the last station Pulau Sebang Station is the
last station for the Batu Cave-Pulau Sebang
Line commuter service and is a station in the
Seremban-Gemas Twin Track network which
is nearing completion.

The positive thing about this Sungai Gadut 2
Station that fascinated me was that it was very
clean, orderly, and pretty, based on what I saw.
I just stepped out of Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM)
and was ecstatic because of the cleanliness and
amenities available, such as escalator . The best part
is that the seats offered by Station Sungai Gadut are
both backrest and non-backrest chairs.
As a result, having the backrest is
convenient and appropriate for elders
who are not in good health. which does
not provide enough support for young
people and girls.

the way to pay the fare is, they do not use
cash, but they will use a card, which we will
buy and can use for life. this card concept is
similar to the touch n go card concept. where
the card will be topped up according to the
value we want.

My recommendation for improvement was
based on what I saw in front of my eyes at the
Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station. My
recommendation for improvement is based on
common sense reasoning, as well as the
convenience and wellbeing of people of all
ages, from young to old.
Bag storage Users who bring a lot of bag would find it
easy to store them in a secure spot with
this storage bag.
Water storage and food will not be easily spilled when in
food container Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) because
Massage chair there is a place to eat and drink
This massage chair is planned for the
comfort of seniors and adults who are
only looking to relax for a short period.

1. TIME
Here, I will give a little comment from my point of view on the experience during
my journey either, to the station, at the station, while waiting for Keretapi Tanah
Melayu (KTM), in Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM), or the destination I went to. This
Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM), in my opinion, should be normalize by the public.
Since there are several advantages.
- Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) is one of the best mass transportation systems
in the world, saving time and money for its users due to its high speed and low
ticket prices. However, there are certain disadvantages to the pace savings.
where the time spent waiting for the Malaya train to arrive was a little
excessive. referring to my own personal experience It takes 1 hour 45 minutes
for the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) to arrive from Nilai station to Sungai
Gadut station. It was a very long time for me to wait.
- And from angles other than those already listed in terms of time. for those who
choose to use public transportation, such as the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM),
Public Bus, Light Rail Transport (LRT), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and others
They have their own schedule. where users must adhere to the schedule of
public transportation (on time). If the user is late or too early in waiting for
Kereta Tanah Melayu (KTM) to arrive, the user is responsible for the late or
missed Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM).

2. NEW NORMS
- In today's world, where we are plagued by the covid-19 outbreak, it can be
difficult for consumers to ride public transportation such as the Malayan
Railway (KTM), Light Rail Transport (LRT), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), buses,
and so on. KTM, on the other hand, has issued Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP) is a set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help
workers carry out routine operations. equipment such as hand sanitizer,
physical confinement, and QR Qode, based on my knowledge.
- However, I fully support what the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) has done since
it has been able to follow and comply with the terms and laws imposed by the
government in dealing with the covid-19 epidemic. This is something that
should Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) do. since, in my opinion, some Keretapi
Tanah Melayu (KTM) still do not have protective equipment in place to cope
with the Covid-19 epidemic conversion, such as hand sanitizer.
