Accomplishment Report S.Y. 2020-2021

Spoken word is an oral poetic performance art
that is largely based on the poem and the
performer's aesthetic characteristics. Young
generations are full of new experiences and
discoveries, and as a result, they miss out on
important elements of life. Several difficulties
may arise unexpectedly, including social, mental,
spiritual, emotional, and environmental concerns.
Students from diverse groups were asked to
participate in this activity, which gave them the
opportunity to express their innermost problems
via poetry.

WEBINAR

CBAPA-SBO isu-e

To continue the college's legacy of strengthening
and empowering every student, not only in career
life but also in their future life after graduation, a
webinar conference entitled: "iBUILD2021: Create
a Better You!" was conducted on May 24, 2021.
College students can benefit from self-
improvement not only to help them stand out
after graduation, but also to live more complete
and happy lives. Many students want to finish
their degree and go into the industry as quickly as
possible, but the college experience should be
about more than simply obtaining a final grade
and a credential. College should be about self-
discovery and self-improvement, and those who
can make this a priority will have greater
employment chances in their profession as well
as happier, more well-rounded lives after they
graduate.

The webinar was named “iBuild2021:Create A
Better You,” and it included three subtopics:
Leadership, Financial Literacy, and Self-Growth,
with one guest speaker for each. The webinar was
held through Zoom meeting and was filmed for
the purpose of publishing it on the CBAPA-SBO
official Facebook page so that students who were
unable to access the Zoom Meeting room due to
the imposed restriction may still learn.

Leadership serves several functions crucial to the
success of an organization. One of the most
important functions of a leader is to provide a
vision for the company. The leader explains the
vision and what members of the organization
must do to achieve it.

While an organization may have people with
various talents and capabilities, it is leadership
that harnesses individual efforts towards the
collective goal. By inspiring and motivating teams
and coordinating personal actions for the
advancement of a common goal, leaders help
their companies achieve excellence.

Financial literacy is the confident understanding
of concepts including saving, investing and debt
that leads to an overall sense of financial well-
being and self-trust.
Here, the importance of thorough decision was
greatly emphasized as to how we spend our
money, make more savings, and even considering
to invest in the future.

Leaders and students should focus on self-
improvement the same way followers and young
generations should. Self-improvement is
important so they can evolve in their leadership
and career development, and continue to develop
skills across a range of areas that help build a
stronger culture. When leaders and students
begin to focus on self-improvement, this also
helps with contributing a clear vision for the team
and to community. The ideas behind self-
improvement differentiate a good leader and
student versus a great one. CBAPA students are
more than ready to conquer the world.
