Over the last few months we have seen a large increase in demand for our packaging and
mailing ranges which are key products to offer to your customers in the lead up to
Christmas. With this in mind, our Golden Quarter Catalogue is mainly about packaging
and mailing and shows a small selection of the products we offer. Remember that you
can view our full catalogue online through your account.

In this catalogue, I’ll talk about our pricing policy, our technology and what to look
forward to.

”Proactive and Reactive Pricing”
How we ensure subpostmasters are buying at the best possible prices
We have three elements to our Pricing, two proactive and one reactive. Proactively, we
ensure that our products across all our ranges are always competitively priced. Then we
are constantly checking our prices against printed catalogues from worthy established
competitors and if we then need to, we immediately adjust our prices accordingly.
Reactively, if you find that you are able to get a cheaper price for a like for like product, all
we require is proof and we will then, without question, match that price. Our unique
competitor engine is online and I would urge you to go and take a look. No-one else in
the industry offers such a thorough transparent price promise.

“Personalised Order Forms”
If you haven’t received your “Personalised Order Form” let us know. This is a monthly
order form showing the quantities and pricing of every packaging and stationery product
you have purchased over the last 12 months and has been a great success! It is an
invaluable tool if you are delegating re-ordering, planning for the months ahead or simply
checking to make sure you are re-ordering the right products. After receiving customer
feedback, the option of seeing the form “with images” and “without images” has now
been added to your web account control panel.

“New Developments”
We are thrilled to announce our new initiative with the NFSP. These developments are
really exciting and we look forward to sharing these with you when they are ready to
launch. Last month, we ran our first successful trial of a focus group webinar which
invited subpostmasters to talk to us about what they would like out of a supplier. It was
great to be able to put faces to names and we had lots of interesting discussions. We are
now working on a roll-out of this nationwide and I look forward to meeting more of you
online soon.

The next few months are going to be challenging times for retail, but I am confident that
working together, we can turn the doom and gloom atmosphere into a time of
stabilisation and even growth. My team are always here to support you.

The National Federation of SubPostmasters (NFSP) Benefits of NFSP membership
