University,Baltimore,Maryland.

designwastoreservethelandandexpand
commercialusethatwillcorrespondto
WashingtonCollege.
PhaseIIoftheprojectintroducesanew
program,theBiotechnologyCenter.
ThemainproposalisalargeVisitors/
AdministrationCenter.Thiscenterallows
foramultitudeofactivitiesincludingagallery
space,greenhouse,andarestaurantlocated
onthesecondlevel.Activatingthewaterfront
isthekeyaspectinrevitalizingthearea.
Thedesignessentiallybecomesamanifestation
ofmovement,guidingandencouragingapath
directlytotheviewofChesterRiver.Thesense
ofdiscoveryminimizesthesiteimpactwhile
creatingaspaceforallpeople.

newgrocerystore.Inordertomakesure
thatthereisaneaseofpedestrianmovement,
theconceptincorporatesaparkinggaragebelow
grade.
Intheeverexpandingstateoftheworld,
spaceeconomybecomesessentialinarchitecture
anddesign.This13.4-acresitewillbeutilizedto
providinganodewhereitwillconnectallaspects
ofhumanlivingspace.Allowingpeopletolivein
thesamecommunitywheretheyworkandshop,
willimprovethequalityoflife.

iscommericalgeneral,whichallowsfor
residentialandcommericaluses.
