�થમ વા�ષક અહ� વાલ આપની સમ� રજૂ કરવામ� અમને આનંદ થાય છે, �મે ક� બધ� �ણે છે ક� આપણા હાઉ�સગ સંકુલમ�
૧,૮૪૨ મકાનોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. સંકુલ�ંુ �નમ�ણ �ુ� મં�ી આવાસ યોજના હ�ઠળ કરા�ું છે. િવ�િવ�ાત કં પની લાસ�ન
અને ટબ� �લ�મટ�ડ� સં�ૂણ� બ�ધકામ કરાર સંભા�યો. આપ�ું સંકુલ કદાચ સૌથી વ�ુ અ�તન અને સમ� ભારતમ� તેના
�કાર�ું એક છે. આ �ો��ે ઘણા માટ� આ�થક આશીવ�દ �પ છે.

�ુજરાત હાઉ�સગ બોડ� સાથે લ�બી જહ� મત બાદ આપણે આપણા સપનાના મકાનનો કબ� મેળવવામ� સફળ ર�ા. અમે
આપણી સં�ા શ�આતથી શ� કર�. આપણા બ�ક ખાતાઓમ� આપણી પાસે કોઈ ભંડોળ નહો�ંુ. અમો એ ૫૦૦ સ�યોના
આભાર� છ�એ, �મે ણે તે સમયે �ુજરાત હાઉ�સગ બોડ� સાથે સંઘષ� કરવા માટ� � .૫૦૦/- નો સહકાર આ�યો હતો (�ે
પાછળ થી એડજ� કરાયેલ છે), અમે આપણા �ારં �ભક ખચ� �ૂરા કર� શક�એ, તે સમયે અમાર� પાસે કોઈ ડ�ટા નહોતો.
�ાર� અમોએ આપણી �યાજ આવક અને શ� ખચ�નો આશર� અંદાજ લગા�યો હતો. સ�યોએ તેમના �ળવણી ખચ�
�ૂકવવા�ું શ� ક�ુ�. અમે પણ �ુજરાત હાઉ�સગ બોડ� પાસેથી �ળવણી થાપણો મેળવવાની શ�આત કર�. ક� ટલાક �ારં �ભક
ખચ� �એચબી �ારા કરવા તેમને જણા��ંુ. ધીમે ધીમે સ�યોએ કબ� લેવા�ું શ� ક��ુ. હવે આપણી પાસે આશર� ૧,૩૦૦ થી
વ�ુ સ�યો છે �મે ણે �એચબી પાસેથી તેમના મકાનોનો કબ� લીધો છે. ઘણાએ તેમની સં�ૂણ� રકમ �ૂકવી દ�ધી છે પરં �ુ
તેઓ વલસાડ/�ુજરાતની બહાર રહ�તા હોવાના કારણે અને કોિવડ રોગચાળાને કારણે તેઓ કબ� લેવામ� ક� ન�ધણી
કરાવવામ� સ�મ નથી.

અમોએ કચરો સં�હ, સલામતી, સફાઇ, પાણી �ુરવઠા �વે ી �ૂળ�ૂત સેવાઓ માટ� �યવ�ા કરવા�ું શ� ક��ુ. ઘણા લોકોને
હ� પણ પાણીની �ુરવઠા માટ� �ે શ�આત મ� સમ�યાઓનો સામનો કરવો પ�ો હતો તે યાદ હશે.

અમોએ તેમની સલાહ માટ� અ� �એચબી હાઉ�સગ સોસાયટ�ના સ�યો નો પણ સંપક� કય�. તેઓએ વીજ વપરાશના
બચત માટ� �ૂ�વાન �ૂચનો આ�યા.આપણે �ુબલાઇટથી ઉ�� કાય��મ બ�બમ� બદલી. ક�મટ�એ ઉ�� ની બચત માટ�
ઘણા પગલ� લીધ� છે. પ�રણામે આપણે ફ�ત વીજળ� જ નહ�, �કમતી ભંડોળ પણ બચાવી શ�ા.આ અહ� વાલમ� એક
અલગ �ૂ�ચ �ડાયેલ છે, �ે વીજળ� બચાવવા માટ� લેવામ� આવેલા પગલાઓને દશ�વે છે.

અમને એ �ણ કરવામ� પણ આનંદ થાય છે ક� સલામતીના કારણોસર આપણા હાઉ�સગ એસો�સએશને વાહન ��કરો
આપવા�ંુ શ� ક��ુ છે. ઘણા સ�યોએ લાભ લીધો છે અને ��કર મેળ�યા છે. બી� બધાને ખાસ િવનંતી છે ક� તમાર� પોતાની
સલામતી માટ� વહ� લી તક� તમારા વાહન ��કરો લઈ લો.

ક�મ�ટ ના સંચાલન �ારા સોસાયટ� ના બધા કાયદ�સર સ�યોને સ�યપદ �માણપ�ો આપવા�ું શ� થ�ંુ. ક� ટલાક સ�યોએ
તેને �બનજ�ર� ગણાવી કાય�વાહ�નો િવરોધ કય� છે. � ક� મકાનના કાયદાક�ય �યવસા�યક હકને સા�બત કરવા માટ�,
સ�યપદ �માણપ�નો કબ� સં�ૂણ�પણે જ�ર� છે. સ�યપદ �માણપ�ો ધરાવ�ંુ એ સ�યોના �ે�ઠ �ય��તગત �હતમ� પણ
છે. ટંૂક સમયમ� જ અમે સદ�યતા �માણપ� મેળવનારા સ�યોની નામ�કન િવનંતી �વીકારવા�ંુ શ� કર��ું.

અમે કહ� શક�એ ક� ભિવ�યમ� કોઈપણ �ાસં�ગક કાય��મો ના આયોજનો માટ�ની િવનંતી, સ�યપદ�ંુ �માણપ� ન ધરાવતા
સ�યોને આપવામ� આવશે નહ�.
મેને��ગ ક�મટ�એ િવિવધ તહ� વારો અને કાય�ની ઉજવણી પણ શ� કર� હતી. તમામ સ�યોને આમં�ણ અપા�ું હ�ું. તહ� વારો
આનંદ અને ઉ�વ સાથે ઉજવવામ� આ�યા હતા. આ અહ� વાલમ� એક અલગ �ૂ�ચ �ડાયેલ છે, �ે િવિવધ તહ� વારો અને
કાય�ની ઉજવણી િવગતો અને ફોટો બતાવે છે.
અમાર� પાસે અલગથી �ડાયેલ િવગતો છે, �ે ૩૧-૦૩-૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ �ૂરા થયેલા વષ�ના હાઉ�સગ એસો�સએશનના
એકાઉ�્ સથી સંબં�ધત છે. અમે રા�ટ� �યકૃત બ�કોમ� રાખવામ� આવેલી થાપણોની �ૂ�ચ પણ આપી છે, તેની પ�રપ�વતાની
તાર�ખ અને ઉપરો�ત થાપણો પર મળ� રહ� લા �યાજના દર ની િવગતો.
આપણા બાઈલોઝ ની જ��રયાત �ુજબ અમે એવા સ�યોની �ૂ�ચ આપી છે ક� �ઓે ૩૧-૦૩-૨૦૨૧ ન� રોજ �ડફો�રો છે અને
�ળવણી ખચ�મ� તેમના �હ�સાની �ૂકવણી કર� નથી. (� અહ� �ડાયેલા �લ� મ�થી કોઈપણ સ�યો એ �ૂકવણી કર�
દ�ધી હોય તો તેની �ણ ઓ�ફસ મ� �દન સાત મ� કર� દ�વી).

Welcome Letter

We are pleased to present before you the first annual report from the Association. Everyone
knows that our housing complex consist of 1842 houses. The construction of the complex
was done under the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme by the renowned Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
as a contractor. Our complex is probably the most advanced and one of its kind in all of the
India. This project is a boon for the economically backward people.

After a long struggle with the Gujarat Housing Board, we managed to get possession of our
dream houses. We started our organization from scratchwithout any funds in our bank
accounts. We are grateful to some of the members who initially contributed which helped
us meet our initial expenses. At that time, without any data, we roughly estimated our
interest income and possible expenses. Early members also started paying maintenance
costs. We also started receiving maintenance deposits from the Housing Board. Some
initial costs were borne by GHB. Gradually the members began started taking possession.
We now have about 1300 members who have taken possession of their houses from the
GHB. From which many have paid the full amount but due to the COVID-19 epidemic are
not able to take possession as they are staying out of Valsad.

We started with arranging basic services like waste collection, safety, sanitation, water
supply and so on. Many members still remembers the problems faced due to water supply.

We also contacted other GHB Societies members for their advice. They also gave valuable
suggestions for saving electricity consumption. We switched from a tube light to an energy
efficient bulb. Present Committee has taken many steps to save energy. As a result, we
were able to save not only electricity but also precious resources. Attached to this report is
a separate list, which shows the steps taken to save electricity.

We are also pleased to report that our Housing Association has started issuing vehicle
stickers for safety reasons. Many members have taken advantage and got the sticker.
Everyone else is kindly requested to take your vehicle stickers as soon as possible for your
own safety.

The management of the committee has started issuing membership certificates to all the
legitimate members. However, in order to prove the legal possesional right, possession of
a membership certificate is absolutely necessary and also is in the best intrest of
members.

In a short time, we will start accepting the nomination forms of the members who have
received the membership certificate. Also The request for planning any future events will
not be given to the members who do not have the certificate of membership.
We have received many complaints of members renting out their houses and members
using their houses for commercial purposes. We advice the members that this kind of
activity is against the interests of the individual.
The managing committee also started celebrating various festivals and functions in which
all the members were invited. Festivals were celebrated with joy and festivities. A separate
list is attached to this report, with the details and photo of the celebration of various
festivals and functions.
We have separately attached details, relating to the Housing Association accounts for the
year ended 31-3-2021. And have also provided a list of deposits held in nationalized banks,
the date of maturity and the interest rates received on the above deposits.
As per the requirements of the bylaws, we have notified the members who are defaulters
and have not paid thier share in the maintenance cost. (If any member from the attached
list has paid previously, report it to the Society office within seven days).

સંગઠનના િ�ય સાથી સ�યો અને વડ�લો, હંુ આપ સૌ�ું અ�ભવાદન ક�ં છું. મને ��ુખ
તર�ક� સેવા આપવાનો �ે મોકો મ�યો તે બદલ હંુ આપ સૌ નો અ�ંત આભાર� છું.

મારા જુના અને હાલના કાય�કાળ દર�યાન મ� સં�ૂણ� �ન�ઠાથી કામ કરવાનો �ય� કય�
છે, તે છત� પણ કોઈ ��ત રહ� ગઈ હોય તો તે બદલ હંુ �દલગીર� �ય�ત ક�ં છું.

હ�તલ ક�. દ�સાઈ મને મારા કાય�મ� કોર ક�મટ�ના દર�ક સ�યોનો સં�ૂણ� સહકાર મ�યો છે અને ટ�મ
વગર કોઈપણ કાય� શ� હ�ું જ નહ�. જુની તથા નવી બંને કાય�વાહક સ�મ�તના
��ુખ, સરદાર હાઇટ્ સ સ�યોએ પણ મને સં�ૂણ� સાથ સહકાર આ�યો છે તે બદલ હંુ દર�કનો આભાર� છું.

ઘન કચરાનો �નકાલ તથા �યવ�ા એક આ�ે પણ જ�ટલ સમ�યા છે અને તે અંગે આપણે સૌએ િવચાર કરવાનો રહ�શે.

L&T �ારા આપવામ� આવેલી �ૂગભ� જળ સં�હ �મતા પણ મય��દત છે, આ પણ એક મોટ� સમ�યા છે. પાણીની અછતને
દૂર કરવા માટ� આપણે �ૂગભ� જળ સં�હ વધારવાની જ�ર છે. બીજુ ં અમે િવડ�યો સવ�લ�સ �સ�મ અને �ુર�ા ક� મેરા
લગાવવાની ���યામ� છ�એ. ટંૂકા સમયમ� અમે તેને સ��ય કર� શક��ંુ. હંુ મા�ંુ છું ક� આપ�ંુ સંકુલ �ે�ઠ રહ� ણ�ક સંકુલ
બનાવવા માટ� આપણે વ�ુ મહ� નત કરવી પડશે.

દર�ક સ�યોને આ ભગીરથ કાય�મ� સાથ તથા સહકાર આપવા હંુ અપીલ ક�ં છું.
આપની સમ� રજુ થયેલ �હસાબ �યા બાદ આપ સૌને એક હક�કત તો ખબર પડ� જશે ક� �યાજની ન�વી આવક મ�થી
આપણા સંકુલનો �નભાવ ખચ� કરવો શ� નથી જ.

દર�ક સ�યો ને ન� િવનંતી ક� તેમણે તેમના ભાગના �ળવણી ખચ� ની �ુકવણી કર� દ�વી �ઈએ. આ કોઈપણ ભાિવ સ�મ�તને
કોઈ જબરદ�ત કાય�વાહ� અને શરમજનક પ�ર���તમ�થી બચાવશે.

આશા રા�ુછું ક� આ કાય� મ� આપ સૌનો સાથ સહકાર મળતો રહ�શે અને સંકુલના �હત માટ� હંુ અને માર� �ટમ બંધાયેલી છે,
�ટે લો િવ�ાસ તમને અમારા ઉપર છે એટલોજ હં મેશા મળતો રહ� એ આશા સાથે િવરામ.

Message from President

Dear members and elders of the association, my personal
greetings to you all. I am very grateful to all of you for giving
me the opportunity to serve as President of the association.

Throughout my past and present tenure I have tried to work
with complete sincerity as dedication, yet I apologize if there is
any fault on our part.

I have the full cooperation of every member of the core

Hetal K. Desai committee in my work and no work would have been possible
without the team. I am grateful to all the members of the
President, Sardar Heights

working committee, both old and new, for their full and unconditional support.

Solid waste disposal and management is a complex problem even today, and we all have
to think about it.

The limited underground storage capacity provided by L&T is a constraint, which is also a
big problem. We need to increase underground storage to overcome water scarcity.
Secondly we are in the process of installing video surveillance system and security
cameras. We will be able to activate it in a short time. I believe we have to work harder to
make our complex the best residential complex envy of all.

I appeal to every member to support and co-operate in this herculean task.

After looking at the accounts presented to you, you will all know the fact that it is not
possible to bear the maintenance of our complex from the meager income of interest.

A polite request to each member that they pay their share of maintenance costs. This will
save any future committee from any drastic action and embarrassing situation.

I hope that all of you will continue to cooperate in this work and my team and I are
committed for the best interest of the complex.

કોરોના રોગચાળાને કારણે એસો�સએશનની વા�ષક સામા� સભા યો�ઈ શક� નથી. એસો�સએશનના મેનેજમે�ે �ા�નક
અ�ધકાર� ઓ સાથે �ય��તગત બેઠકો કર� હતી અને લે�ખત િવનંતી કર� હતી, �ઓે સ�યોની બેઠક યોજવાની પરવાનગી
આપવા માટ� અ�ધકૃત છે. � ક� અ�ાર �ુધી પરવાનગી મળ� નથી. એસો�સએશનમ� કુલ ન�ધાયેલા સ�યોની સં�ા 1300
ની આસપાસ છે. �ી� મો�ની શંકા અને ચા�ુ ��તબંધોને �તા મહ�મ �ય��તઓને મળવાની મંજૂર� છે, મેનેજમે�ને
ભિવ�યમ� �ય��તગત મી�ટગની શ�તા નથી લાગતી. કોિવડ-19 પે�ડ��મક, તેમના �ારા લાદવામ� આવેલી શરતોને કારણે
વા�ષક સામા� સભા�ંુ આયોજન કર�ું �ુ�ક� લ છે. ક�મ�ટ ઓનલાઈન/ �ડ��ટલ એ�એમ કરવા સ�હતની તમામ
શ�તાઓ�ંુ �ુ�લા મનથી િવચાર કર� છે.
મેનેજમે� �ારા સામા� સભાઓ યોજવા માટ� ના અ� િવક�પો શોધવા મ� આવી ર�ા છે. ઇલે�� ો�નક મી�ડયા /
સો�શયલ નેટવક� , એકાઉ�્ સ પસાર કરવાના તા�ા�લક કાય� ને સ�મ કરવા. હાલ ના સં�ગોમ� સતત બે વષ� માટ� ના
એકાઉ�્ સને મંજૂર કરવાની જ�ર છે.
એકાઉ�્ સમ� એકાઉ��ગ ની�તઓ પણ હોય છે �ે એસો�સએશન �ારા અ�ુસરવામ� આવે છે અને ખાતાઓમ� ન�ધો ખાસ
વ��ુઓ માટ� સમજૂતી ધરાવે છે, �� પણ જ�ર� હોય. આ આપેલ મા�હતી �વ-�ુલાસા�ક છે.

Annual General Meeting

Due to Corona pandemic Annual general Meeting of association could not be held.
Management of association had personal meetings and given written request to the local
authorities who are authrorised to issue such permission, to hold meeting of members.
However till todate permission is not received. Association has total registered members
numbering around 1300. In view of suspecting third wave and ongoing restrictions of
maximum number of persons allowed to meet, management do not think possibility of
physical meeting in foreseeable future. Due Covid19 pendamic, conditions imposed by
them, it’s difficult to organise annual general meeting. Comitee is with open mind exploring
all possibilities including conducting online/ digital AGM.
Management is exploring other avenues like holding General meetings through electronic
media / social network, to enable urgent business of passing of accounts. Under the
circumstances, accounts for two consecutive years needs to be approved at the ensuing
Annual General Meeting.
Accounts also contains accounting policies that is followed by the Association and also
notes to accounts contains explanation for particular items, wherever necessary. The
information given is self explanatory in nature.

First of all, we are grateful to the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister for planning and
constructing a beautiful residential complex for us.

Significant Accounting Policies

Accounts are prepared on going concern basis
Maintenance receipts are accounted on cash basis
List of maintenance receivable from members is separately attached
Fixed assets are stated at cost plus depreciation.
Depreciation is provided at the rates prescribed under the income Tax Act.
Interest on Deposit against funds is credited to the respective funds account.
Provisions are made for outstanding expenses.
Maintenance received from members is accounted net of discounts given.

Capital Expenditure Fund

In order to establish basic facilities, like energy saving equipment, office, office furniture,
video surveillance equipment, play equipments, sports facilities etc., we had collected
Rs. 3000/- from each of the members. Amount is invested in fixed deposit of nationalised
bank. We are in final stages of awarding contract for the video surveillance equipment.

Closing balance as at 31-3-2021 ₹ 2,919,000.00

Provisions

Provisions are made for expenses outstanding to be paid at the year end
or amount paid by others on behalf of the association.

Maintenance Deposit

This includes maintenance deposits given by members to gujarat Housing Board.
(separate list attatched). For most of the possession taken by members their respective
deposits is transferred by the gujarat Housing Board to the account of association.
Association has to receive a substantial amount where possession is taken by members
but deposit not transferred to the account of association. We have in turn invested these
deposits in Fixed Deposits with Nationalised Bank. As per the incorporation certificate,
association can utilise only interest earned from such deposits and capital amount can
not be used for the purpose of day to day maintenance expenditure. We may at this
stage point out that due to reduction in general interest rate we are receiving app. Rs.
187.50 each month for each LIG flats. Although amount is slightly larger for other
categories, interest is insufficient for the association to bear its day to day expenses. We
are therefore constrained to collect quarterly maintenance from members. A separate
list is attached showing full details of deposits that are placed against maintenance fund.
We have received maintenance fund of app. 1119 members so far.

Sinking Fund

Committee members of association has decided to collect fixed amount of maintenance
expenses from members. In order to keep collection amount identical, maintenance is
decided on estimated basis and in consultation with other housing board association.
Part of the amount of such collection is transferred to sinking fund to enable us to meet
unforeseeable and future large repair expenses. We have fully invested the amount in
fixed deposit with nationalised bank. Interest accrued on sinking fund deposit is credited
to fund account. It may be pertinent to note that once AMC of lift and generator sets
starts and once expenses on STP commence, we may not be left with any surplus fund for
transferring to sinking fund.

General Investment

This includes investment of capital expenditure fund, investment of lift expenses funds
and investment of sinking fund. Full list of investment is enclosed separately.

Investment of Maintenance Fund

This represents investment of maintenance funds, contributed by members. Interest from
this fund is partly utilised to meet day to day maintenance expenditure.

Loans and Advances

This account mainly represents TDS deducted on bank fixed deposits and refund
receivable from income tax department.

પર ૬ x ૧૫ માળ એટલે એક �બ��ડગ મ� કુલ ૯૦ T5 ની ૨૮ વો� ની �ુબલાઇટ લગાવી આપવામ� આવેલ હતી, (૯૦ x
૧૩ �બ��ડગ) અને MIG 2 અને HIG ના દર�ક �બ��ડગ મ� દર�ક માળ ના પેસેજ મ� ૨ અને દાદર પર ૨ એમ દર�ક માળ પર ૪
x ૧૫ માળ એટલે એક �બ��ડગ મ� કુલ ૬૦ T5 ની ૨૮ વો� �ુબલાઇટ લગાવી આપવામ� આવેલ હતી, (૬૦ x ૫
�બ��ડગ). �ને ે આપણે ઊ�� બચત ના ભાગ�પે બદલી ને દર�ક માળ ના પેસેજ મ� ૯ વો� ના LED બ�બ અને દાદર ના પેસેજ
મ� (�ે �ુબલાઇટ ૧૨ કલાક ચા�ુ રહ�તી હતી) તેને ૧૦ વો� ના સે�સર વાળા LED બ�બ (�ાર� તમે ��થી નીકળો તો ૯૦
સેક�ડ �ુધી બ�બ ચાલે, પછ� બંધ થઈ �ય) �ે લગાવી ને આપણા કોમન લાઈટ બીલ મ� ૫૦ થી ૬૦ ટકા �ુધી નો ઘટાડો
કર� શ�ા છે.

Energy Saving Intitiatives taken by the Managing Committee

GHB provided us in each building of MIG 1 & LIG 2 in the floors passage 4 of each floor and 2
on each floor of the staircase i.e. T5 tubelight of 28 walts, in one building (90x13 buildings)
and in each building of MIG 2 and HIG, in the passage of each floor, 2 and on the staircase
2, 4 x 15 floors on each building, i.e. a total of 60 T5 28 walt tubelights were installed in one
building, (60x5 Building). As a part of the energy saving, We replaced it with an 9 volt LED
bulb in each floor passage and a 10 volt LED sensor bulb (when you passes by the bulb, it
starts for 90 seconds and then automatically switch off) with in the passage of the
staircase (where the tubelight lasts for 12 hours). We have been able to reduce our
common light bill by 50 to 60 percent just by installing it.

સહુ નો �ુબ �ુબ અભાર. આ �દવસે આપણે વલસાડ ર�તદાન ક� �� ના સહયોગ થી �ે ક� �પ રાખેલ હતો તેમ� કુલ ૯૪
ર�ત બેગ એકિ�ત કરવામા આવી હતી. �ે દાતા ઓ �ારા ર�તદાન કરવામા આવેલ હ�ંુ, તે બેગો આપણે વલસાડ
ર�તદાન ક� �� ને જ ડોનેટ કર� હતી, અને તેના સ�ાન મ� વલસાડ ર�તદાન ક� �� �ારા આપણ ને ૯ (નવ) ચેક
(�ડ�ાઉ� કુપન) આપવામ� આવેલ છે, �ે સોસાયટ� ના કોઇપણ જ�ર�યાતમંદ સ�ય ના સદુપયોગ મ� આવી શક�
છે, �થે ી કોઇપણ *જ�ર�યાતમંદ સ�ય ને �ાર� પણ �લડ (લોહ�) ની જ�ર પડ� �ાર� આ ચેક િવનય પંચાલ નો સંપક�
(કો�ે � ન. 9867724872 ) કર� ને લઈ શકો છો. આ ચેક ર�તદાન ક� �� મ� જમ� કરાવવા થી �� તમાર� પાસે
અંદા��ત ફ�ત ૩૦૦/- એક બેગ માટ� ચા�� લેવામ� આવશે, (�ે અ�ાર� ૧૪૦૦/- �વે ો નોમ�લ ચા�� લે છે). તેનાથી તે
જ�ર�યાતમંદ સ�ય ના ૧૧૦૦/- �. �વે ા બચી શક� છે. *પરં �ુ ફ�ત સોસાયટ� ના જ�ર�યાતમંદ સ�ય જ એનો ઉપયોગ
કર� એવી સહુ ને િવનંતી.

પાણી �ુરવઠા સંબં�ધત �ુ�ાઓ

�ુ. હા. બોડ� �ારા �ે પણ �યાશો પાણી ના �ુ�ે કરવામ� આ�યા તેના પ�રણામ �વ�પે આપણ ને ૩ વષ� ના લ�બા િવયોગે
GWSS �ારા પાણી �ુરવઠો આપવા�ંુ ન�� કરવામ� આ��ંુ અને પછ� આપણ ને આપણા સપના ના ઘર ની સ�પણી કરવામ�
આવી, પહ� લા આના માટ� નો �ે પણ કરાર થયેલ હતો તે �ુજબ આપણ ને હાલ મા મળ� રહ� લા પાણી ન� ભાવ કરતા ૧૦
ઘણા વધાર� ભાવે કરાર થયેલ હતો, પણ આપણી સોસાયટ� ના અ�ુક સ�યો ના અને GWSS મ� અ�ધકાર� ઓના સહકાર
થી આપણ ને એમ� રાહત કર� �યાજબી ભાવે પાણી �ૂ�ં પાડવા મ� આ��ું. �ાર પછ� આપણી ઘણી રજૂઆતો સમય સમય
પર સંભાળ� ને આપણ ને �ૂરતો પાણી નો સ�લાય મળ� રહ� તે માટ� ના �ૂરતા �યાસો બદલ આપણે સહુ નો આભાર માનીએ
છે. �મે �મે આપણા સંકુલ મ� વસવાટ વધતો ગયો છે તેમ તેમ આપણે રજૂઆતો કર� છે પાણી નો સ�લાય વધારવા માટ�
ની, �ાર� �ાર� તેમની લાઈન મ� ભંગાણ પડ�લ હ�ું �ાર� �ાર� �ે તે �ળ પર આપણા મ�થી કોઇપણ એક ક�મટ� સ�ય
હાજર રહ� તેમના અ�ધકાર�ઓ સાથે સતત સંપક� મ� રહ� ને બને એટ�ંુ જ�� તે�ું ર�પેર�ગ કામ �ૂ�ં થાય તે�ું �યાન રાખતા
હતા, �થે ી આપણને પાણી ર���ુલર મળ�ંુ રહ�, GWSS ન� �ુરત અને અહમદાબાદ ન� અ�ધકાર� ઓ સાથે પણ સંપક� મ� રહ�
ને આપણે ર���ુલર પાણી �ું મોનીટર�ગ કરતા રહ�એ છે, �થે ી આપણા સંકુલ મ� પાણી ની તકલીફ મ� પડ�.

Issues related to Water Supply

As a result of all the efforts made by the GHB on the issues related to water, it was decided
to supply water to us through GWSS after a long wait of 3 years and then we were handed
over the house of our dreams, whatever agreement was made for this. Accordingly the
agreement was reached at a much ten times higher price than the current price of water
available to us, but with the cooperation of some members of our society and officials in
GWSS, we were relieved and provided water at a reasonable rate.

Since then we have been able to handle many of our submissions from time to time and
thank you all for your sufficient efforts to ensure that we have adequate water supply. As
the population of our complex has increased, we have made representations to increase
the water supply. Whenever there was a breakdown in their line, any one of our committee
members was present at the spot and kept in constant touch with their officials to ensure
that the repair work was completed as soon as possible so that we could get regular water.
We are also in touch with the officials of GWSS Surat and Ahmedabad and we are
monitoring the water regularly so that there is no water shortage in our complex.
