CUTTING

Computerized gerber systems guarantee an exact garment layout
with consistent quality. Each cut-out piece is allocated a barcode and
a description.

STITCHING

Our stitching department with over 2000 employees handles each crucial stage,
from rendering to nal assembly. Powered by sophisticated JUKI and Brother
Machines-among others-we are able to ensure high quality garment assembly.

Needle detector machines, fabric inspection machines, standard pocket setter for
mass production, computerized adjustable bar tack machine, automatic pocket
hem machine facility, and a multi-head embroidery machine—ensure production is
within our high quality parameters.

Currently we have a capacity to produce 1 Million units per month.

WASHING

Perhaps one of the most important process in denim
garment manufacturing. Equipped with Tonello and Green
Mac Korean washing machines, hydro extractors, steam
tumble dryers and an ozone generator,
We Have a total washing capacity of 40,000 pcs. per day
Washing capabilities include stone wash, bleach wash,
random bleach, resin, random resin, net washed, tie wash,
wrinkle free, tinting and over-dyeing. Dyeing Capabilities of
garment dyeing (reactive, pigment, sulphur), regular
dyeing, tie dye, random dyeing and wavy dyeing.

FINISHING

Each garment produced has passed inspection under our
quality and safety parameters. In order to further ensure the
satisfaction and well-being of our customers, our products
are certied by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Being one of our core values, quality is a paramount concern
to us and therefore we place a strong focus on its assurance.

In-line inspections by Quality Management Personnel and
internal audits for each shipment help us in maintaining our
high quality standards.

SUSTAINABILITY

Waster Water Treatment Plant: 250,000X2 & RO Plant 70,000 Imperial gallons per day.
Power Generation, Waste Heat Recovery (WHR): Jenbacher (GE) Gas Generators &
Caterpillar Diesel Generator. Total plant capacity is 2.4 & 1.25 mega watts, Boilers 10
Tonsx3 + 6 Tons, WHR Boilers 0.8 Tonx2.
The garment plant is a Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), BSCI, GOTS, GRS,
OEKOTEX 100 and SAC Higg Index approved facility, equipped with the latest
machines, state of the art washing plant, and a water treatment plant--all run on our
self power generation.
