INTRODUCTION

Welcome to low organized games these games have been created to
become active while having fun. These games are just for fun and as long as
you try, and participate you are a winner. Before you start any activity make
sure to get warmed. First do 10 jumping jack then run in place for 20 seconds,
after that make sure you stretch then you will be ready to begin.

CATERPILLAR

• How to play: Get 2 teams of even numbers, then each team member will
stand behind their teammates in a single file line. They will spread their feet
apart enough where the tennis ball can fit through but not to far where they
can’t move. The teacher will get two tennis balls and roll a tennis ball
between both team's feet. If any teammate feet touches the ball they are
out. The team who have the most members when 2 minutes are over wins

• Rules: keep hands and feet to yourself, stand behind teammate and not
shoulder -to- shoulder

• Skill Focus: Foot movement

• Space Requirement: Basketball court, tennis court, or field

• Time Required: 2 minutes

FISH TANK

• How to play: Everyone holds hands and make a circle. The
teacher will get in the middle and close their eyes and spin in
a circle and randomly point at someone. Then she will
describe an animal the player have 3 chances to guess the
animal, if they do not guess the right animal they will sit inside
the circle. They will have a chance to get back in the circle if
a player ask for their help and they guess the right answer,
then they will swap position with the player.

• Rules: Only 3 guesses per question, no moving while sitting
down

• Skill focus: quick thinking
• Space requirement: Classroom or outside
• Time required: Varies
• Equipment: None

FROG LEAP

• How to play: Partners of two will stand next to each other on the mid court
line. The first teammate jumps forward in a frog position then the partner will
jump. There will be 2 teams going at a time the first team to make it past the
cones win

• Rules: One jump per turn
• Skill focus: Teamwork
• Space requirement: Basketball Court
• Time required: Varies
• Equipment: Cone

• Rules: Once your stomach and knee touch
the ground you are out.

FREEZES

• How to play: The instructor will play a song so everyone will
start hoping on one leg, then the teacher will pause the song
everyone mush freeze if you have both feet on the ground or
fall when the music stop you must stay frozen until the song
start, and someone hops to you and unfreeze you.

• Rules: Must use only one foot to hop on, lightly unfreeze
someone

• Skill focus: Balance
• Space requirement: Gym floor
• Time required: Varies
• Equipment: Phone with music app

• How to play: Everyone will start on the ground at ARMY MAN
one end of the gym. The instructor will stand at
the other end of the gym with his/her back
turned facing the players. When the teacher say
go, they will get up and speed walk towards the
teacher. When the teacher turn around facing
them, they must get back on the ground in army
crawl position. If the teacher catches them
standing up, they must go back to the
beginning. The person who touches the teacher
first wins.

BUNNY HOP

• How to play: The students will be
counted off 2-6 to split the class. The
student will hop like a bunny. There will
be a cone a few feet away and the
student will hop there and back. When
they are finish, they wait at the end of
the line for the last person to go. Who
ever team finish first wins.

• Rules: Must hope with 2 feet

• Skill focus: Motor skills

• Space requirement: 10-20ft between
start line and cone

• Time required: Varies

• Equipment: Cones

PERFECT ROLL

• How to play: 2 Players will stand at the free throw line and will both have 1 tennis
ball. They have to roll it and who ever gets closes to the opposite free throw line wins
a point for their team. If the ball passes the opposite free throw line, they loose a
point. If both balls roll to the same spot, they play paper-rock-scissors to see who
gets the point which ever team gets to 10 points first win.

• Rules: Stand behind the cone, no throwing
• Skill focus: Control
• Space requirement: 10-20ft
• Time required: Varies
• Equipment: 2 Tennis ball

KANGAROO

• How to play: Make 2 teams each team will stand on
the free throw line, The first student in each line will put
3 tennis balls in their shirt. They will hop to the opposite
free throw line and back and put the balls inside the
next person shirt. Whoever team finish first wins.

• Rules: Make a pocket with the outside of your shirt, no
running

• Skill focus: Control
• Space requirement: Basketball court
• Time required: Varies
• Equipment: Tennis balls

HULA HOOP

• How to play: You and a partner have to hold up
a hula hoop with your waist. You will walk on the
outside of the four cones for 5 minutes try to
keep the hula hoop from falling without using
hands.

• Rules: Put the Hula Hoop between you and your
partner waist, Do not Bend the hula hoop from
being to close.

• Skill focus: Concentration

• Space requirement: Gym

• Time required: 5 minutes

• Equipment: Hula Hoop, cones

KING OF THE
COURT

• How to play: Grab a ball and stand
behind the mid court line. Everyone will
try to shoot the ball in the basket from
that line whoever makes it become
king of the court until someone else
make it. They will have to make the
shot again in order to reclaim king of
the court.

• Rules: Stand behind the line, wait your
turn to shoot the ball.

• Skill focus: Shooting

• Space requirement: Basketball court

• Time required: 5 minutes

• Equipment: Balls

BALANCE BEAM

• How to play: Lay a rope on the ground students will
make one line and walk on top of the rope without
falling if you fall go to the end of the line. Try not to fall
until you 5 minutes are over.

• Time required: 5 minutes
• Equipment: Rope
