PRODUCT AND DESIGN

THE PRODUCTS WE’RE MOST EXCITED ABOUT RIGHT NOW

In the Las Vegas market, designers and customers alike are quick to
default to the same old products and brands when it comes to
hardscape and interior design. Below are the materials that everyone
should be talking about –

ITALIAN PORCELAIN BY KRONOS

We're excited by the versatility and look of Italian Porcelain by Kronos.
It is beautiful, low-maintenance, durable and aesthetically very similar
to alternative, higher-priced products. Our customers love it because
the price point sits below other premium products, but the finished look
is incredibly polished and sleek or rustic and charming, depending on
the look you want to achieve! Key benefits of Italian Porcelain by Kronos:

• Resistance - Porcelain stoneware is a very strong, waterproof,
durable material. It has a high degree of impact strength and is
extremely hard-wearing. It is resistant to weather and frost and
even immune to aggressive substances like chlorine or brine.

• Non-Slip – All Kronos products have anti-slip characteristics to
increase safety in wet or damp outdoor locations.

• SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) - Various Kronos USA collection
colors* have a solar reflectance index (SRI) between 60% and
84%, reducing the material’s heat absorption. When a material
is exposed to direct sunlight, scorching can be a serious
problem if people walk over it barefoot. Tests have revealed
that Kronos material generates lower temperatures than the
natural equivalent, reducing the scorching and burning risk at
the hottest times of day.

NEOLITH

Another competitively priced product with a bevy of bonuses, NEOLITH
is ideal for countertops, feature walls and barbeques and is a fantastic
option for those looking for modern design and extreme durability. Key
benefits of NEOLITH:

• Installation – Neolith is incredibly durable and is great for
outdoor installation, even in the intense Las Vegas heat and
sun. Your contractors will appreciate that it is easier to install
than similar products.

• Stain Resistant – Neolith will not stain and is chemical-safe,
even when submerged.

THE VSB TEAM

John Archer
John has spent over 25 years in the Stone Industry right here in
Las Vegas. His career began in the Local 13 Union as an
apprentice. He became a journeyman Marble Mason/Tile Setter
and would spend the next 15 years working on numerous casinos.
From there he moved into sales where he focused on
Architects/Designers and contractors. John has valuable
knowledge and is glad to it share with your company to achieve
success while building a working relationship together.

Phil Aiken
After twenty years of running a successful landscaping and pool
company here in Las Vegas, Phil is bringing his love of design and
customer service to Vegas Stone Brokers. Intimately familiar with
how to take complex projects from start to finish, Phil is excited
to share his expertise with VSB partners.

Danny Ascencio
Danny is the yard foreman at VSB. With over 9 years of
experience in the hardscape industry, he brings extensive
knowledge of our VSB products and installation procedures.
Proud to be a part of the VSB team, he looks forward to helping
