Summer internship period Required After the end of 2nd semester on 15th May 2023 onward. Practical hours collected Students have to complete 300 hours per summer session. How to make the request for attending the summer internship
Please fill out the general request form with information below. 1. The name of organizations 2. Period of Internship (ex. 15/May/66 – 1/July/66) 3. Department or Position 4. Refer to the person who will receive the letter such as HR Manager or Director of the Organization. Remark: The 1st time internship period should not be less than 300 hrs. (approximately 1-2 months) Students are required to submit the request form to the administration officer, P’ Tangkwa, at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, 6th floor, Humanities Building 4. 1 2 3 4 5 The request form will be officially approved by student’s advisor The usual processing time for issuing the document is 4-5 working days. (Students will receive an internship request letter which is completely signed by the director of Kitman program.) Students can obtain one internship letter and one achievement evaluation form (no.8) at the Tourism department office. ***Should pick up all documents by yourself.
