IN YOUR KIT,
YOU WILL FIND:
BodUltraTM 10ml vial
• Inject .5ml 2 days a week – Monday & Thursday
1 10ml syringe
• (8) 29g x 1⁄2” x .5ml insulin syringes for hCG;
• (8) 18g x 1 inch draw needles for testosterone; • (8) 25G x 3mL x 5/8” for testosterone
16 Alcohol Prep Pads
Anastrozole .25mg tablets (8 tablets);
5000 units of
freeze-dried HCG.
• You will need to reconstitute it with 5 milliliters of sterile or bacteriostatic water. The resultant solution contains 1000 IUs of HCG in every milliliter of water. (You must use the appropriate amounts to ensure your dose is correct.);

PREPARE YOUR
WORKSPACE:
Clean the area with a bleach containing cleaner and allow to dry. Wash and dry your hands with a clean towel.
Supplies you will need:
• Alcohol swabs
• Vial of bacteriostatic water
• hCG vial containing the freeze dried hCG powder.
• A 10ml syringe for mixing bacteriostatic water
Reconstituting the hCG:
• Remove the plastic flip off caps from both vials.
• Use an alcohol wipe to swipe in one direction the tops of each of the rubber stoppers.
• Open the package containing the mixing syringe.
• Draw 5 ml of
air into the syringe.

• Remove the needle cap.
• Being careful with the exposed tip of the needle, pierce the center of the rubber stopper and insert the needle into the vial of water.
• Inject the air into the water vial. This creates positive pressure that helps you draw the water easily into the syringe.
• With the vial upside down, withdraw 5 mls of bacteriostatic water.
• Remove the syringe.
• You are now nished with the bacteriostatic water and can place it out of the way.
• Carefully insert the needle through the rubber stopper of the hCG vial.
• Inject the water slowly while directing the stream towards the wall of the vial. The water should flow down the inside of the vial and gently perfuse the hCG powder.

• Do not shake the vial, instead, gently mix the contents by rolling the vial in your hands until the hCG powder dissolves and disappears.
• Keep your hCG refrigerated to ensure maximum stability and potency.

YOUR INJECTIONS
The syringes you receive should look something like those pictured below.
Use for hCG
For hCG you will use the attached needle on the syringe to draw your injection as well as injecting.
Use for Testosterone
For testosterone, which is oily remove the needle that comes on the syringe (while capped) and put on the larger draw needle to draw up injection. Then switch the needles back before injecting.

INSTRUCTIONS
Giving a Subcutaneous Injection
The subcutaneous layer of fat is just under the skin. You may need to slightly pinch the area as seen to the right. You may inject with a 90- degree angle (straight) or if you are very lean you may need to angle your injection at a 45-degree angle.
You may inject into the abdomen, glutes, thighs, or the arms as shown. Injection sites should be rotated in the highlighted areas. It is important to use a different site each time you give an injection. This prevents scars and skin changes. The sites where injections are given should be at least 1 inch away from each other.

• Use an alcohol wipe to clean the area you will be injecting.
• Gently pinch the skin and insert the needle into the skin using a 90-degree angle. If you are lean you may want to use a 45-degree angle.
• After the needle is completely inserted release the grasp on the skin.
• Inject contents of the syringe by gentle and steadily pushing the plunger.
• When the plunger stops count to 5 to ensure all contents have been absorbed.
• Slowly withdraw the needle and lightly press and alcohol wipe over the injection site.

FDA-cleared sharps disposal containers are made from rigid plastic and come marked with a line that indicates when the container should be considered full, which means it’s time to dispose of the container. Below are examples of FDAcleared sharps containers:
