To help fulfill this important mission, we have ecobins to enable separation into four separate waste streams, being: • General waste (red bins) • Co-mingled recycling (yellow bins) • Paper and cardboard recycling (blue bins); and • Organic waste (green bins).
First aid kits are located in the kitchenette, the cafe kitchen and at concierge which are filled with band-aids, bandages and other bits to help mend the mishaps of office life. M&C Saatchi First Aid Officer are also displayed in all kitchenettes. Each kitchen has a First Aid kit and there is a defibrillator in the Cafe kitchen. Accidents happen in every workplace even here at M&C Saatchi. In the case of an emergency, always call “000” first! If you have an accident or are unwell, contact one of the First Aid Officers to assist. Every incident and use of first aid equipment requires an incident report to be completed, signed and submitted to a first aid officer. Often injuries treated incorrectly or without medical attention can lead to bigger problems later, so please get the right type of help first.
Locate the Touch Panel Console in your meeting room. You'll find USB-C and HDMI cables connected to it. Troubleshooting Tips: 1. If your laptop doesn't display on the TV, first unplug the USB-C or HDMI cable. Wait for 5 seconds before plugging it back in. If the issue persists, try restarting your computer and attempting again. 2. If you're unable to hear audio, check the volume settings on both your computer and the Control Touch Panel. Ensure that the correct "Output" device is selected for audio playback. 1. If your computer has a USB-C port, connect it to the USB-C cable provided. 2. On the Touch Panel Console, select the USB-C option. Wait briefly for the TV to mirror or extend your computer screen. Remember, using USB-C provides both audio (speakers and microphone) and visual (screen) output. 3. If your computer only has an HDMI port, plug it into the HDMI cable instead. Then, select the HDMI option on the Touch Panel Console. Wait a moment for the TV to duplicate or extend your screen. Please note that HDMI only provides visual output, so you'll need to use your laptop's microphone for sound. INSTRUCTIONS

Notices displaying the fire procedures are displayed at each fire alarm call point. The Evacuation Plan is designed to respond to an emergency within M&C Saatchi and provide a process for evacuating people from danger. Our objective is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our staff and guests. The emergency exit stairs are located on the Phillip St end of the building. Do not use the internal stairs between Levels 3-4 (Stair 1) and Levels 4-5 (Stair 2) as they are non compliant fire stairs. At the sound of the Evacuation Alarm, or when instructed by a Fire Warden, make your way to the emergency exit stairs and descend calmly to street level. At street level move clear of the building and make your way to the Assembly Area at Alfred Park, located on the corner of Phillip and Alfred streets, near Circular Quay. This area is a safe distance away from the building and provides room for the occupants of 99 Macquarie Street. As people are expected to cross roads, controlled intersections should be used. When at the Assembly Area advise a Fire Warden of any missing people. Do not re-enter the building until advised it is safe to do so. BRIDGE ST. ALBERT ST. MACQUARIE ST. PHILLIP ST. Everyone who comes together to collaborate as part of the model is part of the Greenhouse team. No-one works ‘for’ Greenhouse Collective. And we avoid the labels ‘Client’ or ‘Agency’. Instead we use peoples’ names or roles to identify them. It’s a simple thing, but it really does help foster our one team culture. ONE TEAM
