Period 6

Geography

A time I visited a new place was when I went to Las
Vegas. When I first got there, I noticed the heat
when I went outside of the car, so I quickly went
back into the car for the air conditioning. The first

thing I saw was a giant roller coaster that started and
wrapped around a red barn-like building. This then
heightened my hopes for more rides and places to

explore since I mostly came to explore besides
being with my parents on their trip since nobody else

wanted to go to Las Vegas.

Religion

My family and I practice catholicism. Being Catholic
means we are Christians who believe Jesus Christ is
the son of God. Being Catholic would also mean we
believe the bible has no errors, is inspired, and is the
revealed word of God. This would also mean we live

by the ten commandments. Catholics are different
from Christians because they believe in the Holy
Trinity meaning we believe God is made up of three
people: God the Father, God the son, and God, the

Holy Spirit.

Achievements

An invention that improved my life is the internet.
The internet changed my life because it allowed me
to find what makes me happy. For example, youtube
videos and music. This also allowed me to find what I
want to do for my career and how to achieve it by

using the internet. Also besides that, the internet
changed my life by teaching me about many other

things I would have never have known about if I
never discovered the internet. If I never had the
internet, I would have never learned about most

things I know about.

Politics

The household rules I’ve had in my house are to
respect others, to pick up after yourself, and to have
no shoes in the house. If I were to break a household
rule, I would get scolded. As I’ve gotten older, the no

swearing rule was created. Also, another rule that
has developed over the years is to always put the

dishes in the sink when you're done with it.

Economics

My household chores that I do consists of making
beds, cleaning my room, and cleaning dishes. This
does not get me any allowance. The type of career I
would like to do in the music industry. Something in

the performing arts like singing, rapping or/and
dancing. I would love a career in the performing arts

because I love music, as well as the dancers,
musicians, and producers who make and perform
music. Another reason is that other jobs or careers
that are possible to work don’t interest me as much
and they don’t look like jobs I would enjoy for the
rest of my life. The music industry would be the only

one left because it is the most interesting and
enjoyable to me.

Social Structure

My whole family consists of one brother named
Julian, one sister named Cassandra, a mother named

Gemma, and a father whose named Joey. I have
three aunts named are Lea, Odette, Maria, five

uncles named Rex, Joel, Yancy, Bong, and Tom, five
cousins named Lou, Jay or Yancy Jr., Joseph,

Hayden, and an unborn baby, a grandmother names
Lourdes and a grandfather named Jose who are all

from my mother’s side. On my dad’s side I have
cousin, uncles, an aunt, a grandmother,

step-grandmother, and a grandfather whose names I
don’t know as well as an aunt that named Tanya, and

three cousins named Jonathan, Alexa, and Chloe.
We all like to have get together now and then to see

each other once in awhile.
