This auction presents a great opportunity to purchase and inside +/- 80.7 acre parcel of land which runs East and West. This Choice Farm has an extremely high percentage tillable, high quality soils and is an inside +/- 80.7 acre parcel of land bordered west only by roadway (483rd Ave.). This property previously has been a part of a larger +/-160 acre parcel and will be subject to an FSA reconstitution, although based on preliminary FSA calculations it appears that this parcel of land will be estimated to contain approx. 79.75 acres of cropland with a projected 58.5 acre corn base with a 145 PLC yield and a 19.5 acre soybean base with a 41 bu. PLC yield and has been enrolled under the County ARC election of the USDA Farm Program. According to information obtained the Moody County Assessor, this parcel of land has an overall soil rating of .851; similarly, information obtained from Surety Agri- Data Inc. indicates that this land has a weighted soil rating of 87.9 - the soils being comprised of highly productive Class I and II Kranzburg and Trent Soils. The general topography of this land is level to gently rolling. The total 2019 RE taxes payable in 2020 on this land were $2,564.42. This is a very high caliber parcel of land that would serve as an excellent addition to a row crop operation and/or investment property, so be sure to inspect this property and make plans to be in attendance at this auction.

This auction presents a great opportunity to purchase and inside +/- 81.73 acre parcel of land which has been owned by the Keating/Stuedeman/Archuleta Family for over 65 years. This Choice Farm has an extremely high percentage tillable, high quality soils and is an inside +/- 81.73 acre parcel of land bordered by roadway (232nd St.) on the South side of the land. This property previously has been a part of a larger +/- 160 acre parcel and will be subject to an FSA reconstitution, although based on preliminary FSA calculations, it appears that this parcel of land will be estimated to contain approx. 79.13 acres of cropland with a projected 46.45 acre corn base with a 133 PLC yield, a 21.2 acre soybean base with a 38 bu. PLC yield and a small 1.85 acre wheat base with a 30 bu. PLC yield and has been enrolled under the County ARC election of the USDA Farm Program. According to information obtained from Surety Agri-Data, Inc., it indicates this land has a soil rating of 81.8. The general topography of this land is level to nearly level. There was an NRCS Certified Wetland Determination completed on this property in 2011 which indicates that there are approx. 1.4 acres classified as Wetland (W) and approx. 1.2 acres classified as a Farmed Wetland (FW) on this parcel of land. This par- cel in 2020 was part of a larger +/- 160 acre parcel on which the total 2019 RE taxes payable in 2020 were $4,710.16 or approx. $29.44 per acre. This is a very high caliber parcel of land that would serve as an excellent addition to a row crop operation and/or investment property, so be sure to inspect this property and make plans to be in attendance at this auction.

REAL ESTATE AUCTION
Two weeks ago we considered that God has put in each of us a sense of His existence. That sense is there is something greater than our- selves. Looking at the earth from space, astronaut Neil Armstrong de- clared, “It suddenly struck me that that tiny pea, pretty and blue, was the Earth....I didn't feel like a giant. I felt very, very small” (1966). Astronaut, John Glenn declared, “To look out at this kind of creation out here and not believe in God is to me impossible.” (1962). In his NYT interview (1991), astronaut James Irwin stated regarding his trip to the moon (1971), “I felt the power of God as I'd never felt it before.” Yet on his return from space, Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin told the world, “I looked and looked but I didn't see God” (1961).
These men were reared in two different cultures (1) In the USA – Theism – An all powerful Being created this universe (2) In the USSR – Atheism – The material universe is self-existent and matter is all that exists. The difference in perspective, yea belief/faith, is what they were taught from childhood. To the theist, God is the one and only supernatural spirit, able to merely speak our material world into exis- tence – “Then God said, let there be....” (e.g. Genesis 1:3, 6,14; cf vv 9, 11, 20, 26, 29). That man is created in the image of God (Gen 1:26) indicates we have some attributes of God. In this case a spirit which is the eternal part of man. The Bible declares we are body (matter), soul (life force- Leviticus17:11) and spirit (eternal spirit –John 19:30; Acts 7:59; 1 Corinthians 6:20) (1 Thessalonians 5:23). That God sent the Divine Savior to pay the price (death) of man’s sins indicates the intrinsic value of each person – you are precious to God.
However, the atheist sees man as only matter with no lasting value – Die, return to dirt, and that’s the end of a person.
God’s declaration is short and sweet – “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork” (Psalm 19:1).
That we are in the third generation which has been taught that each is his own god (Secular Humanism), destroying the foundation of the- ism (existence of God) in the culture is evident. Now weare in a bat- tle to restore that foundation. “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?”(Psalm 11:3). It begins with you.
