Our Artisan Catering™ team is filled with seasoned professionals with a depth of experience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
We will meet with you to review and finalize your wine, beverage and food menus. As we are a licensed catering operation and hold a
liquor (ABC) license, we will provide your needs for beer, liquor and, of course, our wines.

IS THERE A FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
Yes. Please refer to your signed contract for the minimum food & beverage spend.
If you have any questions, contact our Sales Managers.

MAY WE BRING IN AN OUTSIDE CATERER?
With the exception of special occasion cakes, we do not allow outside food to be brought in.
Pippin Hill’s Artisan Catering™ will provide all of your food & beverage items.

MAY I OFFER A CHOICE OF ENTRÉES?
We do allow choice of entrée. Your Sales Manager will need to know 2 weeks in advance of the count for each entrée.
We will allow two protein options and one vegetarian option for your guests. Additionally, we will need to have a list
of guest names and entrée selection 1 week before your event so we can provide place cards. Our menus have been
created to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose intolerance
and other allergies.

WHEN DO YOU NEED THE FINAL HEAD COUNT?
Final food & beverage guest count numbers must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?
Pippin Hill has its own Virginia ABC Mixed Beverage Catering License which prohibits any outside alcohol to be
brought in. Don't see your favorite beer or liquor on your list? Inquire with our Sales Managers about availability
and pricing.

DOES THE BAR PACKAGE INCLUDE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS?
Yes. Bar packages include soft drinks and other non-alcoholic bar standards (i.e., club soda, tonic water and juice).
Iced tea and lemonade are charged additionally per gallon based upon your headcount.

IS THE BAR PACKAGE CHARGED PER PERSON?
Yes. All adult guests over 21 years old are charged the selected bar package at an hourly rate.
Non-alcoholic bar packages are available for children, guests under 21, and expecting mothers at the rate of
$10 per person.
