The Land and Building Tax (PBB) is based on Law No. 12 of 1985 concerning Land and Building Tax as amended by Law No.12 of 1994. Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is a village regulation that contains sources of income and allocation of village expenditure within one year. The APBDes consists of Village income, Village expenditure and financing. The draft APBDes are discussed in village development planning meetings.
