Effective from January 1, 2014

According to the Article 44 of the Aviation Safety and Security Act ,
any person who has carried or loaded prohibited items onto aircraft will be legally punished by
imprisonment for not less than 2 years but more than 5 years.
The list of prohibited items only applicable for airport under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea.
When you travel to the foreign country other than Korea, please check with your airlines or travel
agency whether there are additional prohibited items at your destination country.

Liquids,Aerosols and Gels
Carry-on Rules

Liquids, aerosols, and gels(LAGs) items are strictly prohibited in carry-on baggage.
Please make sure whether your liquid items meeting the following liquids, aerosols and gels carry-on Rules.

LAGs(water, drinks, cosmetics and sprays, gels and

creams, etc. ) MUST be in a container no larger than
100mℓ(3.4 oz) and each of the items MUST be
put in ONE clear 1ℓ zip-top plastic bag.

Baby food and medications to be used during
the journey are allowed to exceeding 100mℓ.

documentation in advance.
