PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS
• We will perform a timeline evaluation of the situation,
if the unit can be repaired within 24 hours, we will not
send out an “Uptime” Support unit
- We will be happy to look at a rental unit for
these situations.
• Downtime must be due to mechanical breakdowns
during operation
- Bad fuel, damaged tires, broken accessories, due
to operator error are not covered under this program

• All “Uptime” Support units must be returned in the
condition that they were received in
- Fuel filled
- Operator station cleaned
- Dirt and debris cleaned

• “Uptime” Support unit model and attachments are
subject to availability

• Snow Emergency – This program is in effect when 2”
plus inches are forecasted

considered prior to dispatching during
