Kecamatan Loloda Utara Dalam Angka 2019 | 53 ULASAN 5. Pertanian Sektor pertanian terdiri dari tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan, tanaman biofarmaka, dan tanaman hias. Data tanaman pangan mencakup produksi dan data lahan yang ditanami padi dan palawija. Data hortikultura mencakup data tanaman sayuran dan buah-buahan baik semusim maupun tahunan. Tanaman perkebunan adalah tanaman-tanaman berkayu yang dibudidayakan tahunan. Tanaman biofarmaka adalah tanaman yang bermanfaat untuk obatobatan kosmetik, dan kesehatan yang dikonsumsi atau digunakan dari bagian-bagian tanaman seperti daun, batang, buah, umbi (rimpang) ataupun akar. Sedangkan tanaman hias adalah tanaman yang mempunyai nilai keindahan baik bentuk, warna daun, tajuk maupun bunganya, sering digunakan untuk penghias pekarangan dan lain sebagainya. Kabupaten Halmahera Utara merupakan daerah yang kaya dengan sumber daya alam dan didukung oleh tanah yang subur. Di Kecamatan Loloda Utara luas panen tanaman padi sawah sebesar 0 Ha dan padi ladang, sebesar 275 Ha. Sektor perikanan terdiri dari perikanan tangkap dan perikanan budidaya. Food crop data includes production and land data planted with rice and secondary crops. Horticultural data includes data on vegetable and fruit crops both annual and annual. Plantation crops are woody plants that are cultivated annually. Biopharmaca plants are plants that are useful for cosmetic medicines, and health are consumed or used from plant parts such as leaves, stems, fruits, tubers (rhizomes) or roots. Perindustrian Industri adalah suatu usaha, proses atau kegiatan pengolahan bahan baku baik bahan mentah ataupun bahan setengah jadi agar menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis lebih tinggi dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Usaha/perusahaan dikategorikan sebagai Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) apabila nilai omset ≤ 2,5 miliar atau jumlah pekerja < 20 untuk industri pengolahan atau sesuai dengan klasifikasi/status badan usaha tertentu, sedangkan usaha/perusahaan yang dikategorikan sebagai sebagai Usaha Menengah Besar (UMB) adalah yang memiliki nilai omset > 2,5 miliar rupiah miliar atau jumlah tenaga kerja ≥ 20 untuk industri pengolahan atau sesuai dengan klasifikasi/status badan usaha tertentu. Di Kecamatan Loloda Utara terdapat total sebanyak industri rumah tangga yang terdiri dari 61 industri kayu, 0 industri logam, 92 industri makanan, dan 54 industri lainnya. Transportation Transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan terutama dalam mendukung kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat tak terkecuali di daerah perdesaan. Sistem transportasi yang ada dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mobilitas penduduk dan sumber daya lainnya yang dapat mendukung terjadinya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial daerah perdesaan. Ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana transportasi permukaan jalan antar desa/kelurahan, aksesibilitas jalan terhadap kendaraan bermotor roda 4 atau lebih, dan ketersediaan angkutan umum baik antar desa maupun transportasi dari desa menuju ibukota kecamatan maupun ibukota kabupaten. Bank adalah sebuah lembaga intermediasi keuangan umumnya didirikan dengan kewenangan untuk menerima simpanan uang, meminjamkan uang, dan menerbitkan promes atau yang dikenal sebagai banknote. Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) pengenaannya didasarkan padaUndang-undang No. 12 tahun 1985 tentang Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-undang No.12 tahun 1994. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) adalah peraturan desa yang memuat sumber-sumber penerimaan dan alokasi pengeluaran desa dalam kurun waktu satu tahun.
