Understanding the self means self care and self

compassion it is when you are doing distinction and benefitted to what is
happening around you, accepting the things you cant change and
changing the things you can and having the wisdom to know the
differences.
realizing that the most beautiful part of you is when we have known

defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found
their way out of the depths. these persons have an appreciation, a

sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion,
gentleness, and a deep loving concern. the knowledge that presupposes
wisdom were the very things that connected me with all the people who

were alive, who had ever been alive.
