Bhupender Singh
Chief Executive Officer,
Intelenet Global Services

Dear Colleagues,

Congratulations to all our Top 100 Global award winners. You make us all proud and
play an important role in getting our organization to the top. It was truly a fitting finale
to a challenging but successful year at Intelenet.

This edition of the i-Slice of Life features our advancements, achievements and
growth during our second year as Intelenet 2.0 and is a celebration of our people at
Intelenet. Remember, it's not just about working, it's also about enjoying what we do.

Looking back at the year, there has been a lot of hard work put in by all of you. We did
face some strong external head winds, but thanks to the exceptional and continuous
effort put in by each and every one of you, the company has made a great foundation
for the future. And the months of hard work is now beginning to pay off. In the past
few weeks, we have had some great new business wins, both from our existing
clients and new clients. And the additional logos in our pipeline for new work has
never been this robust before. The future looks bright!

As we continue to make big strides in a challenging environment, let us keep
reminding ourselves of what got us here in the first place - our exceptional service
delivery, customers and employees focus and above all, our humility.

Thank you and good luck to all of us.

Best Regards 2
Bhupender
