AN URBAN COOL FUNDRAISING INITIATIVE

Trampolining is a great holistic health giver, bringing both physical and mental benefits to adults and
children alike. In comparison to jogging, trampolining is more effective and faster.

With the global emergence of PARKOR fitness, trampoline parks are a growing leisure henomena.
The extreme tricks and activities aligning closer to the urban “cool” factor associated with
skateboarding. B2B is an opportunity for young people to improve their fitness and push themselves
while raising awareness and funds to support an important cause.

We estimate that B2B has the potential to raise over 2 million dollars across three years.

This fundraising initiative would go beyond our Cystic Fibrosis Queensland
community. The supporting program includes healthy living information and

education benefiting all Queensland children.

PROJECTED 60 SCHOOLS There are over 544 schools in Brisbane, 1724 in
REVENUE 160 SCHOOLS Queensland. Our estimated revenue of $240,000
320 SCHOOLS in the first year is based on engagement rate of
1,300 11% of Brisbane school participation. On average
975 we have a goal of 200 children within each school
650 participating. To register their participation each
325 child contributes a minimum of $20.
0
2018 2019 2020 The estimated revenue in year three is based on
an increase of 62% participation rate. CFQ would
leverage our experience and encompass
participation throughout Queensland. Our
estimated revenue is based on a 20% participation
rate. We are reaching out
to charity partners requesting seed funding for this
project. As a supporter of this program you will be
rewarded as a foundation member.

Fuel for the Engine

$30,000 KICKSTART INVESTMENT REQUIRED

Through an initial three-week pilot program, B2B Naming Rights Sponsorship would
make your brand a household name in over 5000 homes in just 10 days. By 2018
your brand will have reached 50 000 homes, and by 2020 we envisage that the
program will have touched the lives of over 300 000 families.

TWENTY METERS OF ROTATING BILLBOARD REAL-ESTATE

A pilot program this year would enable us to build successful and credible activation programs in
2018. In addition, we will be developing a call to action film that will demonstrate how the program
works and to inspire students to take up the B2B challenge. The trial program alone will return huge
marketing benefits for our founding partners.

Initially we have invited five schools to participate in the pilot, estimating a return of potentially
$20 000 in pledge donations from the students, and provide the opportunity for sponsors to deliver
their brand into 5 000 homes within the three-week trial period.

Each B2B program will require call to action collateral and media coverage supported by a
registration website with back-links. Ten touring trampolines equates to twenty meters of rotating
billboard real-estate.

The Challenge

300 THOUSAND KIDS JUMPING OVER THREE YEARS

Qualified trainers and accredited riggers will make up the B2B activation team. They will be
supported with public liability insurance, healthy lifestyle education, ten trampolines with a range
of pledge challenges to get students active, engaged, raising funds, and bouncing during lunch
breaks and/or during sport/class time.

The benefits for the school will depend on the level of engagement and the length of the
activation period within each school will depend on the registered participants. We estimate that
the program will
be able to process at least 350 children jumping per day. Over a period of three years, we
envisage that the program will have the potential to reach over 320 schools and touch the lives of
over 300 000 children.

Activation partner

B2B will be a activation partnership between our CFQ
Community Fundraising team and Flipside Circus, a not-
for-profit community organisation and Queensland’s
largest youth circus company. Flipside Circus have a
national reputation for excellence in training and
performance.

Flipside has extensive experience delivering social circus
programs right across Queensland. They have worked
regularly in indigenous communities (including long
running residencies in Central Queensland), with refugee
children and their families, with young people at risk,
isolated and remote communities, as well as with people
with physical and intellectual disabilities.

"The extraordinary thing about the Flipside
programs is watching people go so far

beyond what they thought their limits were.
The joy you see when they do something they

didn’t know they could is something else,”
- disability support worker.

Waiting for a Cure

On average one Australian child is born with cystic fibrosis every week. It is the
most common life shortening genetic condition in Australia.
There is no cure for cystic fibrosis

WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

The treatment for cystic fibrosis is lifelong, ongoing and relentless. People living with cystic fibrosis
can spend the equivalent of four months of full-time work each year receiving treatment, take up to
80 pills a day, undergo tough physiotherapy regimes, hospital admissions several times a year and
constantly cope with debilitating lung and gastrointestinal disease.

The average life expectancy for Australians living with cystic fibrosis is less than 38 years. The
prevalence of cystic fibrosis in Australia is the same as childhood leukaemia. The difference is that
over 95% of children with leukaemia will be cured. There is still no cure for cystic fibrosis. When
you are living with cystic fibrosis, every day matters.

As an organisation Cystic Fibrosis Queensland (CFQ) provides support services for the cystic
fibrosis community across Queensland, including: in-hospital programs, lifesaving equipment,
physical activity subsidies and emergency funding, advocacy and community education, research
and clinical treatment.

Our organisation receives less than 13% of our funding from Government. We rely heavily
on the development of corporate partnerships and community fundraising initiatives like
B2B. For more information on how you can support this program through sponsorship,
phone Roz Fenson (07) 3359 8000.
