Who am I? T hat 's the quest ion that I've been asking myself. I t 's easy to answer , but at the same t ime, i t 's hard to think. H i, I am Mar ia Jasmine M. Marqui ta, and I live in N ancamali ran West , U rdaneta Ci ty, P angasinan. I am 18 years old, and I am a college student at the U niversi ty of E astern P angasinan. I love eat ing, wr i t ing shor t stor ies, K P O P , watching sunsets, and watching movies and reading stor ies that don’ t have a happy ending. My philosophy in life is “Do not fear failure but rather fear not t rying. ” T his is my philosophy in life because I’d rather than fail at least I t r ied; I don’ t have a regret because I didn’ t t ry. I have a suppor t ive and loving family who always suppor t ing me to achieved my dreams and they’ re my reason why I want to graduate and have a good and stable job. T he most remarkable moments or impact ful in my life to me is when I cut off my f r iend, they’ re r ight that f r iendship will be your fi rst hear tbreak not relat ionship, but when you are not in the si tuat ion like that i t ’s feels very pet ty because why your f r iend will be your fi rst hear tbreak. For me that I encountered that si tuat ion i t ’s very sad and hard because you will let go the memor ies you create and ignore each other like a st ranger . But i t ’s the best way, cut t ing off a f r iend that giving you hard t ime in your mental and quest ioning your f r iendship. From this exper ience I learned how to value myself even more and love myself. And I also learned that you need to pr ior i t i ze yourself fi rst before your f r iendship. “My Self Through The Years” When I’m still an elementary school student, most of my classmates used to make fun of me because of my height and also because of my first name, which is “María, but it didn’t stop me from being who I am. Being unbothered and kind is one of my things in elementary school. I’m also shy in class and a cry baby. In college, I am mature enough to make decisions. But I became less confident in my academics; it feels like I’m learning, but it doesn't sink into my brain. It’s hard for me to study because of the pressure that I’m giving myself. It’s also hard for me to make friends in college. But that’s life, and I just need to embrace it, so I learned a lot of things that will make me happy. In high school, many things have changed. I became mature, and my physical appearance also changed. I’m still shy, but I gained a lot of friends, and I discovered a lot about myself, like that I love singing, writing stories, and many more. and I became competitive in academics. I also learned to value myself, my family, and friendship. And I also learned to let go when it’s hurting me.
“Physical Aspect Of The Self” I am Maria Jasmine Marquita 18 years old born on June 21, 2005. I live in Nancamaliran West Urdaneta City Pangasinan. I’m studying in University of Eastern Pangasinan Bachelor of Science in Criminology. I love purple, k-pop, singing reading and writing. The things that I hate about myself are my eyes, nose and being a slow learner. After finding out my flaws and imperfections, I felt sad because many people, including my friends and parents, said that my eyes and nose are my charming points. And being a slow learner is part of our lives, and at least you’re still learning. Embrace your flaws and imperfections, and don’t hate yourself.
The sexual self is the sexuality that refers to a person’s capacity for sexual feelings and their emotional and sexual attraction to a particular sex. In this lesson, we should be open-minded because it’s all about sexual desires, sexuality discovery, the expression and presentation of gender identity, and many more. In this lesson, we should respect each other because they’re being themselves and expressing themselves, which can make them happy, as long as they’re comfortable with it. “Spiritual Aspect Of Self” • Inner Soul When it comes to the inner soul, it is how I connect myself spiritually with God. It is how I believe in higher-ups. I am an Aglipayano (IFI), and I have beenactive in sakristan before because of my father's support for me being sakristan. I used to love serving in our church, butthey made me feel like I didn't belong, so I stopped serving as a sakristan, butI am still attending mass every Sunday.Connection with nature Discovering Life’s meaning Connecting with nature became part of my life because, when I’m tired, sad, and draining, nature is my buddy to ease my exhaustion. The healing process with nature that I’m feeling is my own kind of PEACE that I’m looking for. Discovering life hits differently when you’re an adult. I will grow day by day from my experiences. I will meet new people and let go of people who keep giving me pain. In discovering life, I will realize what my purpose is here and how I will survive the challenges that I will encounter. And also how I make decisions and am mature enough to handle the situation I am going through.
“Political Aspect Of Self” What is your view of politics? Well, for me, politics is everything because it is associated with our government, and they have the power to lead our country. Everything is politics because they are the ones who provide the things that we need. And as citizens, we can help our fellowmen by voting for the right leader, because we have the power to change the government by voting for the right one. We have the freedom and liberty to choose who can help our country without corrupting our government. And by doing that, we can help not only our fellowmen but also our country.

Unlike the traditional letter where it takes time to create by writing and the long wait to deliver to the recipient, and vice versa, with the use of social media it shortens the time and the message will be delivered real time. Or with the use of social media you will interact with your loved ones or acquaintances online through video calls or Facebook or in any social media platforms. So using this, even though you're not physically there or you're miles away you can still be involved with each other. In simple terms, social media now is vital in our communication especially in international aspects. - first of all you can help by spreading awareness, making them be aware of what they are doing and the consequences. Because just like in the saying "prevention is better than cure" you have to educate people what they need to know and to do when dealing or using social media or the internet. -being a responsible netizen means being disciplined, sensible and aware of what they do online.
