of the bonus.

4. If the entire Enroller upline tree is traversed and any levels of the bonus remain, another pass is
made through the Enroller upline tree.

5. Additional passes will continue to be made through the Enroller upline tree until all 22 levels of
the bonus have been paid.

In any given pass, only one level of the bonus may pay to a single Qualifying Member during that
pass. However, additional rank levels may pay to a Qualifying Member in subsequent passes.

Potentially, all 22 levels of the Multipass Bonus could pay to the same member if they are the
only Qualifying Member in the entire Enroller upline tree.
