powered by our talented finishing team. Or it

All that hard work is complemented by our
technical experts, ensuring our doors are
safe, sound and fit for purpose. It might
not be glamorous, but achieving the correct
certification and compliance is just as important
to the finished product.

Our West Yorkshire headquarters and
distribution centre is state of the art too. We
hold 200,000 doors in stock, and it takes some
pretty complex logistics to ensure such a large,
nationwide distribution network runs smoothly.
We’re pretty proud of our operation. It just
works.

When it comes to sales and support, our team
are right there too. Not squirrelled away in a call
centre, but over the way from the workshops.
If they don’t know the answer, they can ask
someone who does. Care and attention that’s
personal.

source of the beautiful timber
every XL Joinery door relies on.

It’s a vital raw material, and a vital
responsibility. Illegal logging and timber
production is a danger throughout the supply
chain, from the communities and wildlife
it displaces, right through to the unreliable
quality and risk of failure for the end result.
That’s not our way. Our people are proud
of their work, and we’d be letting them
down if we didn’t do everything possible to
source ethical timber, and to contribute to a
sustainable future for our natural resources.
That’s why we’ve had our own FSC® Chain of
Custody since 1995, and PEFC™ since 2014.
We work closely with our manufacturing
partners to ensure they share our ethical
vision, following responsible forestry
practices, and operating as transparently as
possible.
Though it’s our people that drive our focus
on sustainability, it’s our systems that
enable real progress. Our environmental
management systems comply to ISO 14001
standards.
