The CarStick can be used to generate an internet connection for mobile online
services (ŠKODA Connect). This means that you can use the services without
using an internet connection from your smartphone. You can even set up
a Wi-Fi hotspot in your vehicle in just a few seconds. Simply insert a suitable
SIM card into the CarStick, connect it to the USB slot in front of the gear lever
and set up on the Amundsen navigation system. You can then connect any

Did you know that the textile floor mats from ŠKODA
Genuine Accessories also undergo the so-called ‘heel
test’? This test simulates the action of the driver’s foot
on the accelerator, sinking the heel 5 mm into the floor
mat in both dry and wet conditions at an angle of 45°. The
floor mats also undergo an additional load test in the form
of a long driving test, and further focus is placed on the
brackets fixing the front floor mats to the car upholstery.
The tests are designed to verify the proper clip strength
needed to enable comfortable handling by the driver, while
keeping the floor mat in place despite the occasional
application of force during the drive.
