Our conference rooms at Camberley Heath Golf Club are the perfect

seminars, or for those looking for an imposing backdrop for their product

Our Clubhouse is set in the beautiful countryside on the Surrey-Hampshire border
and boasts modern facilities with natural lighting and excellent views of the course.
The impressive building was purpose-built with such occasions very much in mind.

The fabulous surroundings and the relaxing environment inside our Clubhouse
means all delegates feel welcome and inspired, ensuring your day will be a great
success.

We are also easy to get to, very close to the M3 and M25 motorways, with ample
on-site car parking. We are also easily accessible via the main rail networks, and
Heathrow Airport is less than 30 minutes’ drive away.

The size of our facilities is impressive and means we can accommodate up to 200
delegates, although our versatile facilities also lend themselves to smaller groups,
with as few as a dozen people perfectly suited to our Pine or Heather conference
rooms.

Conference Rooms

We can offer competitive rates for training days and seminars, breakfast
meetings or half-day conferences. We are also the perfect venue for
corporate golf packages for those looking to combine business and pleasure.

All rates include projector (simply bring your own laptop and plug in), use of TV and
DVD players, screen, flipchart and easel.

If you know exactly what you want, come to us and we will do our utmost to ensure
that your ideas come fully to fruition. Our experienced and friendly staff are always
on hand to make sure the day runs smoothly and that any unforeseen requirements
are attended to, while the club has an excellent catering team and can offer first
class dining.

Our conference venue has the flexibility to have “break-out” rooms and training
rooms, and we also have a large meeting area for coffee, meet and greet and
downtime.

We can serve a working lunch or hot buffet (minimum 30 delegates) for companies
here during the day, or we can serve breakfast for morning meetings, or dinner for
meetings that run on into the evening.

There has always been an active social calendar at Camberley Heath Golf
Club, and, with our purpose-built Clubhouse, we find that our Members
are keen to use the facilities at every available opportunity.

Whether it is enjoying the eagerly-anticipated Sunday Carvery with family and
friends, or taking part in one of the popular quiz nights that liven up many a winter
evening, there is certainly no shortage of off-course opportunities to catch up with
old friends or perhaps meet new acquaintances.

Whatever the time of year, there is something going on, whether it’s Christmas
lunches, New Year’s Eve parties, celebrations for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day…
if there is a notable event marked in the diary, there’s every chance we will be
celebrating it here at Camberley Heath (and we also like to have fun even if there
isn’t a special occasion!)

We sometimes organise trips to the theatre, and we are always willing to listen to
suggestions from Members.

A Social Membership at Camberley Heath represents superb value for money.
Members currently pay an annual levy of £100, a sum which is instantly put on their
Membership Card, meaning they can immediately use that money to pay for food
and drink at discounted rates.
