Restringing your racquet plays a very important role in your tennis game. With time, your strings will lose both tension and feel, which can influence your game. Other reasons we recommend restringing your racquets are: • Lower the tension of your strings to alleviate tennis elbow • Adjust your tension depending on the season • Get more feel. Strings lose feel after some time and become “dead” • Most competitive players like to restring their racquets before the tennis season starts to get that nice “fresh feel.” The “rule of thumb” says that the number of times you play in a week is the number of times you should restring your racquets in a year. Restringing Cost Cost of Strings plus $20 Labor Racquet Stringing All courts must be reserved in advance. Reservations can be made online or in the Racquets Pro Shop. Walk-ins are are available only when the court is free. Please note that the online reservation system is how the Pro Shop will determine if a court is free. Indoor Casual Play - Court cost is $20 for 1½ hour. Outdoor Casual Play - There is no cost to members for outdoor casual tennis court reservations. Individual Court Reservations

Come by the WC tennis facility to try out the new ball machine and test your skills. We are pleased to announce that the WC Tennis Facility has recently added an industry leading ball machine - Play Mate Grand Slam. In addition to the regular ball machine functions, the added lift will make it possible to practice return of serves, retrieve defensive lobs/ high balls and respond to balls that come from a naturally elevated position to create a game like environment. The lift allows the ball machine to replicate a serve with any type of spin and at a variety of speeds up to 120mph. The unique four wheel design allows the Grand Slam to grip the tennis ball like no other machine in the world allowing for left and right handed slice and kick. The return of serve is one of the most important shots in the game but often overlooked in practice so we are excited to have this new machine that will allow our members to hone up on their returning skills. Cost for 1 hour = $20 Cost for 1 ½ hrs. = $26 Family package = $250 unlimited use for 1 year (best value) *Ball machine can only be used indoors and during shop hours. The price reflects the use of the indoor court. Ball Machine Rental
