Just Enjoying the 2018 Member Survey – Executive Summary
Countryside Life! Larry Franzen, President
Since 2010, Countryside has been surveying our membership near the end of high season, when
memories are still fresh. Each year the participation rate continues to increase from 354 in 2016 to
a record 514 members in 2018. We are grateful that you take the time to provide us valuable feed-
back about our overall performance. Responses from 514 is considerably more than required to be
statistically relevant and gives us an effective picture of our members’ impressions of Countryside. In
addition to the rating questions I am especially grateful to all of you who took the time to provide
comments as well. In fact, we have 76 full pages of comments to review and digest in addition to the
rating questions, all of this material is reviewed thoroughly by the Countryside team members and
the Board. The GM/COO along with the leadership team will use it to look for specific improve-
ment opportunities operationally and the Board and GM/COO will review it strategically to look
for trends and ideas to assist in future planning.

Event Photos Available: Overall Member Satisfaction
countrysidegcc.net The overall membership satisfaction continues to be very high as you can see on the graph below.

I believe this speaks to the fact that our members want to be out and involved, socializing with their
friends and neighbors. An important factor as we look to the future. continued on page 3...
