Company Ownership/Legal Entity
The business will initially be registered in Australia, under the Cth of Australia, with primary target market being
Australian candidates. Reason being is the simplicity to the incorporation, and that we know the market to an extent.
As a second phase, the business will also be incorporated in the USA, with the primary target market being locally within
Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. With success found, the intent is to grow into the larger East Coast
region, spanning NY, DC, MD, VA, PA, NC, SC, and TN, then beyond.
The ownership in Australian entity will be under the pre-existing ABN of Aakriti Pandey.
The ownership of US entity will be under the new registration of LLC, with single member Raghbendra Aryal.

Management
About Founder and Primary Coach: Young management professional with an experience and broad-skill set across many facets
to business including Operations, Project Management, Service Desk Management, Commercial Management, Delivery &
supply chain Management, and Financial Control. Experiences in ICT, Telecommunications, Managed Services industry,
Recruitment Industry, and Retail & Hospitality Industry. Founded the business as a side-gig to help out the graduates and
soon-to-be graduates of the University I graduated from to give something back as an Alumni, in 2012. Now we’ve helped
hundreds of graduates, and we’ve expanded to North America region.
About the approach: Being a pivotal part of the hiring process within the organization I worked with in the past decade, I
have seen many candidates fail not only because of the quality of their cover letters and non-updated resumes; but also
because of their traditional approach to interviews. Employers’ slant in hiring process has hugely evolved overtime, and
the candidates aren’t kept abreast of that – and that’s because majority of us aren’t in the job market for years, some for
decades. And by the time we’re back in the job-market, things are transformed. We, specifically, help the new-grads and
fresh-entry candidates into the corporate world – which means we work with those who have almost never been in the
job market, (discounting the pocket-money jobs). This poses a high-risk to these candidates from two angles – 1. Them

Our marketing activities will be done keeping in mind that we’re here to help just as much, if not more, than to do
business. There is a reason why we’re avoiding the experienced pool of candidates, and only focusing on the fresh grads
with little to no experience at hand – and the reason is to help those who need it the most! Our marketing materials,

Competition
There is ample competition in the Industry if we were a Recruitment Agency that helped people in employment match-
making. However, that is one of the key reasons we avoided to become that one more Recruitment agency trying to take
a market share of what’s left out there.
Our real competitors are the small businesses, or even individuals, who help people create resumes. There are some
businesses whose only focus is creating resumes and cover-letters. However, they have no value-add against that, and the
majority work off the templates they have in place. This means that there is little personalized attention, next to no
consideration to reflecting the personality into their job-profiles. There are some out there who do help in the interview
process, but none that I’ve known helps by coaching and mentoring, and certainly not the interview simulation. Interviews
can be quite nerve-wrecking experience, and walking bare can work totally against us. Our differentiator is that we not
only help ‘prepare’ for the potential interview questions – but we help prepare for the next career move. We don’t send
the candidates with the fake confidence, but we help them build their real confidence and attitude. In that aspect, I don’t
believe that there is any competition to this level.

Advertising and Promotion
Advertising will be done via the channels we will put in place with the Leading Universities we will affiliate with, via the
contacts we have with other non-degree colleges. We will also put the advertisement in online sites like Gumtree for
Australia, and in Craigslist in USA. We will also be using the diversity community newspapers and magazines to target the
race-diverse market with new immigrants who need help. We will put the business cards and brochures in the stores. We
will advertise via social media, including Facebook and twitter. We will put ourselves out there in Blogger and do regular
blogs to build credibility and channel. Eventually, we would love to gain enough leads through word of mouth.
