Madhya Pradesh workshop Amsterdam
Highlights

• Event date: Thursday 8th November from 18:00hrs – 21:30hrs.
• Event location: The Andaz Hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
• The workshop in Amsterdam received 37 visitors, the total number
of attendees including the sales delegation the total was 48.
• Over 1.400 Dutch travel professionals received the event
communication prior to the event.
• Over 100 travel professionals have been contacted by phone.

• Interface Tourism Netherlands drafted a e-invitation and shared this with MPT for
feedback. Following approval from MPT, Interface Tourism Netherlands sent an email
invitation to its Trade Data Base on October 24th.

• Daily calls to invite and confirm our tour operators and travel agents specialized in Asia
from October 25th to November 5th 2018.

• Interface Tourism Netherlands shared the invitation about the Madhya Pradesh event in
Amsterdam on their website.

• Interface Tourism Netherlands shared the invitation with top journalists on October 30th
2018.

• Interface Tourism Netherlands sent a reminder with the approved e-invitation with
different pictures to our Trade Data Base on October 30th 2018.

• Interface Tourism Netherlands sent a confirmation e-mail to all attending travel

professionals.
• Interface Tourism Netherlands invited and confirmed a delegate from the Embassy of
India to the event.

event in Amsterdam.
• Interface Tourism Netherlands sent a thank you mail to all participants of the event on
the 9th of November.
