Constructive Playthings’ products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranties do not cover normal wear
and tear or cosmetic items like scratches, dents, fading, weathering, or damage due to abuse or vandalism.
Specific warranties as follows:
• Lifetime Warranty: recycled posts, steel posts, post caps, clamps, all stainless steel hardware, and cast aluminum parts, except as
otherwise listed below
• 25-Year: spring toys (steel coils springs or steel C-springs)
• 10-Year: surface max surfacing tiles, vinyl coated decks & steps, sheet plastic components, roofs and adventure tubes, rails, loops,
and rungs
• 5-Year: border timbers & poured in place rubber surfacing system
• 1-Year: all other parts not listed

The warranties stated above are valid only if the products are installed according to installation instructions provided by Constructive
Playthings, using original parts and have been used in the manner for which they were designed. Warranties do not cover vandalism, misuse,

loss or damage We cannot be responsible for damage or loss while in transit. Therefore, all shipments
should be checked IMMEDIATELY before you sign the bill of lading. Any shortage or visible

cancellations Cancellations will be accepted upon written notification from our office (restocking may
& returns apply). Returns will be accepted, however, a restocking fee will apply, all freight charges
will be prepaid, and we have expressly authorized the return.

assembly All items come with complete, easy-to-understand assembly instructions. If your facility has
maintenance personnel on staff, they should be able to install the equipment. However, we
also have Professional Certified Playground installers that can provide installation as well.

surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or packed earth. The
complete area, including the space under and around all
