Present Simple Tense ปัจจุบันธรรมดา S+V.1 (s,es)

- S+V.1 ประธานเอกพจน์ กริยาเติม s es แล้วแต่กรณี
- S+กริยาช่วย+V.1 ไม่ต้องเติม s ทุกกรณี
กริยาช่วยที่ใช้บ่อยคือ can should must

โครงสร้างประโยคบอกเล่า

Subject + Verb.1 + Object + คำบอกเวลา

ทั้งนี้คำกริยาช่องที่1 นั้นจะมีการเติม s หรือ es
ถ้าหากประธานของประโยคเป็นเอกพจน์ [ He She It ]



ถ้าประธานเป็นพหุพจน์ [ You We They ] ให้คงรูปกริยานั้นไว้




They enjoy playing the football.

โครงสร้างประโยคปฏิเสธ

แบบที่1 = Subject + Verb to be + not + Object + คำบอกเวลา




ใช้เมื่อในประโยคนั้นมี V.to be ปรากฎอยู่




I am your servant. I am not your servant.

แบบที่2 = Subject + V.to do + not + V.1 + Object + คำบอกเวลา



ใช้เมื่อในประโยคนั้นไม่มี V.to be จึงนำ V.to do มาแทน



He watches television at home







He does not watch television at home

He isn’t an engineer.

ใช้เมื่อในประโยคนั้นไม่มี V.to be จึงใช้ V.to do มาช่วยแทน
