ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎﻣﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﻘ ﺪ ﹺﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟ ﹸﻜﻞﱢ ﻣ ﹶﻜﻮ ﻥ ﻭﻣ ﻮ ﺟﻮ ﺩ ،ﻭﹶﺃﺣ ﹶﻜﺎﻣﻪ ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻣﹶﻠ ﺔ ﻟ ﹸﻜﻞﱢ ﻣ ﺸ ﺮﻭ ﹴﻉ،
ﻭﹶﺃ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺠ ﺰﺍ ِﺀ ﹺﺑﺎﻟﺜﱠ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺏ ﻟﹾﻠ ﻤ ﺤ ِﺴﹺﻨ ﲔ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻌﹶﻘﺎ ﹺﺏ ﻟﹾﻠ ﻤ ﺠ ﹺﺮﻣ ﲔ.
ﻭﹶﺃ ﺷ ﻬ ﺪ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻟﺎ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻪ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ ﻭ ﺣ ﺪﻩ ﹶﻟﺎ ﺷ ﹺﺮﻳﻚ ﹶﻟﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺳ ﻤﺎ ِﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﹶﻔﺎ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺓ
ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ.
ﻭﹶﺃﺷ ﻬ ﺪ ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﻣ ﺤﻤ ﺪﺍ ﻋﺒ ﺪﻩ ﻭ ﺭ ﺳﻮﹸﻟﻪ ،ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﺑﻴ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ ﻭ ﻭﺿ ﺢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﹶﻠﺎ ﹶﻝ
ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﺮﺍ ﻡ ،ﻭﹶﺃﺻ ﹶﻞ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄ ﺻﻮ ﹶﻝ ﻭﹶﻓﺼﹶﻠ ﻬﺎ ،ﺣﺘﻰ ﺍ ﺳﺘﺘﻢ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺪﻳ ﻦ ﻭﺍ ﺳﺘﹶﻘﺎ ﻡ.
ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻬﻢ ﺻﻞﱢ ﻭ ﺳﻠﱢ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻣ ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻭ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﹶﺃ ﺻ ﺤﺎﹺﺑﻪ ﻭﹶﺃﺗﺒﺎ ﻋﻪ ،ﺧ ﺼﻮ ﺻﺎ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹶﻠ ﻤﺎ َﺀ
ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻋﹶﻠﺎ ﻡ.
ﹶﺃﻣﺎ ﺑ ﻌ ﺪ :ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﺬﻩ ﹺﺭ ﺳﺎﹶﻟﹲﺔ ﹶﻟ ﻄﻴﹶﻔﹲﺔ ﻓﻲ ﹸﺃ ﺻﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ،ﺳ ﻬﹶﻠﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻟﹶﻔﺎ ﻅ ﻭﺍ ﺿ ﺤﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﹺﻧﻲ ،ﻣﻌﻴﻨﹲﺔ
ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﱡﻠ ﹺﻢ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﻟ ﹸﻜﻞﱢ ﻣﺘﹶﺄﻣ ﹴﻞ ﻣﻌﺎﹺﻧ ﻲ.
ﻧ ﺴﹶﺄ ﹸﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﻳﻨﹶﻔ ﻊ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌ ﻬﺎ ﻭﹶﻗﺎ ﹺﺭﹶﺋ ﻬﺎ .ﹺﺇﻧﻪ ﺟ ﻮﺍ ﺩ ﹶﻛ ﹺﺮ ﱘ.

-١ﹸﺃ ﺻﻮ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ :ﻫ ﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹾﻠ ﻢ ﹺﺑﹶﺄ ﺩﻟﱠﺔ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹸﻜﻠﱢﻴﺔ.
-٢ﻭ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ :ﹶﺃﻥﱠ "ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ":
-ﹺﺇﻣﺎ ﻣ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ ﻳ ﹾﻄﹶﻠ ﺐ ﺍﻟﹾ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ ﹺﺑﹶﺄ ﺣ ﺪ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨ ﻤ ﺴﺔ.
-ﻭﹺﺇﻣﺎ ﺩﹶﻟﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ ﻳ ﺴﺘ ﺪ ﱡﻝ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻫ ﺬﻩ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹺﻞ.
-٣ﹶﻓﺎﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ :ﻫ ﻮ ﻣ ﻌ ﹺﺮﹶﻓﹸﺔ "ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹺﻞ" ،ﻭ"ﺍﻟﺪﹶﻟﺎﺋ ﹺﻞ".
-٤ﻭ ﻫ ﺬﻩ "ﺍﻟﺪﹶﻟﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ" ﻧ ﻮ ﻋﺎ ﻥ:
) (١ﹸﻛﻠﱢﻴﹲﺔ :ﺗ ﺸ ﻤ ﹸﻞ ﹸﻛﻞﱠ ﺣ ﹾﻜ ﹴﻢ ﻣ ﻦ ﹺﺟﻨ ﹴﺲ ﻭﺍ ﺣ ﺪ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺃﻭ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺁ ﺧ ﹺﺮﻩ ،ﹶﻛﹶﻘ ﻮﻟﻨﺎ:
"ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮ ﻟﹾﻠ ﻮ ﺟﻮ ﹺﺏ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻨ ﻬ ﻲ ﻟﻠﺘ ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﹺﱘ" ﻭﻧ ﺤ ﹺﻮ ﻫ ﻤﺎ .ﻭ ﻫ ﺬﻩ ﻫ ﻲ "ﹸﺃ ﺻﻮ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ".
) (٢ﻭﹶﺃ ﺩﻟﱠﹲﺔ ﺟ ﺰﺋﻴﹲﺔ ﺗ ﹾﻔ ﺼﻴﻠﻴﹲﺔ :ﺗ ﹾﻔﺘﻘ ﺮ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗﺒﻨﻰ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺩﻟﱠﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹸﻜﻠﱢﻴﺔ .ﹶﻓﹺﺈ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺗﻤ ﺖ
ﺣ ﻜ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ.
-٥ﹶﻓﺎﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ :ﻣ ﻀ ﹶﻄﺮﹲﺓ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﹶﺃ ﺩﻟﱠﺘ ﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻔ ﺼﻴﻠﻴﺔ.
ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺩﻟﱠﹸﺔ ﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻔ ﺼﻴﻠﻴﹸﺔ :ﻣ ﻀ ﹶﻄﺮﹲﺓ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺩﻟﱠﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹸﻜﻠﱢﻴﺔ.
-٦ﻭﹺﺑ ﻬ ﹶﺬﺍ ﻧ ﻌ ﹺﺮ ﻑ ﺍﻟﻀ ﺮﻭ ﺭﹶﺓ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﺎ ﺟﹶﺔ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﻣ ﻌ ﹺﺮﹶﻓﺔ "ﹸﺃ ﺻﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ" ﻭﹶﺃﻧ ﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﻴﻨﹲﺔ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ،ﻭ ﻫ ﻲ
ﹶﺃ ﺳﺎ ﺱ ﺍﻟﻨ ﹶﻈ ﹺﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺎ ﺟﺘ ﻬﺎ ﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ.

ﺍﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟ ِﺘﻲ ﻳﺪﻭﺭ ﺍﻟ ِﻔﻘﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺧﻤﺴﺔ:
" -٧ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺐ" :ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﻳﹶﺜﺎ ﺏ ﹶﻓﺎ ﻋﹸﻠﻪ ﻭﻳﻌﺎﹶﻗ ﺐ ﺗﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹸﻛﻪ.
-٨ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﺮﺍ ﻡ" :ﺿﺪﻩ.
-٩ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﻨﻮ ﹸﻥ" :ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﻳﹶﺜﺎ ﺏ ﹶﻓﺎ ﻋﹸﻠﻪ ،ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﻌﺎﹶﻗ ﺐ ﺗﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹸﻛﻪ.
-١٠ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻜ ﺮﻭﻩ" :ﺿﺪﻩ.
-١١ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺒﺎ ﺡ" :ﻣ ﺴﺘ ﹺﻮﻱ ﺍﻟﻄﱠ ﺮﹶﻓﻴ ﹺﻦ.
-١٢ﻭﻳﻨﹶﻘ ِﺴ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺐ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ:
) (١ﹶﻓ ﺮ ﹺﺽ ﻋﻴ ﹴﻦ :ﻳ ﹾﻄﹶﻠ ﺐ ﻓ ﻌﹸﻠﻪ ﻣ ﻦ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﻣ ﹶﻜﻠﱠ ﻒ ﺑﺎﻟ ﹴﻎ ﻋﺎﻗ ﹴﻞ .ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ ﺟ ﻤ ﻬﻮ ﺭ ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ
ﺍﻟﺸ ﹺﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟﺒﺔ.
) (٢ﻭﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﹶﻓ ﺮ ﹺﺽ ﻛﹶﻔﺎﻳﺔ :ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﻳ ﹾﻄﹶﻠﺐ ﺣ ﺼﻮﹸﻟﻪ ،ﻭﺗ ﺤ ﺼﻴﹸﻠﻪ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻠﱠﻔ ﲔ ،ﹶﻟﺎ
ﻣ ﻦ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﻭﺍ ﺣ ﺪ ﹺﺑﻌﻴﹺﻨﻪ ،ﹶﻛﺘﻌﱡﻠ ﹺﻢ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹸﻠﻮ ﹺﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎ ﻋﺎ ﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻓﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﹶﺫﺍ ﻥ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﹺﺮ
ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻌ ﺮﻭ ﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻨ ﻬ ﹺﻲ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻨ ﹶﻜ ﹺﺮ ،ﻭﻧ ﺤ ﹺﻮ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ.
-١٣ﻭ ﻫ ﺬﻩ "ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨ ﻤ ﺴﹸﺔ" ﺗﺘﹶﻔﺎ ﻭ ﺕ ﺗﹶﻔﺎ ﻭﺗﺎ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑﺍ ،ﹺﺑ ﺤ ﺴ ﹺﺐ ﺣﺎﻟ ﻬﺎ ﻭﻣ ﺮﺍﺗﹺﺒ ﻬﺎ ،ﻭﺁﹶﺛﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻫﺎ.
-ﹶﻓ ﻤﺎ ﹶﻛﺎﻧ ﺖ ﻣ ﺼﹶﻠ ﺤﺘﻪ ﺧﺎﻟ ﺼﹰﺔ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﺭﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺤﹰﺔ :ﹶﺃﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺇ ﳚﺎ ﹴﺏ ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ
ﺍ ﺳﺘ ﺤﺒﺎ ﹴﺏ.
-ﻭﻣﺎ ﹶﻛﺎﻧ ﺖ ﻣ ﹾﻔ ﺴ ﺪﺗﻪ ﺧﺎﻟ ﺼﹰﺔ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﺭﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺤﹰﺔ :ﻧ ﻬﻰ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻧ ﻬ ﻲ ﺗ ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﹴﱘ ﹶﺃ ﻭ
ﹶﻛ ﺮﺍ ﻫﺔ.
ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﻳ ﺤﻴ ﹸﻂ ﹺﺑ ﺠ ﻤﻴ ﹺﻊ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﹾﺄﻣﻮ ﺭﺍ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻨ ﹺﻬﻴﺎ ﺕ.
-١٤ﻭﹶﺃﻣﺎ "ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺒﺎ ﺣﺎ ﺕ" :ﹶﻓﹺﺈﻥﱠ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﹶﺃﺑﺎ ﺣ ﻬﺎ ﻭﹶﺃ ﺫ ﹶﻥ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﻭﹶﻗ ﺪ ﻳﺘ ﻮﺻ ﹸﻞ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨﻴ ﹺﺮ،
ﹶﻓﺘﹶﻠ ﺤ ﻖ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﻤﹾﺄﻣﻮ ﺭﺍ ﺕ ،ﻭﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﺮ ﹶﻓﺘﹾﻠ ﺤ ﻖ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﻤﻨ ﹺﻬﻴﺎ ﺕ.

ﹺﺭ ﺳﺎﹶﻟﹲﺔ ﹶﻟﻄﻴﹶﻔﹲﺔ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﹲﺔ ﻓﻲ ﹸﺃ ﺻ ﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹺﻬﻤﺔ
-١٥ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﹶﺬﺍ ﹶﺃ ﺻ ﹲﻞ ﹶﻛﹺﺒ ﲑ" :ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮ ﺳﺎﺋ ﹶﻞ ﹶﻟ ﻬﺎ ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﹶﻘﺎ ﺻ ﺪ".
-١٦ﻭﹺﺑﻪ ﻧ ﻌﹶﻠ ﻢ ﹶﺃﻥﱠ:
" -ﻣﺎ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺐ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺑﻪ؛ ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﻭﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺐ".
-ﻭ"ﻣﺎ ﻟﹶﺎ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﻨﻮ ﹸﻥ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺑﻪ؛ ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﻣ ﺴﻨﻮ ﹲﻥ".
-ﻭ"ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘ ﻮﻗﱠ ﻒ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﺮﺍ ﻡ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ؛ ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﺣ ﺮﺍﻡ".
-ﻭ" ﻭ ﺳﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻜ ﺮﻭﻩ؛ ﻣ ﹾﻜ ﺮﻭ ﻫﹲﺔ".

ﺍﻟﻔِﻘﻪ ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻳﺴﺘﻤﺪ ﺍﻟ ِﺘﻲ ﺍﻷ ِﺩﻟﺔ
-١٧ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﺘﺎ ﺏ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﹸﺔ.
ﻭ ﻫ ﻤﺎ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﺧﻮ ﻃ ﺐ ﹺﺑﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻠﱠﹸﻔﻮ ﹶﻥ ،ﻭﺍﻧﺒﻨﻰ ﺩﻳﻨ ﻬ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ.
-١٨ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈ ﺟ ﻤﺎ ﻉ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻘﻴﺎ ﺱ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺤﻴ ﺢ.
ﻭ ﻫ ﻤﺎ ﻣ ﺴﺘﹺﻨ ﺪﺍ ﻥ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﺘﺎ ﹺﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ.
-١٩ﹶﻓـ"ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ" -ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺃﻭﻟﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺁ ﺧ ﹺﺮﻩ -ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﺨ ﺮ ﺝ ﻋ ﻦ ﻫ ﺬﻩ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄ ﺻﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭﺑﻌﺔ.
-٢٠ﻭﹶﺃ ﹾﻛﹶﺜ ﺮ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹺﻬﻤﺔ :ﺗ ﺠﺘ ﻤ ﻊ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ "ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺩﻟﱠﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭﺑﻌﹸﺔ".
-٢١ﺗ ﺪ ﱡﻝ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﻧ ﺼﻮ ﺹ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﺘﺎ ﹺﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ.
-٢٢ﻭﻳ ﺠ ﻤ ﻊ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹶﻠ ﻤﺎ ُﺀ.
-٢٣ﻭﻳ ﺪ ﱡﻝ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﺍﹾﻟﻘﻴﺎ ﺱ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺤﻴ ﺢ.
-٢٤ﻟ ﻤﺎ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻨﺎﻓ ﹺﻊ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺼﺎﻟ ﹺﺢ ،ﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﹾﺄﻣﻮ ﺭﺍ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ ،ﻭﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻀﺎﺭ ﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻛﺎﻧ ﺖ
ﻣﻨ ﹺﻬﻴﺎ ﻋﻨ ﻬﺎ.
-٢٥ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﻘﻠﻴ ﹸﻞ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ :ﻳﺘﻨﺎ ﺯ ﻉ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹶﻠ ﻤﺎ ُﺀ ،ﻭﹶﺃﹾﻗ ﺮﺑ ﻬ ﻢ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺼ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺏ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ؛ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﺴ ﻦ
ﺭﺩ ﻫﺎ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﻫ ﺬﻩ "ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄ ﺻﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭﺑﻌﺔ".

-ﻧ ﺰ ﹶﻝ ﹺﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﻭ ﺡ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﻣ ﲔ ،ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﹶﻗﹾﻠ ﹺﺐ ﻣ ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﺭ ﺳﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ خ.
-ﻟﻴ ﹸﻜﻮﻥﹶ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻨ ﺬ ﹺﺭﻳ ﻦ ،ﹺﺑﻠ ﺴﺎ ﻥ ﻋ ﺮﹺﺑﻲ ﻣﹺﺒ ﹴﲔ ،ﻟﻠﻨﺎ ﹺﺱ ﹶﻛﺎﻓﱠﹰﺔ ،ﻓﻲ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﺤﺘﺎ ﺟﻮ ﹶﻥ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻴﻪ
ﻣ ﻦ ﻣ ﺼﺎﻟ ﹺﺢ ﺩﻳﹺﻨ ﹺﻬ ﻢ ﻭ ﺩﻧﻴﺎ ﻫ ﻢ.
-ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻘ ﺮﻭ ُﺀ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻟ ِﺴﻨﺔ ،ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻜﹾﺘﻮ ﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺼﺎ ﺣ ﻒ ،ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤﹸﻔﻮ ﹸﻅ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺪﻭ ﹺﺭ.

-٢٧ﻭﹶﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﹸﺔ :ﹶﻓﹺﺈﻧ ﻬﺎ ﹶﺃﹾﻗ ﻮﺍ ﹸﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﹺﺒﻲ خ؛ ﻭﹶﺃﹾﻓﻌﺎﹸﻟﻪ ،ﻭﺗ ﹾﻘ ﹺﺮﻳ ﺮﺍﺗﻪ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻗ ﻮﺍ ﹺﻝ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻓﻌﺎ ﹺﻝ.
-٢٨ﹶﻓﺎﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﻋﻴﹸﺔ:
-ﺗﺎ ﺭﹰﺓ :ﺗ ﺆ ﺧ ﹸﺬ ﻣ ﻦ ﻧﺺ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﺘﺎ ﹺﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ .ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ :ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﹾﻔ ﹸﻆ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﺿ ﺢ ﺍﻟﱠ ﺬﻱ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﺤﺘ ﻤ ﹸﻞ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ
ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻌﻨﻰ.

ﻭﻣﺘﻤ ﻤﺎﺗﻪ ،ﻭ ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﻃﻪ .ﻭﻣﺎ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﺘﻢ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤ ﹸﻜﻮ ﻡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺨﺒ ﺮ ﻋﻨﻪ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺑﻪ .

-٣١ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻨ ﻮﺍ ﻫﻲ :ﹶﺃﻧ ﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﺘ ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﹺﱘ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺩﻝﱠ ﺍﻟﺪﻟﻴ ﹸﻞ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻜ ﺮﺍ ﻫﺔ.

-٣٣ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﹶﻘﺎﺋ ﻖ ﹶﺛﹶﻠﺎﹶﺛﹲﺔ :ﺷ ﺮ ﻋﻴﹲﺔ ،ﻭﹸﻟﻐ ﹺﻮﻳﹲﺔ ،ﻭ ﻋ ﺮﻓﻴﹲﺔ.
-ﹶﻓ ﻤﺎ ﺣ ﹶﻜ ﻢ ﹺﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻭ ﺣ ﺪﻩ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺟﻮ ﻉ ﻓﻴﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ "ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﺪ ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﻋﻲ."
-ﻭﻣﺎ ﺣ ﹶﻜ ﻢ ﹺﺑﻪ ،ﻭﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﺤﺪﻩ ،ﺍ ﹾﻛﺘﹶﻔﺎ ًﺀ ﹺﺑ ﹸﻈ ﻬﻮ ﹺﺭ ﻣ ﻌﻨﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﱡﻠﻐ ﹺﻮﻱ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺟﻮ ﻉ ﻓﻴﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ
"ﺍﻟﱡﻠ ﻐ ﺔ".
-ﻭﻣﺎ ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﹸﻜ ﻦ ﹶﻟﻪ ﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﹺﻉ ،ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﱡﻠﻐﺔ :ﺭ ﹺﺟ ﻊ ﻓﻴﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﻋﺎ ﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﹺﺱ ﻭ ﻋ ﺮﻓ ﹺﻬ ﻢ.
-٣٤ﻭﹶﻗ ﺪ ﻳ ﺼﺮ ﺡ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﹺﺑﹺﺈ ﺭ ﺟﺎ ﹺﻉ ﻫ ﺬﻩ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄﻣﻮ ﹺﺭ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ "ﺍﹾﻟﻌ ﺮ ﻑ"؛ ﹶﻛﺎﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﹺﺮ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻌ ﺮﻭ ﻑ،
ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎ ﺷ ﺮﺓ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻌ ﺮﻭ ﻑ ،ﻭﻧ ﺤ ﹺﻮ ﻫ ﻤﺎ .ﹶﻓﺎ ﺣﹶﻔ ﹾﻆ ﻫ ﺬﻩ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄﺻﻮ ﹶﻝ ﺍﻟﱠﺘﻲ ﻳ ﻀﻄﱠ ﺮ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻴ ﻬﺎ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﻔﻘﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ

-٣٥ﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ :ﻋﺎﻡ؛ ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ :ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﹾﻔ ﹸﻆ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻣ ﹸﻞ ﻟﹶﺄ ﺟﻨﺎ ﹴﺱ ،ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹶﺃﻧ ﻮﺍ ﹴﻉ ،ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹶﺃﹾﻓ ﺮﺍ ﺩ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑﺓ .ﻭ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻛﹶﺜ ﺮ
ﺍﻟﻨ ﺼﻮ ﹺﺹ.

-٣٧ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ :ﻣ ﹾﻄﹶﻠ ﻖ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﻘﻴﻮ ﺩ ،ﻭﻣﹶﻘﻴ ﺪ ﹺﺑ ﻮ ﺻ ﻒ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹶﻗﻴ ﺪ ﻣ ﻌﺘﺒ ﹴﺮ .ﹶﻓﻴ ﺤ ﻤ ﹸﻞ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻄﹶﻠ ﻖ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ

-٣٨ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ :ﻣ ﺠ ﻤ ﹲﻞ ،ﻭﻣﺒﻴ ﻦ .ﹶﻓ ﻤﺎ ﹶﺃ ﺟ ﻤﹶﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻓﻲ ﻣ ﻮ ﺿ ﹴﻊ ،ﻭﺑﻴﻨﻪ ،ﻭ ﻭﺿ ﺤﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻣ ﻮ ﺿ ﹴﻊ
ﺁ ﺧ ﺮ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺟﻮ ﻉ ﻓﻴﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺑﻴﺎ ﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﻉ.
ﻭﹶﻗ ﺪ ﹸﺃ ﺟ ﻤ ﹶﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﻘ ﺮﺁ ﻥ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﻭﺑﻴﻨﺘ ﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﹸﺔ؛ ﹶﻓ ﻮ ﺟ ﺐ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺟﻮ ﻉ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺑﻴﺎ ﻥ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺳﻮ ﹺﻝ
خ؛ ﹶﻓﹺﺈﻧﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺒﻴ ﻦ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ.
-٣٩ﻭﻧ ﻈ ﲑ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ :ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ ﻣ ﺤ ﹶﻜ ﻤﺎ ﻭﻣﺘ ﺸﺎﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ .ﹶﻓﻴ ﹺﺠ ﺐ ﹺﺇ ﺭ ﺟﺎ ﻉ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺘ ﺸﺎﹺﺑﻪ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤ ﹶﻜ ﹺﻢ.

-٤٢ﹶﻓ ﻤﺘﻰ ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﹶﻜ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺠ ﻤ ﻊ ﺑﻴ ﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻴ ﹺﻦ ،ﻭ ﺣ ﻤ ﹶﻞ ﹸﻛ ﱞﻞ ﻣﻨ ﻬ ﻤﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺣﺎ ﹴﻝ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ.
-٤٣ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﻌ ﺪ ﹸﻝ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻨ ﺴ ﹺﺦ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺑﻨﺺ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﻉ ،ﺃﹶ ﻭ ﺗﻌﺎ ﺭ ﹺﺽ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻴ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺤﻴ ﺤﻴ ﹺﻦ ،ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﹶﺬﻳ ﹺﻦ
ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﻤ ﻜ ﻦ ﺣ ﻤ ﹸﻞ ﹸﻛﻞﱟ ﻣﻨ ﻬ ﻤﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻣ ﻌﻨﻰ ﻣﻨﺎﺳ ﹴﺐ ﹶﻓﻴ ﹸﻜﻮ ﹸﻥ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺘﹶﺄﺧ ﺮ ﻧﺎ ﺳ ﺨﺎ ﻟﹾﻠ ﻤﺘﹶﻘﺪ ﹺﻡ.
-٤٤ﹶﻓﹺﺈ ﹾﻥ ﺗﻌﺬﱠ ﺭ ﻣ ﻌ ﹺﺮﹶﻓﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺘﹶﻘﺪ ﹺﻡ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻤﺘﹶﺄﺧ ﹺﺮ؛ ﺭ ﺟ ﻌﻨﺎ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘ ﺮ ﹺﺟﻴ ﺤﺎ ﺕ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄ ﺧ ﹺﺮ.

-٤٥ﻭﻟ ﻬ ﹶﺬﺍ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺗﻌﺎ ﺭ ﺽ ﹶﻗ ﻮ ﹸﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﹺﺒﻲ خ ﻭﻓ ﻌﹸﻠﻪ :ﹸﻗﺪ ﻡ ﹶﻗ ﻮﹸﻟﻪ؛ ﻟﹶﺄﻧﻪ ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﺮ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﻧ ﻬ ﻲ ﻟﹾﻠﹸﺄﻣﺔ ،ﻭ ﺣ ﻤ ﹶﻞ
ﻓ ﻌﹸﻠﻪ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨ ﺼﻮ ﺻﻴﺔ ﹶﻟﻪ.
-٤٦ﹶﻓ ﺨ ﺼﺎﺋ ﺺ ﺍﻟﻨﹺﺒﻲ خ ﺗﻨﺒﹺﻨﻲ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹺﻞ.
-٤٧ﻭ ﹶﻛ ﹶﺬﻟ ﻚ :ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﹶﻓﻌ ﹶﻞ ﺷﻴﹰﺌﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺓ ،ﻭﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳﹾﺄﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺑﻪ؛ ﹶﻓﺎﻟﺼ ﺤﻴ ﺢ :ﹶﺃﻧﻪ
ﻟﻠﺎ ﺳﺘ ﺤﺒﺎ ﹺﺏ.
-٤٨ﻭﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻓﻌﹶﻠﻪ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻭ ﺟﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎ ﺩﺓ :ﺩﻝﱠ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﺑﺎ ﺣﺔ.
-٤٩ﻭﻣﺎ ﹶﺃﹶﻗﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﻨﹺﺒﻲ خ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻗ ﻮﺍ ﹺﻝ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﹾﻓ ﻌﺎ ﹺﻝ؛ ﺣ ﻜ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟﹺﺈﺑﺎ ﺣﺔ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﻫﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ

-٥٢ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﺑﺪ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﻳ ﹸﻜﻮ ﹶﻥ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈ ﺟ ﻤﺎﻉ ﻣ ﺴﺘﹺﻨ ﺪﺍ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺩﹶﻟﺎﹶﻟﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﺘﺎ ﹺﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ.

ﻟ ﹶﺬﻟ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮ ﺻ ﻒ ،ﹸﺛﻢ ﻭ ﺟ ﺪ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮ ﺻﻒ ﻓﻲ ﻣ ﺴﹶﺄﹶﻟﺔ ﹸﺃ ﺧ ﺮﻯ ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳﻨﺺ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ
ﻋﻴﹺﻨﻬﺎ ،ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﹶﻓ ﺮ ﹴﻕ ﺑﻴﻨ ﻬﺎ ﻭﺑﻴ ﻦ ﺍﻟﻨ ﺼﻮ ﹺﺹ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﹺﺇﹾﻟ ﺤﺎﹸﻗ ﻬﺎ ﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣ ﹾﻜ ﻤ ﻬﺎ؛ ﻟﹶﺄﻥﱠ
ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﺣ ﻜﻴ ﻢ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﹶﻔﺮ ﻕ ﺑﻴ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺘ ﻤﺎﺛﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ﻓﻲ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﺻﺎﻓ ﻬﺎ ،ﹶﻛ ﻤﺎ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﺠ ﻤ ﻊ ﺑﻴ ﻦ

-٦١ﹶﻓ ﻤﻨ ﻬﺎ" :ﺍﹾﻟﻴﻘ ﲔ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﺰﻭ ﹸﻝ ﹺﺑﺎﻟﺸﻚ "ﹶﺃ ﺩ ﺧﹸﻠﻮﺍ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﹸﻘﻮ ﹺﻕ

ﻭﺍﻟﺘ ﺨﻔﻴ ﻒ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ﻭ ﹶﻏﻴ ﺮ ﻫﺎ.
-٦٣ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ :ﹶﻗ ﻮﹸﻟ ﻬ ﻢ" :ﹶﻟﺎ ﻭﺍ ﹺﺟ ﺐ ﻣ ﻊ ﺍﹾﻟﻌ ﺠ ﹺﺰ ،ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﻣ ﺤﺮ ﻡ ﻣ ﻊ ﺍﻟﻀ ﺮﻭ ﺭﺓ".
ﹶﻓﺎﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳﻮ ﹺﺟﺐ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﻣﺎ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻧ ﹾﻘ ﺪ ﺭ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﹸﻜﻠﱢﻴﺔ .ﻭﻣﺎ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﺟﺒﻪ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟﺒﺎ ﺕ ﹶﻓﻌ ﺠ ﺰ
ﻋﻨﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒ ﺪ :ﺳﹶﻘ ﹶﻂ ﻋﻨﻪ ،ﻭﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﹶﻗ ﺪ ﺭ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺑ ﻌ ﻀﻪ :ﻭ ﺟ ﺐ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﹾﻘ ﺪ ﺭ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ،ﻭ ﺳﹶﻘ ﹶﻂ
ﻋﻨﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﻌ ﹺﺠ ﺰ ﻋﻨﻪ ،ﻭﹶﺃ ﻣﺜﹶﻠﺘ ﻬﺎ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑﹲﺓ ﹺﺟﺪﺍ.
ﻭ ﹶﻛ ﹶﺬﻟ ﻚ ﻣﺎ ﺍ ﺣﺘﺎ ﺝ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨﹾﻠ ﻖ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻴﻪ :ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﺤﺮ ﻣﻪ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﹺﻬ ﻢ.
ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺨﺒﺎﺋ ﹸﺚ ﺍﻟﱠﺘﻲ ﺣﺮﻣ ﻬﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺍ ﺿ ﱡﻄﺮ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻴ ﻬﺎ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒ ﺪ :ﹶﻓﹶﻠﺎ ﹺﺇﹾﺛ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ.
ﹶﻓﺎﻟﻀ ﺮﻭ ﺭﺍ ﺕ ﺗﹺﺒﻴ ﺢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤﻈﹸﻮ ﺭﺍ ﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺗﺒﹶﺔ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤ ﹸﻈﻮ ﺭﺍ ﺕ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎ ﹺﺭ ﺿﹶﺔ.

ﹺﺭ ﺳﺎﹶﻟﹲﺔ ﹶﻟﻄﻴﹶﻔﹲﺔ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﹲﺔ ﻓﻲ ﹸﺃ ﺻ ﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹺﻬﻤﺔ
ﻭﺍﻟﻀ ﺮﻭ ﺭﹸﺓ ﺗﹶﻘﺪ ﺭ ﹺﺑﹶﻘ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻫﺎ ،ﺗ ﺨﻔﻴﹰﻔﺎ ﻟﻠﺸﺮ.
-٦٤ﹶﻓﺎﻟﻀ ﺮﻭ ﺭﹸﺓ ﺗﹺﺒﻴ ﺢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤﺮﻣﺎ ﺕ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺂ ﻛ ﹺﻞ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﺏ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﹶﻠﺎﹺﺑ ﹺﺲ ﻭ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﻫﺎ.
-٦٥ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ" :ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄﻣﻮ ﺭ ﹺﺑ ﻤﹶﻘﺎ ﺻ ﺪ ﻫﺎ".
ﹶﻓﻴ ﺪ ﺧ ﹸﻞ ﻓﻲ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ :ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ،ﻭﺗ ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﱘ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﻴ ﹺﻞ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺤﺮﻣﺔ ﻣﹾﺄ ﺧﻮ ﹲﺫ ﻣ ﻦ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ
ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹺﻞ.
ﻭﺍﻧ ﺼ ﺮﺍ ﻑ ﹶﺃﹾﻟﹶﻔﺎ ﻅ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜﻨﺎﻳﺎ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻤ ﺤﺘ ﻤﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺮﺍﺋ ﹺﺢ ﻣ ﻦ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹺﻞ ﻭ ﺻ ﻮ ﺭ ﻫﺎ
ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑﹲﺓ ﹺﺟﺪﺍ.
-٦٦ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ" :ﻳ ﺨﺘﺎ ﺭ ﹶﺃ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺼﹶﻠ ﺤﺘﻴ ﹺﻦ ،ﻭﻳﺮﺗ ﻜ ﺐ ﹶﺃ ﺧﻒ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻔ ﺴ ﺪﺗﻴ ﹺﻦ ﻋﻨ ﺪ ﺍﻟﺘ ﺰﺍ ﺣ ﹺﻢ".
ﻭ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹺﻞ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻜﹺﺒ ﹺﲑ ﻳﻨﺒﹺﻨﻲ ﻣ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑﹲﺓ.
ﻭ ﻋﻨ ﺪ ﺍﻟﺘ ﹶﻜﺎﹸﻓ ﹺﺆ ﹶﻓ ﺪ ﺭ ُﺀ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﹶﻔﺎ ﺳ ﺪ ﹶﺃ ﻭﹶﻟﻰ ﻣ ﻦ ﺟﹾﻠ ﹺﺐ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺼﺎﻟ ﹺﺢ.
-٦٧ﻭﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ :ﹶﻗ ﻮﹸﻟ ﻬ ﻢ" :ﹶﻟﺎ ﺗﺘﻢ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ ﺇﹺﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺑ ﻮ ﺟﻮ ﺩ ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﻃ ﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻧﺘﹶﻔﺎ ِﺀ ﻣ ﻮﺍﹺﻧﻌ ﻬﺎ"
ﻭ ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﹶﺃ ﺻ ﹲﻞ ﹶﻛﹺﺒ ﲑ ﺑﹺﻨ ﻲ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ -ﻣ ﻦ ﻣ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹺﻞ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﻭ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﻫﺎ -ﺷ ﻲٌﺀ ﹶﻛﺜ ﲑ.
ﹶﻓ ﻤﺘﻰ ﹸﻓﻘ ﺪ ﺷ ﺮ ﹸﻁ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺓ ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺔ ،ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹸﺛﺒﻮ ﺕ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﹸﻘﻮ ﹺﻕ :ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﺗ ﺼﺢ ﻭﹶﻟ ﻢ ﺗﹾﺜﺒ ﺖ.
ﻭ ﹶﻛ ﹶﺬﻟ ﻚ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﻭ ﹺﺟ ﺪ ﻣﺎﹺﻧﻌ ﻬﺎ :ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﺗ ﺼﺢ ﻭﹶﻟ ﻢ ﺗﻨﹸﻔ ﹾﺬ.
ﻭ ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﹸﻁ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ :ﹸﻛ ﱡﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺘ ﻮﻗﱠ ﻒ ﺻﺤﺘ ﻬﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ ﻭﻳ ﻌ ﺮ ﻑ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ
ﹺﺑﺎﻟﺘﺘﺒ ﹺﻊ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﹾﻘ ﺮﺍ ِﺀ ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﻋﻲ.
ﻭﹺﺑﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹺﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺘﺒ ﹺﻊ ﺣ ﺼ ﺮ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﻔﹶﻘ ﻬﺎ ُﺀ ﻓﹶ ﺮﺍﺋ ﺾ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﻭ ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﹶﻃ ﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻭﺍ ﹺﺟﺒﺎﺗ ﻬﺎ.
ﻭ ﹶﻛ ﹶﺬﻟ ﻚ :ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﹸﻁ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﺎ ﺕ ﻭﻣ ﻮﺍﹺﻧﻌ ﻬﺎ.
ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﺼ ﺮ :ﹺﺇﹾﺛﺒﺎ ﺕ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﹺﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﺬ ﹸﻛﻮ ﹺﺭ ،ﻭﻧ ﹾﻔﻴﻪ ﻋﻤﺎ ﻋ ﺪﺍﻩ.
ﹶﻓﻴ ﺴﺘﹶﻔﺎ ﺩ ﻣ ﻦ ﺣ ﺼ ﹺﺮ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﻔﹶﻘ ﻬﺎ ِﺀ ﺷ ﺮﻭ ﹸﻁ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺷﻴﺎ ِﺀ ﻭﹸﺃﻣﻮ ﺭ ﻫﺎ :ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﻣﺎ ﻋ ﺪﺍ ﻫﺎ ﹶﻟﺎ ﻳﹾﺜﺒ ﺖ ﹶﻟﻪ
ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﺬ ﹸﻛﻮ ﺭ.
-٦٨ﻭﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ :ﹶﻗ ﻮﹸﻟ ﻬ ﻢ" :ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ ﻳ ﺪﻭ ﺭ ﻣ ﻊ ﻋﻠﱠﺘﻪ ﹸﺛﺒﻮﺗﺎ ﻭ ﻋ ﺪﻣﺎ".
-٦٩ﹶﻓﺎﹾﻟﻌﹶﻠ ﹸﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻣﹸﺔ ﺍﻟﱠﺘﻲ ﻳ ﻌﹶﻠ ﻢ ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﺭﺗ ﺐ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﻡ :ﻣﺘﻰ ﻭ ﹺﺟ ﺪ ﺕ ﻭ ﹺﺟ ﺪ
ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ ،ﻭﻣﺘﻰ ﹸﻓﻘ ﺪ ﺕ ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳﹾﺜﺒ ﺖ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻜ ﻢ.

ﹺﺭ ﺳﺎﹶﻟﹲﺔ ﹶﻟﻄﻴﹶﻔﹲﺔ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﹲﺔ ﻓﻲ ﹸﺃ ﺻ ﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹺﻬﻤﺔ
-٧٠ﻭﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ :ﹶﻗ ﻮﹸﻟ ﻬ ﻢ" :ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ :ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻈ ﺮ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻭ ﺭ ﺩ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﻉ ﺗ ﺸ ﹺﺮﻳﻌﻪ.
ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ :ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﺑﺎ ﺣﹸﺔ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻭ ﺭ ﺩ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﻉ ﺗ ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﳝﻪ".
ﻟﹶﺄﻥﱠ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﹶﺓ ﻣﺎ ﹶﺃﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺇ ﳚﺎ ﹴﺏ ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ ﺍ ﺳﺘ ﺤﺒﺎ ﹴﺏ.
ﹶﻓ ﻤﺎ ﺧ ﺮ ﺝ ﻋ ﻦ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﹶﻓﹶﻠﻴ ﺲ ﹺﺑﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺓ؛ ﻭﻟﹶﺄﻥﱠ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ ﺧﻠﹶ ﻖ ﹶﻟﻨﺎ ﺟ ﻤﻴ ﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭ ﹺﺽ ﻟﻨﻨﺘﻔ ﻊ
ﹺﺑﻪ ﹺﺑ ﺠ ﻤﻴ ﹺﻊ ﹶﺃﻧ ﻮﺍ ﹺﻉ ﺍﻟﺎﻧﺘﹶﻔﺎ ﻋﺎ ﺕ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺣﺮﻣﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻨﺎ.
-٧١ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ" :ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﻭ ﹺﺟ ﺪ ﺕ ﹶﺃ ﺳﺒﺎ ﺏ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺤﹸﻘﻮ ﹺﻕ :ﹶﺛﺒﺘ ﺖ ﻭ ﻭ ﺟﺒ ﺖ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﹶﻗﺎ ﺭﻧ ﻬﺎ
ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﺎﹺﻧ ﻊ".
-٧٢ﻭﻣﻨ ﻬﺎ" :ﺍﹾﻟ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺟﺒﺎ ﺕ ﺗﹾﻠ ﺰ ﻡ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻠﱠﻔ ﲔ".
ﻭﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻜﻠﻴ ﻒ :ﻳ ﹸﻜﻮ ﹸﻥ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟﺒﹸﻠﻮ ﹺﻍ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻌ ﹾﻘ ﹺﻞ.
ﻭﺍﹾﻟﺈﹺﺗﹶﻠﺎﹶﻓﺎ ﺕ ﺗ ﹺﺠ ﺐ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻠﱠﻔ ﲔ ﻭ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﻫ ﻢ:
ﹶﻓ ﻤﺘﻰ ﹶﻛﺎ ﹶﻥ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﻧ ﺴﺎ ﹸﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺎ ﻋﺎﻗﹰﻠﺎ؛ ﻭ ﺟﺒ ﺖ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﺍﻟﱠﺘﻲ ﻭ ﺟﻮﺑ ﻬﺎ ﻋﺎﻡ ،ﻭ ﻭ ﺟﺒ ﺖ
ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒﺎ ﺩﺍ ﺕ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨﺎﺻﹸﺔ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺍﺗ ﺼﻒ ﹺﺑ ﺼﹶﻔﺎ ﺕ ﻣ ﻦ ﻭ ﺟﺒ ﺖ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﹺﻬ ﻢ ﹺﺑﹶﺄ ﺳﺒﺎﹺﺑ ﻬﺎ.
ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﺳﻲ ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﺠﺎ ﻫ ﹸﻞ :ﹶﻏﻴ ﺮ ﻣ ﺆﺍ ﺧ ﹶﺬﻳ ﹺﻦ ﻣ ﻦ ﹺﺟ ﻬﺔ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﹾﺛ ﹺﻢ ،ﹶﻟﺎ ﻣ ﻦ ﹺﺟ ﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻀ ﻤﺎ ﻥ ﻓﻲ

-٧٥ﹶﻓﹺﺈ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﻌ ﺮ ﻑ ﺍ ﺷﺘ ﻬﺎ ﺭﻩ ،ﻭﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﺨﺎﻟ ﹾﻔﻪ ﹶﻏﻴ ﺮﻩ :ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﺣﺠﹲﺔ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺤﻴ ﹺﺢ.
-٧٦ﹶﻓﹺﺈ ﹾﻥ ﺧﺎﹶﻟﹶﻔﻪ ﹶﻏﻴ ﺮﻩ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﻟﺼ ﺤﺎﺑﺔ :ﹶﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﹸﻜ ﻦ ﺣﺠﹰﺔ.

ﻗﻮﺍ ِﻋﺪ ﻭﺿﻮﺍ ِﺑﻂ ِﻓﻘ ِﻬﻴﺔ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ
-٧٧ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺑﺎﻟﺸ ﻲ ِﺀ :ﻧ ﻬ ﻲ ﻋ ﻦ ﺿﺪﻩ.
-٧٨ﻭﺍﻟﻨ ﻬ ﻲ ﻋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﺸ ﻲ ِﺀ :ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﺮ ﹺﺑ ﻀﺪﻩ ،ﻭﻳ ﹾﻘﺘ ﻀﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﻔ ﺴﺎ ﺩ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺩﻝﱠ ﺍﻟﺪﻟﻴ ﹸﻞ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ.
-٧٩ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮ ﺑ ﻌ ﺪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺤ ﹾﻈ ﹺﺮ :ﻳ ﺮﺩﻩ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﹶﻛﺎ ﹶﻥ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﹶﻗﺒ ﹶﻞ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ.
-٨٠ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻨ ﻬ ﻲ :ﻳ ﹾﻘﺘ ﻀﻴﺎ ﻥ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﻔ ﻮ ﺭ.
-٨١ﻭﹶﻟﺎ ﻳ ﹾﻘﺘ ﻀﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮ ﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻜ ﺮﺍ ﺭ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﻋﻠﱢ ﻖ ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﺳﺒ ﹴﺐ ،ﹶﻓﻴ ﹺﺠ ﺐ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﻳ ﺴﺘ ﺤﺐ ﻋﻨ ﺪ ﻭ ﺟﻮ ﺩ
ﺳﺒﹺﺒ ﻪ.
-٨٢ﻭﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺷﻴﺎ ُﺀ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺨﻴ ﺮ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ:
-ﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻛﺎ ﹶﻥ ﹾﻟﻠﺴ ﻬﻮﹶﻟﺔ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻠﱠ ﻒ :ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﺗ ﺨﹺﻴ ﲑ ﺭ ﹾﻏﺒﺔ ﻭﺍ ﺧﺘﻴﺎ ﹴﺭ.
-ﻭﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﻛﺎ ﹶﻥ ﻟ ﻤ ﺼﹶﻠ ﺤﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻭﻟﱢ ﻲ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ :ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﺗ ﺨﹺﻴ ﲑ ،ﻳ ﹺﺠ ﺐ ﺗ ﻌﹺﻴ ﲔ ﻣﺎ ﺗ ﺮﺟ ﺤ ﺖ ﻣ ﺼﹶﻠ ﺤﺘﻪ.
-٨٣ﻭ"ﹶﺃﹾﻟﹶﻔﺎ ﹸﻅ ﺍﹾﻟﻌ ﻤﻮ ﹺﻡ" -ﹶﻛـ" ﹸﻛ ﱡﻞ" ،ﻭ" ﺟ ﻤﻴ ﻊ" ،ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹾﻔ ﺮ ﺩ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﻀﺎ ﻑ" ﻭ"ﺍﻟﻨ ﻜ ﺮﹸﺓ" ﻓﻲ
ﺳﻴﺎ ﹺﻕ ﺍﻟﻨ ﻬ ﹺﻲ ،ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ ﺍﻟﻨ ﹾﻔ ﹺﻲ ،ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ "ﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﹾﻔ ﻬﺎ ﹺﻡ" ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ "ﺍﻟﺸ ﺮ ﻁ" ﻭ"ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻌﺮ ﻑ ﹺﺑﹶﺄ ﹾﻝ" ﺍﻟﺪﺍﻟﱠﺔ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ
ﺍﹾﻟ ﹺﺠﻨﺲﹺ ﹶﺃ ﹺﻭ ﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﻐ ﺮﺍ ﹺﻕ ﹸﻛﱡﻠ ﻬﺎ ﺗ ﹾﻘﺘ ﻀﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﻌ ﻤﻮ ﻡ.
-٨٤ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻌﺒ ﺮﹸﺓ ﹺﺑﻌ ﻤﻮ ﹺﻡ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﹾﻔ ﻆ ،ﹶﻟﺎ ﹺﺑ ﺨ ﺼﻮ ﹺﺹ ﺍﻟﺴﺒ ﹺﺐ.
-٨٥ﻭﻳ ﺮﺍ ﺩ ﹺﺑﺎﹾﻟ ﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻭ ﻋ ﹾﻜ ﺴﻪ ،ﻣ ﻊ ﻭ ﺟﻮ ﺩ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﺮﺍﺋ ﹺﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﻟﱠﺔ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ.
-٨٦ﻭ ﺧ ﹶﻄﺎ ﺏ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺﻉ ،ﻟ ﻮﺍ ﺣ ﺪ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄﻣﺔ ،ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﹶﻛﹶﻠﺎﻣﻪ ،ﻓﻲ ﹶﻗ ﻀﻴﺔ ﺟ ﺰﺋﻴﺔ :ﻳ ﺸ ﻤ ﹸﻞ ﺟ ﻤﻴ ﻊ
ﺍﻟﹾﹸﺄﻣﺔ ،ﻭ ﺟ ﻤﻴ ﻊ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺠ ﺰﺋﻴﺎ ﺕ ،ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺩﻝﱠ ﺩﻟﻴ ﹲﻞ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨ ﺼﻮ ﹺﺹ.
-٨٧ﻭ"ﻓ ﻌﹸﻠﻪ خ"؛ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺻ ﹸﻞ ﻓﻴﻪ :ﹶﺃﻥﱠ ﹸﺃﻣﺘﻪ ﹸﺃ ﺳ ﻮﺗﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺣ ﹶﻜﺎ ﹺﻡ ﹺﺇﻟﱠﺎ ﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﺩﻝﱠ ﺩﻟﻴ ﹲﻞ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﹶﺃﻧﻪ
ﺧﺎﺹ ﹺﺑﻪ.

ﹺﺭ ﺳﺎﹶﻟﹲﺔ ﹶﻟﻄﻴﹶﻔﹲﺔ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﹲﺔ ﻓﻲ ﹸﺃ ﺻ ﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻔ ﹾﻘﻪ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﹺﻬﻤﺔ
-٨٨ﻭﹺﺇ ﹶﺫﺍ ﻧﹶﻔﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻉ ﻋﺒﺎ ﺩﹰﺓ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﻣﻌﺎﻣﹶﻠﹰﺔ :ﹶﻓ ﻬ ﻮ ﻟﹶﻔ ﺴﺎ ﺩ ﻫﺎ ،ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﻧﹶﻔﻰ ﺑ ﻌ ﺾ ﻣﺎ ﻳﹾﻠ ﺰ ﻡ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﹶﻓﹶﻠﺎ
ﺗﻨﹶﻔﻰ ﻟﻨ ﹾﻔ ﹺﻲ ﺑ ﻌ ﹺﺾ ﻣ ﺴﺘ ﺤﺒﺎﺗ ﻬﺎ.
-٨٩ﺗﻨﻌﻘ ﺪ ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹸﻘﻮ ﺩ ﻭﺗﻨ ﹶﻔ ِﺴ ﺦ ﹺﺑ ﹸﻜﻞﱢ ﻣﺎ ﺩﻝﱠ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﻗ ﻮ ﹴﻝ ﹶﺃ ﻭ ﻓ ﻌ ﹴﻞ.
-٩٠ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﺎﺋ ﹸﻞ ﻗ ﺴ ﻤﺎ ﻥ:
) (١ﻣ ﺠ ﻤ ﻊ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ :ﹶﻓﺘ ﺤﺘﺎ ﺝ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺗ ﺼﻮ ﹴﺭ ﻭﺗﺼ ﹺﻮﻳ ﹴﺮ ،ﻭﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﹺﺇﹶﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻟﻴ ﹺﻞ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ ،ﹸﺛﻢ
ﻳ ﺤ ﹶﻜ ﻢ ﻋﹶﻠﻴ ﻬﺎ ﺑ ﻌ ﺪ ﺍﻟﺘ ﺼ ﹺﻮﻳ ﹺﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﺪﹶﻟﺎ ﹺﻝ.
) (٢ﻭﻗ ﺴ ﻢ ﻓﻴ ﻬﺎ ﺧﹶﻠﺎ ﻑ :ﹶﻓﺘ ﺤﺘﺎ ﺝ ـ ﻣ ﻊ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ـ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺠ ﻮﺍ ﹺﺏ ﻋ ﻦ ﺩﻟﻴ ﹺﻞ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻨﺎ ﹺﺯ ﹺﻉ.
ﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻖ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺠﺘ ﹺﻬ ﺪ ،ﻭﺍﹾﻟ ﻤ ﺴﺘ ﺪﻝﱢ .ﻭﹶﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﹶﻘﻠﱢ ﺪ :ﹶﻓ ﻮ ﻇﻴﹶﻔﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﺴ ﺆﺍ ﹸﻝ ﻟﹶﺄ ﻫ ﹺﻞ
ﺍﹾﻟﻌﹾﻠ ﹺﻢ.
-٩١ﻭ"ﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻘﻠﻴ ﺪ" :ﹶﻗﺒﻮ ﹸﻝ ﹶﻗ ﻮ ﹺﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻐﻴ ﹺﺮ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﻏﻴ ﹺﺮ ﺩﻟﻴ ﹴﻞ.
-٩٢ﹶﻓﺎﹾﻟﹶﻘﺎ ﺩ ﺭ ﻋﹶﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﺪﹶﻟﺎ ﹺﻝ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺎ ﺟﺘ ﻬﺎ ﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺎ ﺳﺘ ﺪﹶﻟﺎ ﹸﻝ.
-٩٣ﻭﺍﹾﻟﻌﺎ ﹺﺟ ﺰ ﻋ ﻦ ﹶﺫﻟ ﻚ ﻋﹶﻠﻴﻪ :ﺍﻟﺘ ﹾﻘﻠﻴ ﺪ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺴ ﺆﺍ ﹸﻝ ،ﹶﻛ ﻤﺎ ﹶﺫ ﹶﻛ ﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺮﻳ ﹺﻦ ﻓﻲ ﹶﻗ ﻮﻟــﻪ:
