Course Objectives

Students will be able to…
1. Know and understand the principles of listening and speaking English according to everyday
situations and work practices.
2. Able to listen - watch and speak English according to everyday real life situations.
3. Recognize the importance and benefit of listening and speaking English in everyday life, and in
actual work operation.

Course Competency
1. Listen - watch English communication from different types of media.
2. English pronunciations according to phonetic principles.
3. English conversation, responds according to the situation.
4. Use the English language according to the native social and cultural manners of the native
speaker.
5. Use information technology to develop English listening and speaking skills.

Course Description.
This course emphasizes the fundamental language skills of listening, speaking, thinking, viewing, presenting
and daily conversation in everyday life. An emphasis on vocabulary and composition skills will be an on-
going part of the program. The course includes studies of various Listening – Speaking English from different
media resources, enhance their pronunciation according to the phonetic principle. Use of vocabularies, idioms
and conversations in various situations; verbal and non-verbal language, use of language according to the
social and cultural etiquette of native speakers and use of information technology, develop listening and
speaking skills.

Course Objectives
Students will be able to…

1. Know and understand the use of English in the workplace.
2. Able to observe, speak, read and write English language according to the situation in the

workplace.
3. Realized the importance and benefits of using English in the workplace.

Course Competency
1. Listen - watch stories about working operations.
2. Converse and responds according to the situation in the workplace.
3. Read information on rules, regulations, announcements and terms in the workplace.
4. Writing notes and filling out forms in the workplace
5. Use Information Technology to find the progress of work in the workplace and practice using
English skills.

Course Description.
This course aims to develop fundamental language skills reading, writing, speaking, listening,

thinking, viewing and presenting. Studies will focus on certain topics, including interactive conversation about
hospitality, information and organizational structure, position and function, asking and giving direction,

Course Objectives
Students will be able…..

1. To know and understand the principles of reading English publications in daily life and at work.
2. To read various types of publications in English in daily life and at work.
3. Realize the importance and benefits of reading English in everyday life

Course Competency

1. Read English documentaries and newspapers.
2. Read English publications, tables, diagrams and charts.
3. Read the message log schedule. And letter in English
4. Writing notes and filling out forms in the workplace
5. Use Information Technology to find the progress of work in the workplace and practice using

English skills.

Course Description.
This course prepares students to be successful on their V-net Examination. Reading requirements of this
course are more demanding and require insightful analysis. This instruction also provides the student with
sophisticated techniques for success in reading and writing on advanced level. Students will discover ways to
take a critical approach to reading and writing as they connect the meanings of different kinds of publications
in English in everyday life principles and strategies, documentary fiction newspaper publicity material,
advertisement, brochure, leaflet, postcard, announcement, label

Course Objectives
Students will be able…..

1. To converse with English speaker that emphasizes clarity, fluency, rhythm, word stress, syllabication,
stress, and intonation.

2. To tell their different opinions and feelings in a good manner.
3. To understand customer demand, request, and asking for assistance.
4. To have curiosity in the community, especially for customer satisfaction.
5. To communicate English in different places of service.
6. To impart their knowledge and skills towards local and international customers.
7. To provide a good resume for applying a job.
8. To pass the interview once the students are going to apply for a job.

Course Description

The main goals of this course are the students can show the hospitality of tourism students to the different
attitudes, language, and demands of local and international customers therefore to give their satisfaction based
on their communication skills and services.
