Kecamatan Tobelo dalam Angka 2019 | 115 ULASAN 8. Keuangan Keuangan sebuah daerah tak lepas dari dukungan keberadaan lembaga keuangan di wilayah tersebut. Koperasi adalah organisasi ekonomi rakyat yang berwatak sosial, beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan hukum koperasi yang merupakan tata susunan ekonomi sebagai usaha bersama atas asas kekeluargaan. Bank adalah sebuah lembaga intermediasi keuangan umumnya didirikan dengan kewenangan untuk menerima simpanan uang, meminjamkan uang, dan menerbitkan promes atau yang dikenal sebagai banknote. Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) pengenaannya didasarkan padaUndang-undang No. 12 tahun 1985 tentang Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-undang No.12 tahun 1994. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) adalah peraturan desa yang memuat sumber-sumber penerimaan dan alokasi pengeluaran desa dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. APBDes terdiri atas bagian pendapatan Desa, belanja Desa dan pembiayaan. Rancangan APBDes dibahas dalam musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan desa. Cooperative is a social economic organization with a social character, consisting of people or cooperative legal entities which constitute an economic arrangement as a joint effort on the principle of kinship. A bank is a financial intermediary institution generally established with the authority to accept deposits, lend money, and issue promissory notes, known as banknotes. The Land and Building Tax (PBB) is based on Law No. 12 of 1985 concerning Land and Building Tax as amended by Law No.12 of 1994. Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is a village regulation that contains sources of income and allocation of village expenditure within one year. The APBDes consists of Village income, Village expenditure and financing. The draft APBDes are discussed in village development planning meetings.
