Bounmy Has Changed Vilayphone Phongsila Souksavanh Silichanthoe


Boumy’s seat at school is very messy and dirty. The teacher tells him to clean his seat. All of his friends makes fun of him, but he doesn’t care.  1


When he walks home, Bounmy throws his candy wrapper on the street.  2


In the middle of the night...  3


Bounmy dreams of becoming a bird.  4


He flies around the neighborhood and looks at his clean village. 5


But as he flies further, he sees garbage flying around his neighborhood. He is surprised and flies away.  6


Bounmy cries out, “Oh! Where does all this garbage come from?” He flies to a park and sees garbage everywhere.  7


Suddenly! A strong wind sweeps overheaad. The wind sweeps the garbage up to the sky.   8


Bounmy can no longer see his neighborhood.  9


A plastic bag flies over Bounmy’s mouth, covering it so that he can’t breathe. 10


“Help! Help!” he cries out. He tries to rid himself of the plastic bag.  11


His mom hears him, so she calls out, “Dear! What happened?” 12


Bounmy woke up. He replies ”Mom, I had a bad dream! I was terrified. There was so much garbage. I will not litter ever again.”   13


From that day on, everyone could see that Bounmy had changed.  14
