Taking time to be grateful is within our locus of control. I am grateful for good
health, a roof over my head and reports of safe family members. Being a resident
of Washington state where people are willing to stay inside their homes makes
me grateful. Staying at home has proven to bring measured benefits to our public
health. I am also grateful for 50%recorded less pollution and the kindness of my
neighbors who i am learning to trust. I am grateful for Evergreen, Tacoma and our
smooth transition to remote learning. Wow, gratefulness just changed my
at t it ude!
My hope is that you continuously look for reasons to be grateful this week and
hold onto the powerful feelings that manifest from that mental exercise. I look
forward to learning about your stories of gratitude.
