Rob is an Executive Vice President specializing in retail tenant representation in the Dallas/Southwest market. In his role,
he manages both high growth new store roll outs and existing store portfolio management. He performs market analysis
for new stores and relocations, conducts corporate site tours, negotiates letters of intent and works to ensure that store
openings are timely and within budget.

As an extension of clients’ internal real estate departments and having worked internally with the likes of Blockbuster and
FedEx, he is responsible for efficiently managing their real estate portfolio needs and ensuring strategies are aligned with
their business objectives.

Situation

■ Children’s Health was rapidly outgrowing their existing hospital in Dallas, TX. In an effort to create more space for patient
rooms, the decision was made to relocate some existing services to a location off premise.


Results Summary

■ JLL partnered with Children’s to identify two relocation • Identifying the ideal space, Children’s was able to utilize
opportunities nearby the Dallas Medical District outdoor space and install an indoor pool to create a best
in class pediatric rehabilitation and counseling facility.
■ Worked to identify ideal uses to relocate from the
hospital setting, including rehabilitation, counseling, ■ Children’s was able to relocate less than a mile away
therapy, etc. from their Hospital and lease over 35k SF of ground floor,
2nd generation medical space.
■ Originally a request for 15k SF of retail space within 5
miles of the Medical District, the search grew in size as ■ Finalist for D magazine medical deal of the year.
