Dashboard: My Orders • User can see overall shipments data based on the status • Click the status to view shipment list with more details. • Cash on Delivery customers can view COD amount to be remitted, pending to be collected and failed to collect respectively. • The default date range is set for 30 days. • Users can change date range to see data for that duration.

Shipments: Single Shipment Domestic | Recipient Details • User can search recipient from contact book • User can manually input new recipient details. • User can save the new contact into contact book by select the checkbox “Save to Contacts”

Shipments: Single Shipment Domestic | Pos Laju • User can opt to insurance coverage with up to of RM10,000 under Etiqa insurance. • Click “Complete” button after all mandatory fields are filled. • User to select the correct product from the drop-down selection (e.g : Parcel and Document) • It is mandatory to provide parcel dimension and weight. • Description of content and Parcel Notes will appear in the consignment note. • COD option is available only after COD subscription is enabled.

Shipments: Single Shipment Domestic| Mel+ Product • MelPlus product needs to be enabled by subscription. * appear only after subscription is enabled. • User to select MelPlus value from the dropdown selection. • MelPlus product has limit of : - 30kg in weight - 25cm in Widht - 35cm in Length - 5cm in height

Origin Country* Shipments: Single Shipment | Custom Declaration • Choose the correct product and category • Declare all items in your parcel. • Clicking “Declare more items” will allow user to add more items for declaration • Search and select the correct HS Code from the list.

Shipments: Domestic Bulk Shipments • In Bulk Shipment page, choose the shipment type to be created (domestic or international). • Download the bulk template given. • Fill up the template correctly. • Any incorrect data in the file will throw error(s) for user to amend and reupload the file.

Shipments: International Bulk Shipments • Upload or drop the filled template into the box. • Click “Submit”, to validate the uploaded shipment data. • In Bulk Shipment page, download bulk template given. • Fill up the required details including custom declaration details correctly. • Any incorrect details in the file will throw error(s) for user to amend and re-upload the file.

All fields are editable: • Pickup address – select from list • Recipient details • Parcel Details • Custom Declaration (international)

Tick the checkbox to select the shipments you wish to get consignment note no. 2. User is prompted to select pick up date before consignment note can be generated. 3. Close popup will not generate connote and request pick up 1 2 3

After generate connote and pick up request is successfully sent, user will be prompted a message to Print Connote Label in Pending Shipments tab 2. Click “Go Now” will direct user to “Pending Shipments” tab

My Shipments: Pending Shipments • All the requested pickups will move to pending shipments tab • Click on pick up number to see shipments under the pickup. • Add more orders into the pickup before pickup activity happens. • Pick ups can be rescheduled before 8.30am on the pick up day.

My Shipments: Add Orders into Pickup • Select checkbox to add multiple shipments (in the same page) into the pickup no. • “Select all orders” to add all shipments with connotes into the pickup no. • User should only see shipments from the same pickup address in the table list. • Click button to add selected shipments into the pickup no.

My Shipments: Shipments Status | Request Pickup Request for Pickup – • User can view shipments that have been created and waiting to get connotes or schedule for pickup. User can see shipments with status : • No tracking ID generated – new shipment with no connote generated. • Pickup not scheduled – shipment with connote yet to be scheduled for pickup

My Shipments: Shipments Status | Pending Shipments Pending Shipments – • User can view shipments that have been requested for pick up and drop-off (from plugin). User can see shipment status: • Pickup Scheduled – shipments that are pending to be picked up • Pickup Rescheduled –pickup that has been rescheduled; either autorescheduled or manual reschedule.

User can see shipment status : • Picked up – shipment that has been picked up. • Dropped-off – shipment that is dropped over the counter. • In Transit – shipment that is moving from one point to another point. • Out for Delivery – shipment is out to be delivered to recipient. • User can track status of shipment by clicking the icon.
