ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude to Allah
for providing us with the opportunity and ample time to complete
this written report (e-Magazine): A review of the selected movie
and the aspects of project management, as assigned by our
Project Management (BQS560) lecturer. Hopefully, all this
knowledge can be implemented by us in the future. We would like to
thank Madam Suzana C. Alih, our course lecturer, for her support
and guidance for us from the beginning of the assignment to its
completion. Her patience and frequent responses were something
we greatly admired about her, and they enabled us to complete
this assignment with heartfelt content. Apart from that, we would
like to show our thanks to all the group members for their
cooperation and patience in completing the task, especially during
these hard times of pandemic COVID-19. There were a lot of
challenges in producing a good outcome from the assignment since
everything was done online, including the discussion among the
group members. In conjunction, our special gratitude goes to
everyone who was involved directly or indirectly throughout its
completion. Your kindness is really appreciated.

INTRODUCTION

WHAT IS PROJECT
MANAGEMENT?

Project management is the application of
techniques, methods, skills, knowledge, and
experience to achieve particular project
objectives within agreed-upon constraints.
Project management has final outputs that are
limited in time and budget.

A BUG'S LIFE MOVIE
SYNOPSIS

A Bug's Life is a 1998 American computer-
animated comedy film directed by Pixar
Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney
Pictures.

The film is about Flik, an inventive ant
who is always creating chaos for his
colony. The day that the grasshoppers
came, to take the ants' food like they did
every year, Flik accidentally made the
food all disappear. Enraged with that
"lack of productivity," Hopper, the
grasshopper leader, warned that he
would return at the end of the summer.
The strong-arming insect then demands
that the ants gather twice as much
food or they will face destruction. Flik
embarks on a trip to recruit fighters to
protect the colony in order to escape
calamity. He believes that he has
discovered his solution path as he
encounters a swarm of high-flying
circus insects.

CONCLUSION

All of the aspects that had been discussed can lead to accountability
significant changes towards a construction's project
management. In order to deal with the current situation,
the government, industry, academics, and society all need
to work together in an efficient and effective manner. As
a result, the construction industry's competitiveness and
position in the national economy will be enhanced as a
result of the efforts of all parties involved.

Project management helps to plan and manage project innovation
